Amazing location in the city center, cheap clean and most importantly you are always greeted with a smile

The place is very reasonably priced and clean the owner and the staff are the kindest people I’ve met in chiang mai If you in chiang mai come here and say hi to mama she has a lot of tour options as well

The owner is really kind at the day but don’t make noise at night

The mattress where a bit hard and you feel the spring on your back but otherwise nothing else

Location was great, and mama is so sweet. She helped us get our belongings that was left in the grab and gave us hugs as we left. The dog is a cutie as well. Holds your bags until check-in. Close to the nightlife and next door to 7-eleven

Some rooms have no windows, it’s not the cleanest but you get what you pay for.

This place is well run, nice and clean. Perfect locations and budget friendly if you are out and about all day. No smoking here and keep the noise down in the evening. I stayed in a room with double bed and shared bathroom. There is a hot water, bathroom is each day kept clean. For budget travellers this is the best in Chiang Mai. I should know it by now!!!

For me it was all sufficient.

Buen precio/calidad, buena ubicación, super céntrico y la dueña super amable. Para hospedarse unos dias ya que solo será para dormir...es muy recomendado.

La limpieza del baño no es muy seguido y no hay artículos de aseo básicos.

一家超高性价比的旅店，位置很好，交通特别方便而夜晚幽静，睡眠质量不错，内部各种设施虽然不是很高级却齐全实用，楼下紧靠着711和ATM，离热闹的青旅酒吧街和商业区都非常近。

Very good location, good value for money, and a very spacious shared room and the host seems attentive. I stayed for just one night.

The bed I slept in was very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring pressing against my body.

Mama was really helpfull and caring, helped us with many tours as well as with an emergency dentist, showed us a lot of cool local spots, and even went for a dinner with us. Great host and a lot of fantastic memories

L’accueil chaleureux de Mama et de sa fille. L’emplacement qui est à côté du centre et à côté de location de scooter / 7-Eleven.

Le ventilateur n’était pas assez puissant, notre chambre donnée sur des fenêtres qui avaient le soleil toute la journée. Nous avons mal dormi suite à ça et à la literie qui n’était pas du tout confortable (lit dur). Chambre très petite pour deux personnes. Les toilettes étaient trempés toute la journée puisque la douche les mouille constamment. Nous recommandons que pour une nuit ou deux mais pour notre part une semaine c’était de trop même en étant peu dans le logement.

The owner...totally unpleasant...

Slept like a baby, was all clean and comfortable, mama was very kind and we booked a great 2 day trek with elephants and hill tribes from her. It was all very easy and pleasant and also a great location, we walked everywhere.

ทำเลดีมากๆ ถ้ามีรถส่วนตัวอาจกังวลนิดหน่อยเรื่องที่จอด ปต่ถ้ามีแค่ตัวกับกระเป๋าสบายมาก

น้ำในห้องน้ำไฟลเบาไปสักหน่อย ห้องมีระบบระบายอากาศ ที่ไม้ค่อยโฟล ทำให้เวลานอน อบอ้าวไปสักหน่อย

This place is perfect if you go to sleep and you do a lot of activities during the day. The room I was in had a good view right in front of the temple, The sunrises looked beautiful. The place is safe, they give you keys for you to enter anytime you want. For the price is good, there's no shampoo or body Wash in the bathroom so take yours and your own towel. There are not lockers! They give you a bottle of water at the check in. In my room there was no A/C but there was a lot of fans and since we had the balcony the air blowing was mix with the air outside, so not only hot air.

이번 여행 동안 여러 숙소를 이용했지만, 이 호스텔은 정말 기억에 남는 최고의 숙소였습니다. 우선 직원분들이 항상 밝게 인사해주시고, 도움이 필요할 때마다 친절하게 응대해주셔서 처음 도착한 순간부터 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 여행 정보나 이동 방법도 자세히 알려주셔서 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 시설 관리 상태도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 객실과 공용 공간이 항상 깨끗하게 유지되어 있었고, 샤워실과 화장실 역시 위생 상태가 좋아 안심하고 이용할 수 있었습니다. 침대도 편안했고 에어컨, 와이파이 등 기본 시설도 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 이 호스텔만의 분위기가 정말 좋았습니다. 조용히 쉬기에도 좋고, 여행자들끼리 자연스럽게 어울릴 수 있는 편안한 분위기가 인상적이었습니다. 혼자 여행하는 사람도 부담 없이 지내기 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다. 가격 대비 만족도는 기대 이상이었습니다. 이 정도 위치와 시설, 서비스 퀄리티를 생각하면 매우 합리적인 가격이라고 느꼈고, 다음에 다시 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다

