The B&B. The breakfast especially the omettes. The owners went out of their way to provide what you required. Really close to the Eden Project. Lots of other places of interest within an hour's drive.

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Gastgeberpaar. Das Haus bietet einen sehr schönen kleinen Garten mit offenenem Pavillon und eine Dachterrasse mit Wintergarten und tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Unser Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Erdgeschosses war klein aber gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Zimmer, Bad und das ganze Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Durch die Hanglage konnte man durch das Fenster im Zimmer allerdings nur ein paar Blumen und eine Wand sehen.

Im Zimmer hat es leicht muffig gerochen. Der Parkplatz ist relativ eng. Vor allem wenn alle Plätze belegt sind.

It was a beautiful stay in a tastefully decorated apartment, very clean and cozy. The view from the terrace was gorgeous and we enjoyed a sunny afternoon there. The breakfast was amazing every single day, with Igor coming in to greet the beautiful new morning and Natalia always being interested in our plans for the day. The food was plenty and delicious. It‘s a quiet area with only the wind sometimes making an appearance, but the sleep was phenomenal given the calm surroundings and comfortable beds.

The bathroom did not have a window and the whole apartment became damp after a shower.

It is a beautiful property and the rooms are so quaint and well laid out. The garden is pretty and there is a lovely gazebo area. The breakfast room is lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The room was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in in England, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent, with many of Cornwall’s main attractions and places to visit within easy reach. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous accommodation and facilities including parking. Room was spacious, clean and quiet - perfect for a good night's sleep. Welcoming hosts, Natalia and Egor, who could not do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay in their beautiful home. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Amazing place to stay. Me and my wife went to a local gig at the Eden project and perfect location for this. Not far from Charlestown which has amazing restaurants and pubs with views across the sea. Our room had A/C, very clean and whole place beautifully looked after. Amazing breakfast with calm music and views to the upstairs garden. Host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend

It was a fabulous place without exception. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Spacious room with air conditioning, very comfy bed, ample tea and coffee supplies, very good WiFi, a fab breakfast and and a lovely couple who run it with great care and attention.

The place was lovely and clean, gardens were absolutely beautiful. Me and my husband enjoyed sitting in the garden area with our glass of wine with the sea view. We went when the weather was really hot so having the air con in the room was very welcomed and made the stay even more comfortable. The owners were lovely and welcoming and full of idea of where to visit. The breakfasts was lovely and fresh every morning. The rooms had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would certainly stay again and would highly recommend.

Great location for The Eden Project and Charlestown. Breakfast was amazing. The room was the perfect size for us, with two medium suitcases, very clear and well stocked. The garden veranda is beautiful, with distant views of the ocean. The massage treatment facilities was of spa standards as was the treatment itself - I had a back, shoulder, neck and head massage and it was stunning! So relaxing. Hosts were lovely, polite and friendly. Parking was plenty of room for a 2008. Breakfast delicious served on hot plates, with continental in addition and top-up-able refreshments. Could not fault a thing!

The hosts were extremely attentive to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Bedrooms were well designed and bed very comfortable. Felt more like a hotel than BB. Breakfast choices were excellent and cooked to a high standard.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, brilliantly maintained and absolutely delightful. With a lot of natural light coming, but also with good blinds to have a good night sleep. The insulation was also top notch. Our trip coincided with the horrible heat weave of June 2026 and both rooms stayed cool with just a little help from the A/C unit. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spotless and with good water pressure as well as good water temperature. The breakfast was delicious as well as very well presented. The house also has a delightful garden as well as a lovely terrace. The house's wifi was fast and provided a strong signal. One of us had to spend some time working and having online meetings and all could be done with no connectivity problems at all. It is located really close to the Eden Project, a short drive from the Secret Gardens of Heligan and also close to some lovely towns like Charlestown, where you can find several great places for having lunch or dinner. And last but not least, the hosts Natalia an Igor were lovely and ready to help with every little detail. We couldn't have asked for more, and absolutely delightful stay worth recommending to anyone that seeks accommodation in Cornwall, specially if you want to visit the Eden Projector the Secret Gardens of Heligan. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Thanks a lot Natalia an Igor :)

The property was centrally located for visiting many of the attractions in Devon and Cornwall. It was super clean, well laid out and the hosts have done an amazing job with the space they have. It has beautiful outdoor areas with gorgeous gardens and relaxing seating areas.

