Sehr nette Gastgeber! Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. William hat uns jedes Morgen ein anderes taiwanesisches Frühstück zubereitet. Man kann sich im Wohnzimmer jederzeit Getränke ind Snacks nehmen (gratis).

Wir hatten leider das Pech in einer Nacht Zimmernachbarn zu haben, die aufgrund ihres Jetlags mitten in der Nacht Fernsehen geguckt haben. Da die Wände dünn sind, sind wir davon wach geworden und konnten die Nacht schlecht schlafen. Dafür können die Gastgeber aber nichts.

Supernetter Gastgeber, ein nettes und sauberes Zimmer, ein absolut tolles Frühstück, viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie kleine Schokoriegel, Chips, Nüsse etc. für die Zeit zwischendrin. Tipps für den öffentlichen Transport und die Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Es war alles perfekt, sehr gerne wieder!!!!

The room and the service are exceptional - exceeds expectations. William is truly a super host.

Vancouver is more spread out than expected - travel times are therefore longer. Need a hire car and allow an hour to downtown as traffic is slower than anticipated.

Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen nett und hat mit uns eine Hausführung gemacht.Am nächsten morgen hat er uns mit einem taiwanesischen Frühstücksbuffet verwöhnt.Man konnte im Haus alles benützen und überall waren Snacks und Getränke bereitgestellt.

Eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.Wenn man aber die City erkunden will ist es schon etwas weit entfernt und man benötigt einen Bus.

William was so friendly and welcoming. Parking was plentiful. The room was very well equipped with a great king sized bed. The traditional Korean breakfast was unexpected but very interesting!

William, der Ehemann von Jessica, hat uns herzlichst empfangen und überschwenglich alle Details des Hauses mitgeteilt. Das faszinierenste war das "Frühstück", was William immer gerne als Brunch bezeichnete. Jessica stand jeden Tag sehr früh auf um eine frische, asiatische Mahlzeit vorzubereiten, die als Frühstück dann von William serviert wurde. Pünktlich um 08:30 Uhr jeden Morgen bekamen wir auf diese Weise einen herrlichen "Brunch". Auch sonst war das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet - etwas plüschig, aber das kann man sich ja auf den Fotos ansehen. Wir fanden es wirklich sehr originell und schön dort. Der ideale Einstieg für unsere Kanadareise!

The bed, massage chair, unlimited soft drinks and snacks, and the hospitality of our host! The most impressive thing is the Japanese style breakfast made by our host William - so fresh, tasty and presentable. I totally did not expect to have such a delicious treat in this property.

Vom Empfang bis zum Abschied absolut top! Gemütlich wie bei „Mutti“ und das ist 100% positiv gemeint. Ein absolut einmaliges Erlebnis. Tolle Zimmer und ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit allem was man braucht! Von Snacks, über Getränke bis hin zum Massagesessel! Das traditionelle taiwanische Frühstück ist mit Liebe zubereitet und war super lecker! Auch das ist ein einmaliges und aussergewöhnliches Erlenbis! Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Jessica and William are terrific hosts, they do everything to feel you at home. One can not beat daily fresh prepared breakfast, it is simply fantastic and everyday another dish. It is so solid, you don't need lunch afterwards. If you don't like Asian food, there is also cereals or bread/jam available.

Everything. This was our second stay and again it was just fantastic. The rooms are spotless and very well furnished, the bed is super confortable and the cooked breakfast in the morning is a sensation.

I can’t say enough positive things about Jessica and William’s place! The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable- and the hospitality shown by William was phenomenal! Snacks, water, soda, breakfast items available 24 hours a day! And the Taiwanese breakfast was phenomenal! All homemade by Jessica and served by William! Highest rating of any Bed and Breakfast we have encountered!!

Jessica House has everything you could want and more!! The accommodation is exceptional, drinks and food available throughout the day and William is on hand should you require anything else. We were in the master suite which was more luxurious than many hotels we have stayed in. William’s Taiwanese breakfasts were delicious and kept us fuelled for the day. Cannot recommend Jessica House enough.

