Gorgeous apartment in an amazing location. The kitchen was well equipped, and the apartment had really nice extra little touches that made it comfortable. The staff were also really lovely and quick to communicate and help where possible

The furniture was a little uncomfortable, the bed was ok but not amazing, and the sofa was really odd and super uncomfortable.

Location was fabulous. Central and easy to visit all the historical sites.

The attention to detail in all areas of the rooms was beautiful. From the furnishings to the products, it was amazing.

The location was fantastic, very central. The apartment had everything you needed to make for a comfortable stay.

The floor needed a good hoover. Lots of bits of dirt and a tea bag wrapper on the floor. Sofa was stained and benches marked. I had requested a quiet room. The back of the apartment has another door which apparently backs on to a communal corridor and we had terrible screaming and noise all night from other guests. I did message Hideout about this and they said they would message them. Unfortunately this left us with a very unsettled night and poor sleep.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing - great spacious shower with two separate heads which is great for ladies washing their hair. Not many places cater for that. Tv in the bedroom which has Netflix amazing ! And the clock outside goes off hourly which didn’t bother us at all but the staff still left complimentary ear plugs incase ! Little touches like that show how great the place is ! Would definitely stay here again

The only fault I had was we stayed for two nights and brought our own food and a lot of drinks as it’s an apartment meaning we had a lot of waste and there was no extra bin bags left in the room so we had to use carrier bags we had brought with us with the shopping in. So if your staying a few nights I would bring little bin bags

Due to weather it was extremely hot and no way to get any real fresh air in to the room fans provided however one was very noisy and one didn’t work properly the filter was full of dust so no cold air flow

Great location metro Hull Minster

Terrible communication about parking. Eventually got a message after several emails apologising about the bad directions to the car park claiming my first complaint went into a junk folder.

It was well-appointed, very central and good value for money.

The check in code didn’t work on the door which was stressful. Fortunately, it was sorted as soon as we phoned the number provided.

Gorgeous apartments opposite the Minster! Absolutely beautiful view and excellent apartments. Will stay here next time I’m in Hull!!

The property was well located and all instructions were clear and helpful. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. All the communications were prompt and helpful also.

So hot on the second floor. Not the owners fault it was a 30 degree heat wave but very little airflow despite fans.

The location was perfect. The bathroom was beautiful, enjoyed the shower and the bath Staff were exceptionally nice.

Just the bed wasn't comfy. It was 2 singles pushed together which made the middle uncomfortable

Wonderfully well equipped flat in a great location. Very clean and well laid out, with everything you'd need. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Although there is no reception desk, getting in was easy and felt safe, and I was able to have a restful sleep.

I liked it all. A taxi driver told me it can sometimes get noisy on this street at the weekend (clubs nearby) but staying on a Tuesday night I had no disturbance at all.

Close to all the sights. Walking distance of station. Immaculately clean. The apartment was really well appointed. We also liked the keyless entry system so you can return at different times. The owners were really responsive and the bed was big and so comfortable. Great shower. We appreciated the ear plugs as the room looks out onto the Minster and the clock does chime, but we didn't need them and had the best nights sleep in a week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Everything. This place is amazing. So clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hull. Access is a code, so no need to worry about losing keys or cards. Communication is spot on.

Absolutely stunning well presented and sparkling throughout. Hosts had thought of everything with milk in the fridge on arrival, tea and coffee with different options. It is situated right in the old town next to the church, which makes it so central to the bars and shops, and eating places with the marina close by, perfect would definitely visit again.

Lovely space and location. Nice touches like filter coffee from local business, oil for cooking etc. Excellent shower and comfy bed!

We loved the look and atmosphere of the apartment, everything we needed was there and it was a lovely Central place to stay.

The windows are double glazed but did not seem to keep any noise out of the front facing bedroom. Ear plug are provided but these don't stay in my ears all night. We were woken every night at about 5 & 6am by a very noisy street sweeping vehicle travelling very slowly & passing below our window 3 or 4 times.

