The property was very clean and well maintained. There was everything we needed for our two night stay with our dog.

It was a little bit far out of town which I guess was good in a way! It made us walk and get our steps in! There was nowhere to put your shampoo & body wash in the shower.

I liked having the the TV, a Kettle and Fan next to the Bed. The 'complimentary' Biscuits, Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows and Milk Sachets were nice. Also the Toiletries were a nice touch.

The Bed was damp. I know a damp Bed. The room is in serious need of TLC (Wallpaper was 'bubbling' off the Wall, partially hidden by a Chest of Drawers), chipped Paint work. The Shower unit was dirty / rusty. Is the Bathroom Water suitable for drinking? There was no 'inventory' in the Room. The Light 'pully' in the Bathroom was way too high to reach. Photo's attached - I did take more of the rust / dirt in the Bathroom & the Dirty Toilet Brush / light 'pully'. Having read a review before I travelled, it stated Breakfast was between 8 and 9, I checked prior to my stay & was told 'Breakfast is not provided'. I would have cancelled at this point. The Room was advertised as 'self catering' on their website, but had no Crockery, Cutlery, Toaster or Coffee Maker in it. I rang to ask where the Cutlery & Crockery was only to be told the Room didn't come with any as it was 'not self catering'. Despite it being advertised as 'no Pets', there was a Dog Bowl in the Room (I could have used that I guess for Breakfast) and a Dog Towel. I had received an email Three days prior stating Cutlery and Crockery was available in the Room & they could not make an exception as they "do not have any spare". I rang back, spoke to a lady and quoted the email. Her colleague (who I spoke to initially) rang me back and asked if I consented to s/1 going into the Room w/out my being present. No apology from him at all. I did consent. I returned to find NO Dessert Spoons were provided, so ate Cereal with a Teaspoon! As per Photo. Obviously, this is run as a business and no personal touches to it at all. So, I paid the same price as other Self Catering Rooms for less. I certainly will not return to this property. The Blinds do NOT block out the light. There really needs to be Curtains over the Blinds and the Hall light stays on all night - the light comes through under the Door.

Peaceful, quiet, comfortable location

The room smells of mold, the carpet is noticeably dirty, the pillows are old and uncomfortable, the pillowcase was a bit dirty when we checked in. For a 4-star hotel, I was surprised that there was no mini fridge.One glass and one teaspoon for two people. The kettle is old and smells like plastic when heated.

Oda da yerleri temizleyecek süpürge yada başka bir ekipman bulunmadığı için kendimiz çözüm üretmek zorunda kalarak kendimiz temizledik. 8 gece kalmamıza rağmen 8 gün içerisinde odaya temizlik otel tarafından hiç yapılmadı. Talep ettiğimizde de çarşaf/ havlu ve yer temizliği için çok yüksek ek bir ücret istendi. otelde temizlik hizmetlerinin olmadığını açıkcası bilmiyorduk. Ayrıca ortak kullanılan bir Çamaşır odası var ancak orası da çok pis ve bakımsız bir alan. Özellikle kaldığımız sürede temizlenmesini istediğimiz halde temizlemediler. Havlu ve çarşaflarımızı onlar değiştirmedikleri için mecburen orada kendimiz yıkamak zorunda kaldık. yani uzun kalmak için uygun bir otel değil bence. Genel olarak kaldığımız bahçe katındaki oda yenilenmiş ama oturma odasında zemindeki halı ve koltuk çok eski ve kirliydi.

The room was dirty dining chair broken no dishwasher as stated hot plate didnt work carpet stained and needed hoovering cup marks on bedside table fan really dirty black hand marks on door frame and walls . Garden furniture all rusty and falling apart dog poo that had not been cleaned up . The rubbish bin outside over flowing in general all the public areas stairs ect needed repaint and carpets cleaned. Very disappointing as we had gone there for my partners birthday he wasn't very impressed we could sit in the garden because smell of dog poo and flies and the rusty furniture .

It's a bit narrow, and shower it's not for big people

It was in a good place for tourists and parking was good as you also had free street parking which is hard to find in Bournemouth. The room had various complimentary items for guests like toiletries and hot drink bits.

Due to the weather it was very hard to stay cool as the room only has a small fan that didn’t work very well and there was no air conditioning. The showers are also extremely small and the staircases are hard to walk on as they’re quite small.