Tough to find any flaws in this property. If I had to, I’d say the parking is a we bit tight and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in but it wasn’t horrible by any means.

Location. Ok if driving everywhere. Too far away from anything if you want to walk. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Hence the 9/10 score.

Die beste Unterkunft unserer dreiwöchigen Reise durch Cornwall. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer gebucht (2 Schlafräume: 1 Doppelbett, 1x Zweibettzimmer). So eine schöne und bis ins Detail durchdachte Einrichtung/Ausstattung. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Nicht nur das Zimmer, auch alles andere war einfach wunderschön: der Speiseraum, die Gästeterrasse mit Brunnen, der Garten, eigener kleiner Sitzbereich. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Es gab sogar Käse, Kochschinken, Avocado, Croissants etc. Alles wurde so liebevoll zubereitet und serviert auf schönem Geschirr. Sehr besonders. Man kann bei Natalia auch eine Massage buchen, dafür reichte unsere Zeit aber nicht. Kurze Fahrt zum Eden Project (die Karten vorab online zu buchen ist günstiger als an der Tageskasse. Parken ist inklusive)

Het was heel schoon en alles was in perfecte staat

De kamer was zeer caustofobisch er zit een heel klein raampje in de en het uitzicht was een plaat die strak tegen het raam opgroeide

Das Haus ist schon optisch ein Highlight. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind liebevoll gestaltet, auf der Terrasse gibt es noch einen Wintergarten, den man auch nutzen kann. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet, das Bad geräumig. Das Frühstück war gut, mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Müsli, Saft, Milch, Marmelade, ... . Dazu gab es div. Variationen an britischem bzw. kontinentalem Frühstück, die täglich bestellt werden konnten, sowie Toast, Kaffee oder Tee.

Wie schon im vorherigen Guesthouse, war auch hier keine Steckdose im Bad, allerdings war ein Spiegel in der Nähe der Steckdose für den Föhn. Leider liegt das Haus etwas abseits, oben am Berg. St. Austell selbst hat leider nicht so viel zu bieten, die umliegenden Fischerdörfer (Charlestown, Fowey, etc.) sind jedoch sehr schön und schnell zu erreichen.

Rockleigh Place was in a perfect location for what we wanted to do on our short stay. It was easily accessible to all places we visited, with a short driving distance. Natalia and Igor (the hosts) were very kind and made our stay enjoyable. They were easily reachable, helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very tasty with good choices of food. Their place is immaculately clean with a beautiful garden full of plants and flowers and the view from the property terrace was great! Overall, we would definitely recommend Natalia's and Igor's property if you're looking for a lovely and clean stay. Thank you and we wish you all the best.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Tolles Frühstück, das beste Porridge was ich jemals gegessen habe.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit überraschend viel Charme. Klug eingerichtet und komfortabel. Frühstück wird am Vorabend „bestellt“, frisch zubereitet ind in wirklich großzügigen Portionen serviert. Immer netter Austausch mit den Besitzern zur Umgebung. Zauberhafter Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass jeder Gast einen ruhigen Platz für sich finden kann. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Nir als Hinweise für weitere Besucher: - Die Unterkunft ist recht weit oben gelegen, super Aussicht, aber zu Fuß muss man mit einem Anstieg rechnen. - Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus und es ist generell genug Platz vorhanden, für ungeübte Fahrer könnte es aber vielleicht knifflig werden.

Perfect location. Lovely room with ensuite incl large shower providing shower gel and hand wash. The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast ordered and cooked fresh, with a lovely bright breakfast room and outside space perfect on a sunny day to enjoy a glass of wine.

Great attention to detail. Top quality breakfast with hot food served on a hot plate. This was a return visit and WiFi seamlessly connected to all devices something top hotels resolutely fail to do. Hosts could not be more pleasant.

A modest sized B&B about 40 minutes walk from Charlestown. Natalia and Igor were attentive hosts offering plenty of breakfast options to set us up for day. Parking was a bit tight, and most of our destinations were a short drive away, so honing the five-point-turn technique was needed.

The initial welcome from Natalia was excellent and extremely friendly. We had a full overview of all the facilities and told we were welcome to use any we wished. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and all facilities with were provide to a great standard. The breakfast choice was excellent and the standard of food and presentation excellent. Also very accommodating on any dietary requirements of slight changes to options offered. Parking also provided on site and overall a perfectly located hotel for many places of interest and we had a very enjoyable stay and experience which I would strongly recommend to others.
