Muy bien en cuanto a limpieza, tranquilidad, descanso, incluso ubicación, alejada del ruido pero cerca del centro. Ideal la relación calidad-precio. Sin duda repetiría!

Personal und die Gastgeberin waren sehr freundlich und hat uns ein günstigeres Taxi für unsere Weiterreise organisiert. Die Lage war sehr angenehm, ruhig aber man ist zu Fuß in 10 min im Zentrum. Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit 2 Betten und einer Couch und somit genügend Platz um seine Sachen abzulegen. Frühstück inklusive und auf der Dachterasse mit schönem Ausblick.

Leider war es auf den zweiten Blick nicht ganz so zufriedenstellend, da eine Ameisenstraße und auch Schimmel im Zimmer waren. Die Unterkunft wirkt nur halb renoviert - auf den ersten Blick scheinen die Zimmer recht luxuriös aber bei genauerem Hinsehen fallen doch einige Sachen auf. Das Bad schien nicht renoviert.

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Das Zimmer war schön, sauber und groß. Das im Haus zubereitete Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, mit der Möglichkeit noch etwas nach zu bekommen. Das Wasser in der Dusche war heiß und ausreichend vorhanden. Es gab auch eine private Terrasse mit einer bequemen Sitzgelegenheit.

Everything was comfortable and Sri Lankan breakfast... If you needing English breakfast.. you need to let to them earlier.. because always they have Sri Lankan breakfast only..

De eigenaresse is een superlieve vrouw die altijd met een glimlach voor je klaarstaat. Ze voorziet je elke ochtend van een heerlijk ontbijt, waarbij ze ook wil dat je zo veel mogelijk eet. Aan eten geen gebrek! De accomodatie ligt op loopafstand van het centrum, maar ook van de begin van de hike naar zowel Nine Arch Bridge en Little Adams peak. De kamer zelf is heel schoon en super ruim.

Één avondje hebben we even koud water uit de douche gehad, maar dat was niet erg omdat het ook heel warm was buiten. De volgende dag hadden we alweer warm water, dus eigenlijk heb ik niks te klagen.

I arrived at this place which didn’t have a proper checkin desk or reception, with all my bags trying to checkin, lugging it up and down stairs and steep slopes. Eventually one of the staff greeted me and was very friendly and welcoming. Advised that my apartment room was given to someone else and I could use it the next night, no worries. I explained that I may only stay for 2 nights instead of the 3 that I’d booked, (knowing id still need to pay 3 nights) and would check out at 3 am, and they seemed to understand, I asked if I checkout early can I just leave the key in the door they seemed to understand. After leaving, the manager sent me abusive messages over booking.com accusing me of being a bad person, what I had realised was that this was a “pay at the property” arrangement. I’ve stayed at 6 hotels in Sri Lanka which were paid upfront, so I didn’t realise at the time, they also did not mention anything at checkin. Once I acknowledged the issue and apologised, I came up with a solution via booking.com to have my card charged. Instead of acknowledging my solution, the manager/owner kept sending me abusive and hostile messages about how I’m a bad person. My recommendation is to confirm the payment at checkin like every other hotel, and not just assume the worst in a guest without investigating. This also slipped on my, but I apologised and actioned as soon as I could. This is now being handled by booking.com The other issues I had with property: - room was downgraded as they sold my apartment to another guest extending. - wifi didn’t work at all. - stains on the bedsheets and towels, I used my jumper as an additional bed sheet and blanket. - the door broke on one occasion. - water leaking constantly in bathroom. - dirty curtains and furniture - worst of all the mould in the rooms (mainly bathroom) which has been addressed by other guests in reviews. I’ve gotten sick after staying here, whether it’s directly linked to the mould I’m not entirely sure.

La posizione, leggermente defilata dalle vie principali più affollate, permette di stare in tranquillità ma subito vicino al sentiero per il Nine Arch Bridge e per il little Adam’s Peak; la camera è bella e confortevole; colazione e cena da leccarsi i baffi; Sumitra è una persona deliziosa ed è stato un piacere conoscerla e chiacchierare con lei nei due giorni di soggiorno.

La pressione dell’acqua in bagno è un pochino bassa.

Location - Only good thing about the property

Host - non accommodating and rigid Room - no value for money, lizard in room, washroom lock was not working ( informed owner she didn’t help), no cleaning, linen change, towel change after one full day of stay. So pathetic was the place that we didn’t click a single picture at the property.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier gut. Die Lage ist bestens zwischen der berühmten Brücke, dem Adamspeak und der Innenstadt gelegen und daher alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Besitzerin hat ein ausgespochen herzliches Wesen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. DANKE!

The first room had a bad smell of mold in the whole room especially the bathroom where the mold was visible, the staff were kind enough too switch a room, that room also had a bit of a smell but was better than the other one and the next day I found many bugs in the bed and worms all around the room when I told the staff they called the lady that apparently owns the place and she started screaming at me on the phone that it’s my problem that there’s bugs in the room and that her rooms are good and that I’m complaining too much and that I should take my stuff and go to a different hotel…

I booked the superior room, I booked for more than 2 weeks. The owner sumethra was a really great woman, I enjoyed staying there. If I come to Ella I will definitely stay here again .

