This was a wonderful property. The location, the condition, the facilities, the cleanliness and the staff were all absolutely excellent. Highly recommended!

It’s a very small point to make, and I hesitate to criticize at all because everything else was so good, but the Wi-Fi connection is a little flaky. Fine to do a quick update on Social Media, but I needed to log on for work a couple of times and it was a little slow and unreliable, but honestly - this was such a minor inconvenience that it really didn’t detract at all from our fabulous holiday.

So clean and love the pool and location!

L’établissement en lui même est assez standard et les appartements relativement petits mais hyper fonctionnels (un panier avec tout le nécessaire vous attend à votre arrivée avec pâtes, sauce tomate, biscuits, biscottes, lait….). La piscine est vraiment top quant à elle, les enfants adorent. Et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à proximité du lac, sans être sur le lac non plus.

C’était très bien, sans être exceptionnel non plus. Rien à dire.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for 4 of us, comfortable beds, washing machine for clothes, a clothes drying rack, beautiful view of the lake the pool was very nice too and everything is in walking distance. They have a parking garage available next door for $35 a night, well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

1 st floor apartment with walk out hot tub, garden and direct access to the pool! Great! -shower water pressure : girls you’ll love this! Or if you need pressure to get through thick hair ! - washing machine in the apartment was the best! - space of the apartment , we didn’t use all the facilities like the kitchen or 3rd bedroom ( trundle ) or the sofa bed ) just the main bed and bunk beds so it would be great for a big family. - staff are friendly - easy to walk to from the ferry and around the town They gave us a goodie basket which waslovely. Only needs some music by the pool and it will be awesome! And some more floaties as well we all wanted the floating bean bags :) shaded umbrellas ;we happened to go when it was 34 degrees so hot for Italian standards and there needed more shade if possible . Pool was great with the bar ! Drinks were so good! Dennis was lovely :)

Was all great Shame the Aussie dollar is so low comparative to the euro , makes it expensive stay for us , but it was worth it to relax.

Spacious apartment with a kitchen and refrigerator. Beautiful grounds and amazing pool which is a quiet oasis. Very close to the water and on a Main Street. Very easy to get to the ferry’s. Free laundry is on site. Great little bar at the pool. Espresso maker in the room

The literal only downside is you can’t really see the lake. But other than that it’s a 10/10. Can’t recommend enough.

Central location, spotlessly clean with secure parking which was a huge bonus. Beautiful newly decorated apartment. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were travelling with our dog who was not permitted to be in the garden, so we were unable to sit outside and enjoy those facilities. We had not realised this whilst booking, it was not the end of the world as there is a lovely park 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment was great for 3 people, the sofa bed was comfortable and easy to put away during the day. The location was easy to get to from the ferry. The balcony overlooking the lake was perfect and the pool was amazing. Nice to have somewhere to cool down during the day. The staff were all very friendly

It was so so central which was amazing …-‘s the pool and the bar was fabulous ❤️ Andrea was just so so helpful and Anna’s margaritas at the bar the best. The apartment was brand new and very very well kept super awesome

U samom centru grada. Sve na pješačkoj udaljenosti pa ne treba auto. Pokraj objekta najbolji sandwich bar. Vrlo čist i izvrsno opremljen.

The location is as central as it gets. We loved our little garden and the pool area. The espresso was amazing.

Washing machine was not in unit from pics thought it was. Would like operating instructions on machines in multiple languages. Was counting on doing laundry and only got one load squeezed in which took a total of 3 hours and had ppl knocking on my door waiting to get their load in from wash.

The bunk bed was not suited for two grown men - but probably perfect for children. Not a problem though as there were other alternatives.

Andrea & Marco were amazing from the moment we arrived by ferry. Marco came with the car & collected our luggage so we were free to explore & have a drink before check in. We were impressed with their kindness, their suggestions for local activities & eateries, the beautiful apartment & pool facilities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, cool & the location was perfect.

There was nothing we did not like. Highly recommend for a family of 6.

The property was stunning.. perfect location close to lake,ferry and shops, short walk to everywhere. Loved our welcome basket and property was very clean. Pool area was perfect for the hot weather we had. Staff was very helpful helped book activities and explained the area very well. We had a perfect stay

Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!

The pool and the garden was magical, in a beautiful surrounding with attention to every little detail. Fresh towels, beautiful and comfortable sunbed and sofas and a lovely pool. The room had everything that one might ever need and we loved the espresso coffee machine. To wake up with an espresso with a crema to be enjoyed on the balcony was a dream start to the day. The location of the apartment is ideal, in the center of the town.

