A nice large room, very nice en-suite clean comfortable bed
The tea and coffee and sugar in the room were mainly empty packs for some reason and due to it being a Victorian era building the room got cold quicker and no where to put heating on to just take the chill away.
Location is perfect! Close to shops and bars with easy access to public transportation
DlBlinds in room needs to be replaced or fixed.
The property itself had decent parking
The room smelt of fags there was a turd stain in the toilet which could’ve been got rid of by just flushing and using the toilet brush that looked like somebody had previously used it and not bothered to clean it getting the key from the key safe was a good idea. I’m generally until you got to the room. The place was okay.
Good
It was clean
Too much noise from outside. Could not sleep at all and night coming inside very early
Location and rooms are very clean
Good location, large room, good shower, cheap stay
Blinds not great, rather loud, mattress not comfortable
Clean
Lumpy hard bed TV didn't work Milk curdled Floor uneven & wobbly Difficult entry system
Very good location i always book when im hull easy to get in very good location and i love some have kitchen inside so you can cook etc

the location
nothing
Free parking good local pubs and restaurants.
The bed needs changing very uncomfortable.
Location, surprisingly quiet
TV reception was very poor making frustrating viewing
Location is good, Parking is safe and secure, Facilities were adequate and the kitchen is well equipped
TV reception was glitchy The double bed had a sag in it as if the bed base was broken
Building was nice and felt secure
Bed was extremely uncomfortable and no where to sit besides the bed. Had to buy a mattress topper to make bed better.
Secure Parking, short walking distance to park, bars and restaurants/takeaways
Owner was slow to provide entry code but situation was resolved by a telephone call. TV reception was poor
Absolutely fine for the price. Might need a lick of paint but was clean.
Crackheads throwing stones at our window at 6am asking to be let in (i didn't).
Location
It was nice
nothing
shit skids in toilet, bed was broken, signal was bad on tv so couldn’t watch anything
This was my third time staying here - great location, clean and comfortable rooms - there is parking at the property (I have used this on previous visits but did not need it this time).
Having stayed hefre before, my expectations were met.
Very good location to park and nearby shops
Nothing it was a lovely hotel
i had a studio and you get a lot of space for the money. its nice and quiet. codes for keybox and dsoor were texted on arrival. i found the place to be clean and tidy. plenty of space for belongings...desk and chair to sit at. tv channels are basic but i found stuff to watch when i wanted to. owners/staff were quick to respond to text messages. i have paid more for much worse accomodation
buses from here are not great...every 40 minutes to go into the centre or walk a ways to get different buses...if you are driving this is an ideal location or if you are wanting to get to places close to the house. also no fridge...i booked to have own kitchen because of bloodsugar issues and needed fridge to keep things fresh....does not say there is one so no bad on the own but just to mention there is no fridge in kitchgen for studio (honestly you can get a little fridge pretty cheaply so could be worth getting) there are no lifts....so if having mobility issues you might want to bear this in mind....i have some issues with mobility but luckily people at the location immediately offered to help with my luggage
big room and a tv
smelt like poo the whole time
Near to venue.plus carpark for car.
Noise sat eve it's to be expected preferably like back of building
Please do not book this property, They are scammers 🙏🙏🙏 Property smells weed and very untidy
Scammers do not book🙏🙏🙏
Decent location, free parking and the room was spacious. Very easy to find and the room had plenty of amenities.
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the blinds over the windows would be better if they blocked the windows more. There was also a small patch of mould above a window.
Nice view
Bedding sheet was full of blood and not clean and very itchy
I liked how accessible it was, the owner sent me a text before my check in time with the code to get into the building, the code to get the key out of the key-box, and the room number. We stayed in room 8, which was a suite with 2 rooms, a double bed in each - which was perfect as we were a group of 4. It was very quiet, and the amenities were fine, a kettle, 2 mugs, and tea/coffee in each bedroom, plastic cups in the bathroom, and a TV in each bedroom. The price was very good for what we got, we paid £60 overall, which was a bargain considering we would be paying double that for 2 individual rooms at any other hotel.
The mattress in the back bedroom was SO uncomfortable, it felt like a partially deflated air mattress, this combined with how creaky the bed was made us have a terrible nights sleep!.We had done the adult soft play at Big Fun, and when I woke up I couldn’t tell if the back pain was due to the drop slide at the play centre, or the bed! In addition, the TV in the front bedroom couldn’t maintain a signal at all, which was fine as we didn’t plan to stay in the room much, but it would have been inconvenient for people who did want to. The rooms did have a faint smell of old cigarettes, despite there being multiple signs to say don’t smoke! Which is no fault of the owners, but something to be aware of. Similarly, the bathroom did smell like sewage. Despite this, I do acknowledge that we got what we paid for in this situation, so I am not complaining too much. I would recommend this place if you are a group on a budget, and need a roof over your head for the night, but otherwise there’s an Ibis round the corner.
Easy check large free car park, lovely park over the road, short walk to hull, cheap and cheerful
Decor and blinds a little shabby round the edges
Very nice area
N/A
Everything was perfect apart from the bed being too soft, which was very unpleasant for sleeping.
Good location and comfortable
No bathroom supplies like soap or shower gel . No toilet roll .
Although there were cooking facilities and fridge in the kitchen, the window couldn't close and oven pan was left dirty with grease etc. They gave me a password for the internet which could not be reached from the outside room 10. This was very disappointing.
Managed to make an oven meal.
Access. To shops and bars very good
Stayed here back in May. Was fine then. Booked again and wished we hadn't External Room that looks like a terapin with Faulty window latch. Broken key. Someone actually tried to break in while we were sleeping. Then tried to open door to room. 3am. Not impressed. Room too small differcult to get round the bed without banging head on wall mounted TV. TV channals only work if you can log into your Netflix. Only good if you remember your settings. From home. 1 toilet role. No plug sockets anywhere near bed for Table lap. No plug in kitchen sink. Mattress most uncomfortable ever tried to sleep on. Spare Dirty pillow in cupboard covered in hairs with no pillow case.
Good parking, big room, very clean, good walk to town,
They just refused to answer my calls when I wanted to check in
it was clean bed was clean bathroom was clean
the sink was to small the headboard was loose and the devine bed bases where not contected so one half stuck out
Good size rooms.and bathroom. Separate rooms for multiple people which was good. Good value for money. Key safe operated so can only get into your room.
Just needs a bit more love and care Tv didnt get any channels on it room 8 in back room
Available last minute and allowed check in late night. Had bathroom and instructions were clear. Included kettle and some breakfast amenities like sugar and tea bags. Parking was available for free too which was perfect
Beds weren’t too comfortable, could feel and hear the springs. Still had the previous customers takeaway receipt on the bedside table.
We booked last minute due to being let down by a different booking and the studio was amazing! Clean with own toilet and kitchen plus 2 smart tvs ( however we didn’t have use of the one in the kitchen )
The tap in the kitchen was dripping non stop in which is something in need of repair however wasn’t too much bother
The park across the road, the outside architecture of park view itself.