We had room 5 , separate living and sleeping rooms , also had a lovely garden for our furry friend .

Good location, free parking. Welcome pack and toiletries were a bonus.

There is no reception desk so when I had an issue with a car having blocked me in their car park I had to email them but they never got back to me. No daily housekeeping which was fine but given we were staying more than one night extra toilet roll, toiletries and tea/coffee would have been nice. The furniture in the room was a little dated and the bedside table has a cigarette burn on it and there looked like a burn on the carpet too.

The location of the property and cleanliness of all 3 rooms we booked was excellent and I would highly recommend this property based on these two factors alone. Other added bonuses were the fact it had a private garden which we used on the first night of our stay and parking, whether it was at the property or on the residential road, was very convenient.

We felt the size of the shower cubicles in all three rooms could have been bigger. Whilst all 6 of us were able to shower, there was very little room to manoeuvre once you were in the shower and based on the fact that there is enough room to make them bigger, we feel this would be the only thing which would be worth noting as something to consider changing.

Lovely property! It’s a converted house which means it has no reception, they give you a key code to enter the building/rooms instead. Free off street parking is great. A good location; only a short walk from the train station and regular buses into town centre/the beach Bed was very comfy, they give you lots of tea and coffee and the bathroom has everything you need. Garden to the rear is a nice addition.

Cleaning could have been more thorough. There was a spider in our room and a couple of dead bugs on the carpet. Also quite a lot of dust. Worth noting that the bed was very clean.

Lovely, clean studio with excellent shower and doors opening out to the garden. Being able to sit in the sun in the garden was an added bonus. Great kitchen with fridge freezer. Great to be able to park on the drive. Loved it

The room was beautiful, remarkably spacious, and featured gorgeous windows with a wonderful view. Location is in a delightfully peaceful area, the property felt very serene. Lots of appliances to use in perfect working order. The complimentary freebies and amenities were a very thoughtful touch. Online communication with the team was consistently prompt and helpful.

The pillows were extremely thin, not the quality one would usually expect for a stay. The sheets smelled a bit musty, and there were noticeable stains on both the bedding and the throw pillows. The cupboards hadn’t been fully cleared, as a few half-eaten snacks had been left behind. Housekeeping were a little slow to my requests; it took two days for the sheets to be changed, and the leftover food was not cleaned up. A brief welcome pack would have been most helpful for local recommendations. It was also unclear how to access the garden or if guests were permitted to use it.

The location is excellent - just a short walk from the high street and the seafront. The flat is situated on a peaceful, quiet road, which made for a very relaxing stay. On our first day it was quite cold outside (in June), so we were pleasantly surprised to find the heating already on. It was lovely to walk into a warm and welcoming flat.

The only downside was the sofa bed in the living room, which is quite worn and should be replaced.

Der Garten ist ein Traum

Ausstattung für einen Aufenthalt länger als 2-3 Tage ist etwa mangelhaft. Kein Schrank und kaum Möglichkeit zu kochen.

Great location, close to both the coach and train stations. Despite its central location, the street is quiet and charming. The property also offers a lovely view and a beautiful garden.

The only downsides were the poor sound insulation, as it was easy to hear noise from other rooms, and the pillow, which was a bit too thin for my preference.

Lovely property, clean and apartment had everything needed for a short stay. WiFi excellent too. Comfortable and modern whilst retaining some original period features. Comfortable bed, very good shower too.

Very minor thing, no stove. There was a small plug in electric stove top which was some use, but although I ate out a couple of times I would have liked to cook myself a meal. Overall a very minor thing.

We found the location perfect for us, and close to the train station. The pass key system, works well and the instructions were comprehensive.

Great Location, clean and value for money

This property is located in an amazing place. The beach and town centre is close by and there is a Co-op about a 2 minute walk from the property. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well equipped with everything you may need. The bathroom was nice. The place was decorated nicely overall and there were lots of additional things that made the stay better - including a fan to plug in if you’d like to use it, a smart TV, all the kitchen appliances, a hair dryer and even the addition of a box in the bathroom for each guest consisting of a body wash, shampoo and conditioner and in the kitchen there was a box containing a cloth, sponge, teabags, sugar, milk, coffee, bin bags and complimentary biscuits.

The bed frame on the right side of the bed was quite noisy, even if you were to just sit down. the extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen were very dusty and do was the plug in fan.