Very nice and attentive staff. Location is Gold, short walk to all the fun places, surrounded by restaurants, cafes gelato places, shops and only 3 min walk to the ferry station. Newly renovated rooms , building, clean crisp and new everything. Great beds, espresso machine with supply of ground coffee, creamer, breakfast and pasta supplies. The pool was a surprise bonus. Did not expect to use it, but after long days of walk in hot June we all enjoyed ending our day in the cute pool and the beautiful gardens. Laundry was also a plus.

The staff, Dennis and Marco, were the highlight of our trip. Exceptional hosts that made us feel right at home in Bellagio. Situated right downtown by all the shops/ferries/restaurants the location is great. We spent a lot of time at the patio and pool. 10 out of 10 stay.

This accommodation was exceptional. The staff arranged for transport from Milan directly to the front door of the hotel. The space was lovely and had every comfort needed. We added a rollaway bed for only 50 euros for the whole stay and it was comfortable. The location is perfect. Views of the lake, a washer in the unit, the sweet balcony off the dining area, access to shops and restaurants and the amazing pool and garden made this the perfect spot for our family.

Lovely apartment, centrally located in Bellagio and really close to all the main attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff who messaged earlier on the day of arrival to ensure that we were able to find the property.

Everything in this huge apartment was brand new. I feel we were the first ones to rent it. Our private outdoor spa are was vast. Our area led up to a beautiful in ground pool with plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas. This whole area is brand new also and the whole area is beautifully landscaped. It’s such a peaceful place to stay. We will definitely stay here again when next in Bellagio. The reception staff were genuinely nice people and super friendly.

This place was more than 5 stars! We will be going back just because we loved it so much! It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing pool area and location is perfect! The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. I’d give this place a 10!

Everything about this apartment was brilliant, from the excellent service provided by the staff to the spacious apartment, location, and the pool. It was great to enable us to relax after a day of exploring. There's even a bar next door, and it's only a short walk to the ferry. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Bellagio

Everything was as we wanted. The location is perfect, the people there are helpful since day one, the view is stunning.

All was perfect, need some cleaning for the spider nets which was is some corner of the apartment.

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment. We loved it here. Helpful reception. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a private hot tub at the back - perfection. Location is ideal - cafes, mini mart, coffee, pastries, souvenirs all a few minutes walk away yet apartment was very quiet and lovely peaceful space behind the building where the pool is. Short walk to ferry. We hope to return one day. Photo is view from our little front balcony. Go to piadineria next door, Dai Viga for homemade pasta, pasticceria castelli for coffee and pastries, gelataria del borgo. Enjoy beautiful Bellagio!

Wonderful property with great staff that is ready to help you with anything you need! Very clean. Amazing location. The unit with the hot tub was fun to have on rainy days.

The property was very clean, well maintained, perfectly located, and extremely secure. We will be back.

The room was lovely and very comfortable and well equipped. Location was excellent- right in the heart of Bellagio- but with a spectacular private area and gorgeous pool area that felt like an oasis! Our 2 BR apartment even had an outdoor sitting area and a hot tub! Everything was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The family who run the hotel are so friendly and welcoming! They even left us a very nice gift basket and wine. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

Centrally located. Amazing place to stay. Modern apartments with pool right in the center of town. We were there five nights and would stay again if we visit Bellagio again. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. Thanks to Andrea and Syria for all of your information and always having a smile when we returned to the apartment. We wish the weather had allowed us to swim but the pool was lovely and even to just relax in the back was a treat. A MUST STAY if in Bellagio.

Everything! Even before our arrival they were texting us for information. When we checked in we got many tips to enjoy even more the lake. The room and facilities were mind blowing, if you’ve stay in hotels and B&B around Italy, you know space is always tight but this apartment felt big and contemporary. The pool and garden is to die for, the views, the location, etc. I can’t pay more compliments to the staff and property.

I recently stayed at the Diamond Apartments Bellagio and I must say, it was truly a delightful experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the apartments is also superb - situated in a lovely area with great recommendations for local restaurants and attritions. But the highlight for me was definitely the pool - it was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of swimming in the beautiful swimming in the beautiful lake . Overall, I highly recommend Diamond Apartments Bellagio for anyone looking for a fantastic stay with excellent service and a perfect location.

The staff were great and so accommodating. The property was very clean and all facilities worked as required and there were no unexpected surprises. The location of the property was fantastic and I would 10/10 recommend that people stay here especially as a couple.

It was hard to locate initially if I am being very picky.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff - we were even given a lift to Vasenna when we missed our bus! Apartment well equipped and stylish. Swimming pool area really gorgeous - an oasis of calm with church bell ringing in the background!

Gorgeous oasis on the heart of Bellagio. Location couldn't be better and the pool/garden area is nice. Apartments and spacious. AC was good enough. Staff go above and beyond, great people.

Wifi was terrible. Pretty much unusable. We stayed in two different units and the wifi was consistently unusable.
