The flat itself was adequate, with a few minor issues, and the location was convenient. However, our experience was severely affected by a problem relating to the invoice for our stay. During our stay, we requested an invoice or receipt on several occasions, both by telephone and via Booking.com. The accommodation repeatedly told us that they do not issue invoices and that Booking.com should provide it to us. Booking.com contacted the accommodation directly and explicitly stated that it is the accommodation’s responsibility to prepare and send the invoice. Despite this, we have still not received it since our departure, and the accommodation is not replying to our messages. We find this situation very worrying. We have paid for the accommodation and have simply requested documentation confirming the payment and our stay. The continued refusal to provide it, even after Booking.com specifically requested it from the accommodation provider, raises serious doubts about the company’s transparency.

We booked this property last minute, so considering the timing, we felt it was good value and they’ve made very good use of what is quite a tight space. The shared garden was a lovely bonus, and the location was great — around a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, with local shops and takeaways nearby, so everything we needed was within easy reach. We were pleasantly surprised by the sofa bed, which was actually more comfortable than expected. The booking information and access details were sent via both email and WhatsApp, which we found really convenient and made checking in nice and straightforward. Overall, a good option for a last-minute stay, particularly if location and convenience are important.

We wanted to provide some feedback about our stay, particularly as we were travelling with a toddler. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the property feel unsafe and unsuitable for a young family. Garden gate and safety The gate leading to the back garden did not lock. This was a significant safety concern for us, as anyone could potentially enter the property, and more importantly, our toddler could have accessed the garden and potentially the main road beyond it. This also meant that we could not safely leave the garden doors open, which became particularly problematic due to the lack of ventilation. Ventilation The ventilation in the property was not adequate. The skylight windows were not reachable, so we were unable to open them. During the summer days we stayed, the property became extremely hot and uncomfortable, to the point where we needed to keep the garden doors open. However, because the back gate could not be locked, this was not something we felt was safe to do with a toddler. Noise from neighbouring property There was also a significant disturbance from the neighbouring property, where our next-door neighbour was loudly arguing and screaming. We believe the police may have been called as a result. While this may not be something directly within the host's control, it was understandably unsettling, particularly when travelling with a young child. Sleeping arrangements and space The beds were adequate, but the sleeping arrangement was very tight. The property effectively has a double bed and bunk beds in one room, with an additional sofa bed. For six people, we found the space very cramped and not particularly comfortable. Having experienced other rentals, we would not choose to book this property again for a group of six based on the available space. Oven The oven was not usable because the seal had come away. As a result, we were only able to use the hob during our stay.

Flea bites from sofa bed , hard double bed ,broken shower screen , noise all night long ,slamming doors all night , a group of 16 year olds staying in at least two rooms shouting slamming doors all night until 4.a.m. I’m shattered . No table to eat on , no top sheet for bed sofa , dark inside people looking in if curtains opened wide as cars were directly outside our balcony ground floor studio , why they didn’t put film on the glass doors I don’t know , t.v. Awful as signal kept going off.

The location was ok due to it being near public transportation and shops for groceries if you want to eat in and cook

There were a few things we didn't like listed below 1.We have all been bitten by bedbugs while sleeping and sitting on the sofa beds will send pics. And there definitely in the apartment as we have literally been bitten while watching TV 2.The sink in the shower room over flows so it's virtually impossible to brush teeth and wash hands  3.Shower floods if you don't keep turning it off every minute while having shower as water doesn't drain away quick enough 4.Mould on ceiling in shower room No bed sheet for one of the sofa beds 5.The outside bins that full the smell was coming into the flat when balcony doors were open  6.Digital TV doesn't work properly. And when rained signal kept going of 7.No fire extinguisher or fire blanket in the apartment or situated out side on the landings to the apartments. No emergency fire alarms to warn other guests if they were asleep in other apartments in the block I find this very dangerous and should be addressed ASAP

Fantastic apartment with garden, prime location to beach, shops, restaurants. Would definitely stay again. It had everything you needed for your stay.

It was a lovely apartment ☺ had everything in it ,served its purpose very well.

The location is perfect and the apartment very tidy and clean

There's no fan in the apartment, this the only thing which annoyed me.

The location is really good. Easy walk to town centre. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Had washing machine which was handy to wash our sandy clothes after visiting the beach

The balcony door lock was faulty. Would not close once opened. Complained about it, but it did not get fixed. Also, the bin was broken and there were small insects flying around when we first entered.

Nothing terrible service and terrible apartment. The staff was rude and not helpful. Property was dirty , and lots of problems. We called the staf but they just said we will come but didn’t come never and didn’t call us for explanation. We left the house early , planned to stay for four nights but we just did 3 .

I didn’t like anything .

The check in could be a little bit earlier and the check out later than 10 am… to clean a little bit better all the flat, the bed in the living room was smelling really bad, the next door in the left of the flat opened the door and said something about romanian people in another language it wasn’t comfortable and weird how he knew we are romanian citizens if we didn’t book from him the apartment?!…
