The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The gardens are peaceful.

The separate toilet and shower with the basin with the toilet. Would prefer one total bathroom. There was also an odour from the toilet, I think the system is running on septic tanks.

We weren’t planning on eating dinner, but as we arrived late and didn’t want to go and look for a restaurant, we ate on the premises. The food was excellent and the ambience wonderful. Room is spacious and comfortable

I had a wonderful stay overall, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a bigger room, which was such a lovely gesture and made my stay even more special. The staff also sang for me, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The service was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. There really isn’t much else I can fault, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The main area that I think could use some improvement is the food. The menu seems to remain the same from year to year. I stayed here last year and noticed that the menu was essentially the same this year, so I would really appreciate more variety, whether that means changing some dishes periodically or introducing new items. Unfortunately, my starter on Saturday evening was particularly disappointing. I ordered the halloumi, which I normally love, but it was very rubbery and didn’t seem to be prepared properly. It was difficult to enjoy and honestly put me off the meal.

The breakfast was filling and healthy, catered for our needs as my partner only eats boiled eggs, and the team was willing to cater for his special request. The ambiance was good, no noise or interruptions.

The aircon stopped working mid-night, but didn't hamper the moment. Given that we are still in winter, the sitting arrangement for breakfast wasn't so conducive due to the coldness of the thatch - perhaps keeping the fireplace on would have made it warmer.

This is a wonderful, gem of a country manor! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. The food was outstanding - I had dinner in my room both nights and it was restaurant quality, divine food.

What a wonderful weekend! ❤️ The staff were so friendly, warm and accommodating. The privacy and peacefulness make you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The garden is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush trees and plants, with the sound of birds singing — it was truly peaceful and relaxing. 🌿🐦 I loved every minute of my weekend! I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr & Mrs Els. Rene and her team are absolutely fantastic and made my stay even more special. It was a return visit after a few years, and Meraki is still a tranquil, leafy, and friendly venue with great food, beautifully appointed and equipped rooms, and excellent service.

The staff was so friendly and accomidating. The food was amazing (We had breakfast only, but I'm definately doing dinner next time). I loved the bath robes that are provided, they are so soft. It was the only thing that got me out of that bath!

The fact that we went there during winter - THEY HAVE A POOL! I told my husband that next time I want to do cocktails next to the pool.

The privacy and feels like you're in the middle of nowhere.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by Renee and a special shout out to her amazing staff, Nolly and Onnie! They made our anniversary so special decorating the table with flower petals! The Place itself is magical with lush gardens and little room environments that are very unique. You can tell how much the owners and staff have nurtured this unique space. And we cannot say enough about the food! Eat dinner in the restaurant if you can! We had two dinners (both nights of our stay) and it was Some of the best meals we had on our whole trip to South Africa! Nolly and Onnie made the most amazing meals! Breakfasts were terrific and plentiful- but the dinners were spectacular - the ribs were amazing and the T-bone steak incredible. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! We hope to be lucky enough to come back one day!

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! We loved everything about the Country Manor and we will definitely be reutrning soon. The staff, facilities and atmosphere were all astounding. A slice of heaven where you would least expect it. We cannot wait to try the spa on our next visit. Thank you to Onnie for also making our stay so special.

What a lovely place and everyone is friendly

The location is hidden private, me and my girl needed some alone time to cat her and get a heart and this place it, it gave us the right environment to vent out our frustrations about our lives and still enjoy the facilities,. The rooms were spacious clean and everything we needed for our stay, I'd go back there again with my man. THE BEDS WERE FANTASTIC I GOT THE SLEEP I NEEDED AND DIDN'T WANT TO WAKE UP, WISHD I COULD TAKE IT

We never got to get the massages that we book as the messus that was supposed to come wasn't available and we had to go to another place

I absolutely loved this place! It was a beautiful little haven. The staff were the best part of it - they were on the ball, helpful, very friendly and even went beyond their job description to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, the dinner absolutely delicious (I recommend the pear and walnut salad), and the swimming pool was great! The grounds are stunning, with beautiful plants and trees all over. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

There was a camera right outside our room (looking directly at our patio and door to the room). While I understand the security needs behind this, it did feel a bit invasive - especially because it automatically follows you when you move around, so that felt creepy, almost like you were being watched.

Hidden gem not far from Lanseria Airport. Wonderful, helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Aircraft noise was not a problem.

Restaurant portions were huge! We shared dishes; more than adequate. Very economical!

The breakfast that was included was exceptional. I had s choice of a warm breakfast and there was cereal, yoghurt and fresh juice available, too. Warm drinks were available at your request. The staff were super friendly and tried their best to accommodate you.

The room was spacious and had everything that I needed, however, the upkeep was not good. Floor tiles were lose, sliding door lock not working - just an overall renovation would make for a more pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet and serenity. Excellent staff always willing to assist and the chef was amazing.

A perfect little shot left in the heart of Jozi. In less than 45 mins, you feel like you are away from the chaos of the city. I loved the staff who were so friendly and attended to all our requests including making vegan meals to accommodate our dietary preferences. P.S. The vegan lentil bolognaise was delicious.

Die günstigste Lage zum Flughafen Lanseria. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab leider nur einen Stuhl auf der Terrasse für 2 Personen.

Die Anlage war nicht gepflegt, der Pool dreckig. Das Abendessen war mäßig gut, hatte was von Fastfood. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und hat sehr lange gedauert.

This experience was beyond what i expected. When i arrived , i was met at the car , the ladies offered to help me with my bags. They showed me to my room. They messaged me the breakfast menu and supper menu. Their service was amazing and genuine. The rooms are magical and comfy and it smells so good and fresh. Iv been to many places before and this is definitely Top 3! Rene , Onnie , Nolly and all the other ladies are amazing.