Everything, this hotel is truly my worst nightmare, the room was infested with mold, EVERYWHERE, in the room, bathroom and even the toilet itself, I stayed one night and felt horribly sick, had to checkout early and ofcourse had to pay for all 4 days, which i expected, if they were shamless enough to let people stay in a mold infested hazardous room ofcourse they wont have the decency to refund for the days I didn't stay. Oh and even better the owner came to harass me after I reported her to customer service and tried to be racist with me. Literally nightmarish place, I would report to the police if I could.

Het was een prima locatie, rustige plek 10-15 lopen naar het drukkere gedeelte van Ella. Ook was het personeel erg aardig.

De douche was helaas alle vier de dagen koud. Ook de wifi werkte alle vier de dagen niet…

Die Lage ist super. Etwas fernab der Hauptstraße aber dennoch fussläufig von allen Restaurants. Die Inhaberin ist richtig nett und herzlich. Sie kümmert sich um ihre Gäste. Sie hat uns beispielsweise einen Transport organisiert der günstiger als in der PickMe App war. Ausserdem durften wir unser Zimmer wechseln nachdem wir Schimmel und einen unangenehmen Geruch im Bad des ersten Zimmers bemerkten. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen und Lesen ein.

Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider im Vergleich zu den Unterkünften im Westen und Süden nicht ganz, Ella ist aber generell teurer. Schimmel im Bad des ersten Zimmers und auch sonst ist es nicht so sauber.

Owner is lovely and very welcoming. The room is very modern and comfortable and in a great location 5 min walk from the centre.

Die Besitzerin war wirklich mega lieb und das Zimmer sieht auch so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Frühstück war toll und der Bild in dir Natur auch.

Mein großes Problem war das das ganze Bad geschimmelt hat. Es gab kein Abzug und nichts. An jeder Wand im Bad war Schimmel sowie an den Vorhängen. Wenn man nach einem Tagesausflug zurück ins Zimmer kam hat man es auch gerochen. Für diesen Preis und das Premium Zimmer inakzeptabel…

Хорошее расположение, относительно чисто для Азии, очень вкусный завтрак! Договорились на ранний завтрак, все было во время готово, омлет, блины с бананом, фрукты, чай, кофе, масло, джем и тосты.

Брали 3 номера, один из них делюкс. Вот его не советую, окна на дорогу, немного шумно.

Todo!! Esta cerca del centro, la habitacion limpia y muy amplia, los trabajadores un absoluto amor todos!!! Atentos a que desayunes, a que todo vaya genial. Sin duda, la mejor estancia de ella!!

Great location, few mins away from Ella Town, quiet and cozy area but close to main attractions. Room is not huge but comfy and clean with a nice view from the balcony. Thanks to the owner, Miss Shumetra who is extremely friendly and lovely, is also the one serving guests, was very accommodating.

The room could use better, less intense lighting, only because I'm sensitive to bright lights.

Отличный отель. Тишина , хорошие виды из номеров. Своя веранда. Номер просторный и чистый. У нас был номер с двумя большими кроватями, что очень удобно.

We had a really good nights at the house. The room was big, and bed was confortable! The breakfast was delicious and very huge (egg, pancakes, fruits, bread, butter and jam, the/coffee…) All the staff was super nice

The water of the shower was not really hot There is a building work at the house, so there is noise from 8:30am , not really cool to sleep in the morning or to eat breakfast with the sound of hammers

Really enjoyed my stay here. It is located just 5 min walk From Ella town. It is safe for solo travel, the lovely lady who runs the hotel made me feel like family straight away. There’s also a gorgeous Dalmatian dog who roams around peacefully, which was a lovely bonus! This was very cost friendly so I came with not many expectations but it was beautiful, Comfortable, clean and the breakfast was amazing, with incredible views. I was so so impressed with the service throughout my stay - and as a solo female traveler safety is so important and I felt extremely safe and cared for at all times. Thankyou for your lovely hospitality and I will be back for sure!

Небольшой отель с просторными номерами, где есть всё необходимое (фен, чайник, холодильник) для комфортного пребывания. Шикарный большой балкон. Хорошее расположение - недалеко девятиарочный мост и начало маршрута на малый пик Адама, а за поворотом улица с кафе, ресторанами и магазинами. Вкусный завтрак, много фруктов.

The room was nice and clean (and the bed super comfy!!). The hostess was very sweet and the breakfast was lovely. The dog made the stay extra special!

We loved our stay here, the owner was so friendly and accommodating, not to mention the dog Benítez! Breakfast every morning was varied and a great bonus. Very good location to explore little Adams peak and nine arch bridge. Highly recommend!

WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but mostly fine.

A fabulous trip and I am so pleased I stayed here. The rooms are fabulous, each decorated with a random theme and wonderful views from the balcony that allow you to watch the sunset! The hosts are super friendly and the companion is a delight! It’s clean and aircon is excellent. Great location!!

The breakfast was not the best I’d had, the omelette was great but the pancakes were reheated which meant they weren’t fresh. Otherwise fabulous and this didn’t detract from a great stay!

Die Toilette wackelt sehr. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Waschservice wird angeboten, allerdings nicht so gut wie andere.

Die Lage und die Gastgeberin waren super. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht sehr sauber, aber preislich ok.

Het is een mooie, ruime kamer. Zeer goede ligging, je kan te voet naar het centrum maar je hebt geen last van lawaai ‘s nachts. De eigenares is heel vriendelijk en zorgt telkens voor een zeer lekker ontbijt.