William, was an excellent host. The property was perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. The house had plentiful supplies of products to use and the items for the breakfast was vast, so much to choice from. Great start to our holiday.

It's not a 5 star property ... it's 6 stars plus a Michelin Chefs hat for William's and Jessica's Taiwanese breakfast (think yum-cha) - but generous continental breakfast is also available. See attached photo of me with William and the amazing breakfast. William is an A1 host- so generous, helpful and warm-hearted. 24 hours a day snack and breakfast foods, tea, coffee and soft drinks in the comfortable dining-lounge area. Even an expensive massage lounge chair!

Breakfast was fantastic

Host William had great energy and was very accommodating. The facilities were neat and clean. The place was quiet, easy and secure entry into the house and my room. Snacks and lots of water were also available 24-7.

Everything!!!! William our host is wonderful, makes you feel at home from the get go. His home is beautiful and the bedrooms have everything you could want. We had a Taiwanese breakfast, which was sublime and can’t recommend it enough. There is the usual breakfast offerings, should you not want to eat Taiwanese, but we would certainly recommend that you try it.

The host made us very welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The location was exceptional and we were able to walk to restaurants and it was minutes from a beautiful walk by the sea.

The house was very comfortable and well presented. William had thought of everything, snacks were on hand 24/7. Even in our room there was an additional fridge with more drinks and facilities to make tea.. Breafast was served at 8.30am and you were fed more than enough to keep you going for the day.

Es war sehr sauber, die Wohnung war richtig bequem und super ausgestattet. Wir sind erst spät gegen Mitternacht angekommen und der Check-In war trotzdem möglich. Frühstück war super lecker. Sofern wir wieder in die Ecke kommen ist das meine 1.Wahl.

The host (William) and hostess (Jessica) were outstanding for anything you needed or questions you had. You had the choice of a more traditional breakfast ie cereal, toast, coffee or tea but the option was an Asian one. We choose to have Asian and it certainly disappoint. On the days we were there we had duck, eel, dim sum. I could go on but if for know other reason to see William and Jessica, the amazing large rooms, the cultural experience was like know other. I have already told friends and family if you visit Vancouver you must stay at JessicaHouse B & B.

Our host was really nice! He explained everything to us. The room was big, the bed comfortable. Our hightlight was the delicious and freshly prepared breakfast. Soooo good! You can also grab some snacks whenever you feel like it. We are very happy with our choice!

This was our first stay at Jessica’s House. During our entire stay, the host William took every effort to make sure that we were as comfortable as at home. Every detail demonstrates William’s pride and care for this property. We did not meet his wife Jessica, but had the pleasure to taste the wonderful authentic Chinese food she prepared. We met other guests who were repeated customers and we are sure we will be as well! Don’t look further, this is the place to stay when visiting the area.

Owner William was an exceptional host and most helpful. Having personalized security code for front door and our suite gave us that extra feeling of safe. 24/7access to munchies - too many to list - this was in addition to the personalized hot Asian themed breakfast made by William. The bathroom was equipped with all necessary toiletries and room/king size bed very cozy comfortable.

The ability to feel at home and enjoy some luxury in life like a chair massager, smacks, coffee, tea and whatever treat you want like noddles or soup. william made sure we were informed of requirements and quiet time. He made us feel welcome and was interested in what we were striving for in our first experience. Really enjoyed his presentation and cooking the breakfast meal for us. The food was good and enjoyed his respect and courtesy. Thank You as we will try to stay here again if we return again.

Our host William welcomed us with a smile and all information about the room and breakfast options. He organized for us the transport to the airport for the next morning. Jessicahouse is about 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Vancouver center, but the warmth and comfort of the place compensates the inconvenience of the taxi drives.

The host, Jessica's husband William, was a fantastic host. So kind and friendly. They cooked us the most incredible and delicious Taiwanese breakfast and catered for our dietary requirements. The room we stayed in was roomy, extremely comfortable and they provided so many items and amenities to make us comfortable. The house was very clean and tidy. We loved the walking trail from the house into the famous nearby fishing village.