Needs more plug sockets, a better toilet seat. Complimentary tea/coffee etc. had out of date milk and stale biscuits. Carpet needs shampooing as quite stained.

Good location, the room smelt so clean when I walked in, like freshly washed sheets.. I didn't meet the staff as it was all very self check in and check out. Everything was so pleasant. I didn't hear other guests

Cosy and quaint. I felt very "at home" here. They let me have my room a hour early due to arriving early! My room opened onto the garden, this was lovely in the mornings. Self service means I didn't worry about keys, and felts so much smoother and secure. The kitchette facilities meant that I saved alot of money on my trip (eating in instead of out) I have stayed in Bournemouth a few times now (in rooms MORE expensive for less quality) in different hotel and this one will sit in the Top 3.

The locks to the doors are quite loud if you are coming back late at night! I was conscious that I might wake others (this is a minor thing and definitely not something I would usually write about as this place is honestly a dream to stay at!)

Close to Asda and the beach and train station Apartment is cosy

The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for me, my son and well behaved dog. There was a garden at the back which was lovely. Place was clean, comfortable and thoughtful gift boxes of toiletries and kitchen supplies.

Couldn't work out how to use the microwave but the portable induction hob was great.

Room 5 was fabulous, great accommodation and easy access. Parking was easy both on the road outside or if you could get a space on the drive.

You could hear everything upstairs. Would be useful to have a doormat for the side door, save the muck / sand coming into the kitchen.

This is a great place to stay. Very pleasant, clean, quiet and’s good facilities.

Lovely clean and fresh hotel, we had the studio room, large tv with everything included on it, nice clean bathroom, comfy bed, nice garden view, no noisy neighbours. We was supposed to check in at 4 but it was raining so I called ahead and they let us book in at 2pm instead. Very happy and will stay again, thankyou.

Only slight moan would of been the bed size. When I booked the room it said large double bed. I was expecting something fairly big but it just seemed to be a normal queen size/small double, everything else made this a minor issue.

The studio flat that I stayed in for 2 nights was absolutely perfect. Simple smooth check in, a lovely building, really well maintained. My room had a huge bay window so was lovely and bright with doors opening into the garden which is a really nice feature. The room is really tastefully elegantly decorated and spacious and the bed was really comfy. It was a very peaceful stay and I slept well. The room was lovely and warm when I arrived. Really good shower. Everything you need in the kitchen. Even the hallway is a joy to walk into, nicely decorated and lovely and warm. Great location and parking at the front although limited. I was extremely impressed with this place, having stayed at quite a few apartments over the last couple of years, this one tops the rest, and those were good too.

I would have preferred an earlier check in as 4pm quite late for me. Even 3pm would be better. Parking could be an issue if a lot of guests have cars although 2 hours free parking on the road til 6pm so overnight is ok to park.

Location was excellent and house was quiet.

Shower cubicle so small, height wise and width wise it was hard to physically stand in it. No shelf for soap or bottles and was virtually impossible to bend down to retrieve anything I dropped. Bathroom badly needs updating. Bedroom very cramped.

The room was comfortable, not the deluxe room with a kitchen I paid for but ok. What the venue called a kitchen was in reality a small place with a fridge, a kettle and a toaster, I could not cook anything there. I could have coffee and tea.

Booking sold the place as a deluxe double room which was supposed to be an appartment with a kitchen. It was a simple double bedroom with a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and badly cleaned dish. I complaint to the venue but they told me it was a kitchen. I could not have been able to cook or warm any food there. It was not a deluxe appartment I booked, it was a bedroom in a house with a fridge, a toaster and a kettle. I was very upset to have been lied too. I had to pay a deposit of £100. I did not like that I had to pay a deposit for a bedroom. I usually pay a deposit when I book an appartment wich a kitchen, where I can cook. I explained to the venue that I should not pay a deposit to book a bedroom. Also I don't really recommend to go out at night as there is a hotel in front of the venue, open but not to the public.

Uncomfortable bed

it was nicely decorated throughout the room was a French furniture design with white furniture. we were in the attic the stairs at the top were hard work and tricky to manoeuvre suitcases. once inside there were two opposite windows with a through draft. Hairdryer, fan, kettle and tiny milk fridge were supplied. It was very nice for 4 days. Good soundproofing. The Co Op was around the corner
