The views were spectacular. The private garden was beautiful. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Spectacular outdoor space for relaxing over morning coffee or wine and dinner in the evening. Sweeping mountain view’s. Comfortable indoor space and all the essentials in the well stocked kitchen. Beds are very comfy and 3 full baths. Wonderful for larger families and groups

This place is really nice. The room is super clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue might be the location. The view is perfect but you need to walk about 15 minutes from Ortisei downtown, a little bit far if you don't want to walk. It includes a private parking garage so we parked our car and walked to downtown to take cable cars/buses/lifts most days. No need to find the parking space in downtown.

We liked the layout of the apartment, since we were 3 couples. The facility is super modern and we did not lack anything.

I would have love the choice of cleaning services The location is definitely not walking distance for older people or with a baby. I lost/left my wedding ring at the apartment and phone within an hour of leaving. It dissappeared. I am sooooooo disappointed This was by far our most expensive accommodation R100 000 for 4 nights and it can't be compared with the luxury apartment in Florence or Hotel in Verona

Exactly as described, if anything the property felt larger than the pictures led me to believe, which is clearly a good thing.

The view is quiet good to see the mountain and night sky.

It needs to walk 10 mins from main street to house, but it is worth to enjoy village view and atmosphere of Ortisei.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Chalet Alpinflair! The accommodation feels completely brand new, pristine, and modern. We were highly impressed by the top-tier kitchen facilities, which were fully equipped with everything needed to easily prepare family meals. Thanks to the high-quality black-out blinds, we enjoyed an excellent night's sleep every single night. The terrace was another major highlight, offering a wonderful, panoramic mountain view.The chalet is set in a beautifully quiet location and sits very close to a nice kids' playground. It offers great pedestrian access to the town's highlights, allowing you to reach key attractions—including the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars, as well as the funicular railway—on foot in less than 20 minutes. A massive thank you to Susanna and her family for a wonderful stay. Susanna’s communication was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and provided highly tailored local information that made our family holiday seamless.

There is a long, steep uphill walk to get back to the property. While this hike would normally be fine, it proved quite challenging with two small children in the heat. There is realtively cheap parking in town (just a few min drive)

The first thing that catches our attention was the beautiful view from the balcony. We just enjoyed sitting there and soaking in the beauty. The apartment was spacious, perfect size for our group of 8. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved that we could cook. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry room. A private garage to park our cars. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk to town, which is manageable for most. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This property is incredible. They checked in with us in advance via whatsapp. The Check in process was very easy. The rooms were very nice. I really enjoyed the "Honesty Drinks" making it easy to grab a drink or two when we arrived for a very reasonable price. Our host provided amazing local information and was easy to get a hold of. I even managed to lock myself in my room and a staff member came and helped me out within about 10 mins.

The only thing I would recommend (and this is just a recommendation not an expectation) would be to provide some simple pantry stuff for longer stays. simple things like oil, butter and salt would have been perfect. We had to purchase a large stick of butter and a full shaker of salt and pepper which we only used a small amount of. It would have been perfect to just have a few of those salt, pepper, sugar and butter available. Just the staple items.

The view was “out of this world”. Was absolutely stunning to wake up to that view every morning. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Gorgeous decor everywhere. Perfect for 7 people in one room. (3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. - note one bathroom is not an en-suite)

It was ok for us but the walk to the town is downhill but walking back is hard work. (Approx 1km). Suggest a stop halfway at the lovely wine bar at Casa Di Sole. Excellent! We drove to grocery store. Had difficulty with temperature control in apartment & one bedroom became quite hot. No toaster.

Great location, off the busy tourist main street but just less than 10 minutes walk away, same to the cable car stations. Very well equipped apartments with everything we need for our 4 nights’ stay, washer and dryer make rainy days more manageable, private in apartment sauna is a plus after a day hike. Susanna is the best host one can expect, nice, attentive, always ready to extend her assistance.

A bit of uphill’s walk back to the apartment. There are plenty of free parking spot right next to the apartment building. But we try to avoid the hassle of looking for parking near cable car stations and restaurants, so we just walked and felt good. The walk might be challenging for weak people, but they always have the option to just drive in and out. So it’s not really an issue.