This was the perfect accommodation for our first few days in Canada! William and Jessica make sure to offer the highest comfort and everything you might need, from free snacks and beverages to a vast variety of care products. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is a bit far from downtown Vancouver, but manageable with public transport (bus stop around the corner) or Uber/ taxi. On the other hand, the neighbourhood is very calm and safe, and you can walk to the local harbour for nice views and restaurants. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Whenever you come to Richmond or Vancouver you have to stay at William's and Jessica's House. They are just amazing and offer beneath their kindness a guest-experience which is not from this planet. Never experienced such a great hospitality before..... Everything is just perfect. From all the goddies they offer for eat or snack (24-hours around the clock), to the amenities in the bath room, the super-confi beds or the incredible taiwanese breakfast. This was our best stay during 4 weeks of travelling Canada.

William is very friendly and helpful. He cooked a three course traditional Thai breakfast. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is very nice and felt safe. We were close to the Steveson harbor which is a great place to walk around and find a place to eat.

The only thing that could have been better is the bed wasn't firm enough for my wife. I thought the bed was fine.

Large spacious house in the suburbs of residential Richmond, hosted by William and Jessica. Good room with en suite shower. Shower gel, shampoo conditioner and all necessary items provided. The room is meticulously and thoughtfully supplied with all that a person would need. Great cooked breakfast every day made by William in Japanese Taiwanese style from 8.30 am. In addition, toast, coffee, cereals and fully packed fridge and coffee tea options available all through the day and night. There are fruits, snacks, pot noodles and cookies throughout the day. Easy 10 min from airport and it served our purpose perfectly. For those wishing to spend more time in downtown Vancouver this may be a bit far but can still reach most places in 30 minutes by uber or an hour by bus and skytrain. There are laundry and ironing facilities on request.

Ich würde gerne 12 Punkte geben, ist aber nicht möglich. Persönlicher herzlicher Empfang vor dem Haus. Ausführliche Erklärung der Einrichtung und der Codeschlösser. William war ein super netter Gastgeber. Jeden Tag in der Früh wurde von Jessica taiwanesisch gekocht und von William ausführlich erklärt und serviert. Noch nie so ein tolles individuelles Frühstück gehabt. Den ganzen Tag über durfte man sich Süßigkeiten, Softdrinks, Kaffee, Tee Wasser, Instantnudeln und aus dem Kühlschrank Eis und andere Leckereien nehmen. Das Zimmer war groß, das Badezimmer ebenso mit Sprudelwanne. Alles war vorhanden. Sehr schnelles WLAN. Massagesessel im Gemeinschaftszimmer. William hat uns zum Abschluss auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert.

Weit weg von Vancouver Downtown, aber es fährt ein Bus in der Parallelstraße.

Clean, good value and very comfortable. Best bed we slept on during our 2 weeks in Canada. Close to a nice ocean park and some good restaurants. Close to airport. Very nice host.

Comfortable, immaculately clean, there was everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent breakfast and lovely selection of snacks available throughout our stay. A good location only 15 minutes taxi drive from the airport. A lovely 30 minute coastal walk to the harbour.

The property was clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden and surrounding. The host was a very nice person providing great service and food (breakfast) and all day snacks and drinks.

It was a bit far away from downtown.

Host gave us excellent breakfast every morning; there are plenty of snacks and all kind of drinks if needed, including soft drinks in the bedroom inside a fridge.

Parking is a little tight.

Words cannot fully capture the experience; only personal involvement can truly express the feeling. I can share that during my stay here, it felt like coming home. The breakfast prepared by the host tasted just like what I would have at home, stirring up my feelings of homesickness. 言語難以盡述，只有親身經歷才能真正傳達那種感受。我只能說，我曾經在這裡住過一次，感覺就像回到了家。主人準備的早餐味道就像家裡的味道，勾起了我的思鄉之情。