The location is great, the bathrooms are cleaned everyday and stocked, every room is provided with a fan and last but certainly not least… the best thing about this property… Mama. I unfortunately was really ill during some of my stay here… I’ll save the gruesome details but it involved a lot of fluids coming from a lot of places… and Mama constantly checked in on how we were doing and if I was okay, she really does look after you like a mother! My boyfriend had to do some of our washing while we were there and she gave him some extra washing packet to take with us. Before I was sick we spent a few days of Songkran with the Jay Guesthouse family…. Jesus they know how to party ahaha! It was so so much fun (the beer is super cheap there too and freezing cold!)

We really did enjoy our stay, especially the price we paid! But just a couple of things- The beds are really not comfortable… it definitely didn’t help that I was experiencing the worst fever dreams of my life, but it was difficult to sleep on. It is also super noisy from the street outside. As I said above we spent Songkran here so traffic was bound to be busier! But even shaking bin bags it sounded like they were outside your door

Eigentlich alles. Die Zimmer waren eher verdreckte Zellen mit einem unfassbar harten Bett, ohne irgendwelche Möbel oder Fenster, außer Löcher in der Zimmerwand, die dazu geführt haben, dass man alles hören konnte. Es war extrem heiß und laut. Das schlimmste war aber das Personal…..Extrem unfreundlich und passiv aggressiv. Waren nur aufs Geld aus. Abends hörte man nur Schritte und als meine Freundin duschen war wurde an das verdreckte Bad geklopft und gekratzt. Wir haben Erbrochenes im Mülleimer gefunden und waren dementsprechend gezwungen nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft frühzeitig zu verlassen. Verbessere

Rude and unfriend owner. Poor facilities, loys or rules, told off for using a power socket, not allowed to work in the large room downstairs. Many locks to go through. Cold showers. Btoken bed, bed fleas, many many more.

We had a wonderful experience. When we arrived, Jay gave us a warm welcome and invited us to a local celebration where we had an amazing time. We ate, danced, and enjoyed ourselves just like everyone else. We had a great time during our stay at the hostel.

The only thing I’d suggest improving is that it got hot in the rooms at night, since the fans in some rooms weren’t enough to keep the temperature comfortable while sleeping.

Mama is the best guesthouse manager and owner. She cares of her clients and even will invite you to her beautiful celebrations. We left a yellow flower for the most beautiful yellow guesthouse in Chiang Mai square. A simple room with clean facilities, safe area and good staff. And unbeatable prices too!

J'ai réservé et payé une chambre, mon avion arrive à 21h, elle ne répond pas à mes messages, je ne sais donc pas comment accéder a ma chambre. Quand j'arrive tout est éteint, personne ne me répond. Vers minuit cette folle hystérique sors de sa cachette, refuse de me parler ou de m'écouter, appelle la police et nous jette dehors. Je me retrouve a 1h du mat a la rue avec la mère de 70 ans avec nos bagages à chercher un autre hôtel. En plus elle se permet de me réclamer des frais de non présentation via Booking. COMPLÈTEMENT TIMBRÉE 😡

I had the chance to stay at this hostel, and honestly, I was impressed from the very beginning. The place has such a warm and friendly vibe—it really feels like staying at a friend’s home The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They genuinely care about the guests and are always ready to help with anything, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is another big plus! It’s right in the city center and super easy to find, making it very convenient to get around and explore. What I really liked is that they also offer tour packages for anyone who isn’t sure what to do or where to go. It’s a great option, especially for first-time visitors. It's well located; there's a temple right across the street and a 7-Eleven supermarket next door.

Be careful with your arrival time; check-in has a set schedule. If you arrive late or in the early hours, you won't find anyone at reception.