Все было прекрасно! В жизни отель лучше, чем на фото! Есть лифт, вся посуда, гараж. Также нам раздразнили выехать немного позже, за что мы особо благодарны! А какие виды с балкона… просто потрясающе!

Есть полноценная кухня, но не было соли, перца, масла. Было бы здорово это добавить.

Era un super apartamento con vistas espectaculares, mucha luz, la decoracion inmejorable ,en la cocina no faltava detalle, tenia una habitacion aparte con lavadora y secadora una apartamento muy comodo pra dos parejas ya que cada habitacion cuenta con 1 baño , todo muy limpio , la dueña de la casa super simpatica, lo recomiendo 1 y mil veces.

‏The hotel is excellent. ‏The reception is excellent. ‏The apartment is spacious and equipped with all amenities (TV, washing machine, ironing, cooking). ‏Cleanliness is excellent – the interior design is amazing. ‏The staff and reception service are five-star. ‏The view from the apartment’s balcony is wonderful. ‏There are nearby parking spaces as well as private hotel parking for cars.

‏I have nothing negative to say about the hotel except for the check-out time, which is at 10 a.m. I hope if they change to 11 am then everything is excellent

The accommodation is on a hill above the city, 10-15 mins walk, so consider this when booking, for us it was no problem at all. Thank you again, we really enjoyed it.

Small improvements could be better black out curtains, a second smaller pillow in the bedroom and salt & pepper in the kitchen.

We stayed at Chalet Residence Alpinflair for six nights, and every one of us absolutely loved it. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully organized — with plenty of hangers and storage. There were three bathrooms in total, which made our stay especially convenient, and the underground garage was large and easy to use. Waste sorting was also clearly labeled and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view right from the front garden. We enjoyed our meals at the outdoor dining table while admiring the stunning mountain scenery, and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The kitchen was fully equipped, with high-quality, modern appliances that made cooking a pleasure. The private sauna was cozy and beautifully set up, with soothing essential oils and gentle background music — it’s clear that the host has put a lot of heart into every detail, truly thinking from the guests’ perspective. The host responded promptly and kindly helped us resolve any issues without delay. I travel often and have stayed in many apartments across Europe — this is by far one of the most impressive and well-cared-for places I’ve experienced.

It is in a beautiful location overlooking the Alpe di Siusi and Ortisei. Reaching the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable car is very easy. Either you drive for 2-3 mins or by walk 15 mins. The apartment we got was called design studio and was beautiful, clean, spacious had all facilities. We were welcomed kindly by Susanna, who helped us with recommendations and accommodated our requests.

Property was clean with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, had a fantastic view of the mountains and town, free parking, and additional amenities, like washer/dryer. Staff was attentive, flexible and friendly!

Kitchen was a bit small in the unit we had, and there was a small issue with the stove, but the staff fixed quickly. There’s also no A/C which we knew when booking and is not common in this area, but good to keep in mind.

It would be good to have photos of the actual apartment you book so you know exactly what to expect. The photos we saw on Booking.com were for a different apartment in ALPINFLAIR. We still had a lovely stay.

Stunning views and comfortable spacious rooms. The garden suites beautiful lawn provided ample outdoor space. The walk into town was doable and helped to walk off dinner. Susanna was incredibly helpful and responsive.

If you don’t like walking into town, it could be a challenge.

The space was well-designed and provided all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the spectacular view of the valley. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was a treat. Our host was exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond both before our arrival and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and was always available to provide local tips and assistance. Overall, Chalet Alpine Flair exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway in Ortisei.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with under cover parking. The location offers a great view, but a little too far from the village and any ski lifts to walk, however the bus stop is just 300m away.

there was no cleaning during our 2 week stay and the checkout time of 9am was a little early.

The apartment is great, looks fresh and new. 2 bathrooms makes the apartment perfect for traveling with family or friends. Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, high quality kettle (tea drinkers will appreciate it), and several types of coffee appliances. Morning view from the room is astonishing. Stuff is welcoming and helpful. They separated the beds in one of the rooms upon our request. Plenty of parking, including indoor garage.

We were ready for 10 minutes walk from Ortisei's center. But some people may find it challenging, considering the elevation.
