The AC was old (no remote control) and very noisy making difficult to have a good night of sleep…

Reviewed May 5, 2026Clean room and accommodating staff. There's a 24-hr convenience store at the ground floor. They were able to do a late check in (around 12 midnight), since my flight arrival was 11:30pm. I messaged the hotel and informed them beforehand, btw.
Hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a bldg with no elevator. I was a bit worried at first because I had several luggages with me. The good thing was that the staff helped me bring my luggages up when I checked in, and down when I checked out. Grateful to the staff!

Die Fotos von Felix Residences versprechen viel, die Realität ist dann leider anders. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, die auch nachts zu hören ist. Der Lärm wird aber durch die sehr laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer übertönt.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Habitación moderna en un edificio con un portero de seguridad. Justo debajo hay un 7 eleven abierto 24h. En las reseñas decían que estaba un poco apartado pero no nos lo pareció, está al lado de una carretera principal, cerca del aeropuerto y de la terminal de autobuses donde contratamos la van a Malapascua. Habitación con un baño grande y limpia.
El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido(como casi todos en Filipinas) y había bastantes hormigas en la habitación. Sólo eso, lo demás muy bien.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Die Betten waren bequem, die Dusche hatte ausreichend heißes Wasser und die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war furchtbar, eine schreckliche Umgebung. Überall Dreck, Armut und abartig laut, so dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war sehr alt und laut. Restaurants gab es nichts wirklich in der Nähe. Für eine Übernachtung für einen Flug am nächsten Tag ok, aber ich würde dort nicht nochmal übernachten. Ein Hotel näher am Flughafen ist sicher besser, man hat nicht den Stau bei der Fahrt und lauter kann es eigentlich nicht sein.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Es una habitación de hotel con todas sus comodidades, buena cama, buenas almohadas, y un baño como Dios manda. En mi caso que llegué en ferry y al día siguiente tenía un vuelo fue perfecto, quería un buen lugar para descansar y este lo era.

Très mal situé. Rien au tour de bien intéressant. En plein milieu de la pollution sonore et respiratoire des voitures. La chambre est basique. Manque de rangement. La climatisation, vous tape sur le visage si vous ne la régler pas.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025We liked that the place was clean, great amenities. It is close to 7/11 as well so it was convenient. Additionally, the hotel itself was close to SM JMall, so that's another plus. The receptionist was very welcoming and kind as well.
No elevator, but it's fine for me since we're adding steps into calibration. BUT, it may be difficult if you're bringing something heavy or if you're with an elder.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025The cleanliness was the first notable thing! Despite the business outside the building, the interior had good sound insulation. Also, there were basically no existing bug on our floor which I appreciate.
They had plates and silverware which was great to have for eating there, but they lacked cleaning supplies! If they had that, it would've been 11/10 truly.

AC is really old and loud and not really cooling down. A second bin outside the bathroom would be convenient.