Loved everything. I’ve stayed many times and always look forward to a stay here!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable with a lot of pillows to suit your needs. Bathing facilities were great, the body wash smelt amazing.

Liked the clever and easy way to access the premises, and the fact that we always felt looked after without ever seeing or speaking to a member of the Hideout's team. Great location, so easy and comfortable, and it was splendidly clean.

A non-slip mat to go under the shower was the only thing we really needed that was missing.

This apartment is stunning. It’s filled with thoughtful little touches. It’s very clean and comfortable. It wax great to spend a Sunday morning there with the beautiful bells from hull minster . It’s very convenient and you have great cafes and shops nearby .

I loved everything. The ease of finding the property, the owners' responsibility in keeping everything spotless. The room is perfect for me, the kitchen is small but sufficient for myself, I love cooking my own food, so I loved the space. The location is wonderful, close to pubs and the shopping center, markets, and there was even a tattoo shop where I took the opportunity to get one. Simply fantastic. Everything clean and organized, background music when you arrive. There was wonderful Brazilian coffee as a courtesy and cookies, and for those who like tea, there was that too. Thank you guys, I felt at home.

Unfortunately ran out of toilet roll as small amount provided in twin room. Definitely can hear neighbours. Was hammering on wall and noise from returning home late. TV in bedrooms no decent signal unfortunately.

Plenty of space and an exceptional bathroom. A really nice touch was the artisanal coffee setup waiting in the room on arrival (coffee pouch and a glass drip brewer with paper filters), which made for a great coffee the next morning. The room and facilities were properly cleaned throughout and it was clear care had been taken with presentation, and the atmosphere was surprisingly cosy considering the location. Internal doors were all solid and sturdy, helping isolate room-to-room noise. The bed was reasonably comfortable, although it was two singles pushed together so the middle wasn’t as comfortable.

For the price (£121.92 for one night, even at a reduced rate), the overall experience didn’t feel in line with what we expected, mainly due to comfort and sleep disruption. The front door didn’t seal properly. It did lock, but the latch had noticeable movement in the frame and there was around a half-inch gap, which made it difficult to keep the room warm and amplified noise from traffic and passers-by. The fridge was extremely loud and didn’t keep food cold enough overnight even at max, so our perishables had gone off by morning. The church bells nearby chimed hourly and, with older single-pane windows in the bedroom and bathroom (with a metal stay/rod), the noise carried clearly, including through the window above the bed. There was also significant noise at the rear of the bedroom overnight, increasing from around 5am with deliveries and handling. While the bathroom was beautifully done, the basics affecting sleep and comfort (sealing, noise, temperature) didn’t feel in line with the price.

The only downside was that there were no directions from the car park to the hotel. The weather was awful so this hampered us somewhat.

It was very clean soon as we got it and comfortable, easy to settle in and enjoy. I loved the bathroom and the facilities in there the most. Bed was really comfy and kitchen was unbelievable.

Only thing I didn’t like was the windows were very hollow and could hear the wind and people shouting loudly from the pub down the street

the vent in the kitchen to keeps the apartment nice and ventilated removing excess moisture, is a bit noisy.

Location location and good design. The design was a cunning conversion of a shop unit and the bathroom excellent. Big bed comfy.

The white walls are a bit bland. Could do with some focal relief. Settee a bit low if you are 80. Knives blunt.

The entry details and system worked well. Apartment was a great size, very clean, modern and homely. I didn't drive so cant comment on parking, but is was quite, very comfortable and close to some great restaurants and shops to pick up a few basics.

I only had a little trouble with one of the TV's but got that sorted after a few mins. In general there was nothing I didn't like and will book again.

Beautiful simple clean design. The kitchenette was a wonderful feature. Amazing location so close to everything in the old own and yet barely a sound heard over night. Communication was excellent.
