Очень милая квартира в прекрасном тихом районе Венеции. Когда вся венеция забита людьми и толпами народа - прекрасно выйти на тихую площадь и спокойно выпить кофе. Очень все чисто, хорошее белье , хоррший кондиционер, что очень важно для этого лета. Дом старинный. Окна выходят на канал - и это очень романтично.

La distanza ai posti d'interese

Location was fantastic and beds were comfortable. It was a nice touch having the window look out over the canal. We didn't use them, but it was nice to have the option for a full kitchen and living room facilities. Gated entrance felt safe and instructions to get inside were very clear with pictures and communication was fantastic. We were allowed some extra time to check out so we could check in to our next place when it was ready, which we really appreciated.

Only thing was just the shower, water pressure was low and the hot water took a while, but just required some patience, it wasn't too bad :) We also were a little bit surprised to find that there were other guests in rooms, but the suite was large enough that it didn't feel crowded, and we never saw the other guests.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage war gut, wir hatten ja über 35 Grad. Die Ausstattung in der Gemeinschaftskücche war sehr gut. Die Lage war für uns ideal.

Leider gibt es in den Gemeinschaftsräumen keine Kühlung. In der Dusche fehlt sie Ablage für das Duschgel. Und den Lichtschalter am Gang haben wir nicht gefunden.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal siempre comunicándose vía teléfono por cualquier inconveniente. Son muy detallistas, dejan todo preparado para que sea una buena experiencia.

Es difícil llegar, muchas escaleras sin rampa. Una vez que llegas, hay que subir largas escaleras para llegar al piso. Si vas con maletas grandes, se vuelve un poco incómodo el camino y la ubicación.

室内やバスルームは清潔で、イタリアで泊まった中で最も快適でした。建物の場所は入り組んだ路地の先にあり少し分かりにくいですが、スタッフが事前に詳細な場所を教えてくれて助かりました。（日本の方はWhatsAppのアカウントを作成しておいたほうが良いです） 共用スペースに冷蔵庫や食器、フリーのコーヒーや紅茶があります。決して安くはありませんが全体的に、ベネチアの相場と比較するとお得感があると感じました。

運河沿いにあり、深夜を過ぎてもボートが往来しているため騒音が気になる人はいるかもしれません。私たちは一日中歩き回って疲れていたのでぐっすり眠れました。 バスアメニティはシャンプーとボディソープのみです。

Emplacement au top, relativement proche des sites à visiter mais un peu en dehors de l effervescence de la ville

Faltaban un par de copas de vino, algunas cositas más para una estancia corta en Venecia, pero por el resto, todo muy bien.

Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Ausstattung war unvollständig. Die Töpfe klebten von außen und innen. In den Fluren dunkel. Licht nur per Sensor, der nicht immer funktioniert. Bett durchgelegen und nicht annähernd so hochwertig wie auf den Bildern suggeriert wird. Fenster lassen sich nicht auf Kipp stellen. Kontakt zur Vermietung nur schriftlich möglich. Bad über den kalten, dunklen Flur. Ein für diesen Vorgang bereit gelegter Morgenmantel nur in Größe S. Insgesamt ein liebloser Eindruck, nur zum Geld machen gedacht. Nicht wieder.

Totul a fost minunat. Comunicarea foarte buna cu gazda, am primit indicatii foarte clare si recomandari. Locatia foarte buna, linistita, curata, cu toate dotarile necesare (dar fara TV) si in apropiere de restaurante si puncte de atracție.

Appartamento molto carino e pulitissimo. Affacciato direttamente sul canale. Stanza spaziosa e luminosa. Posizione perfetta per muoversi e raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Proprietari gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mieszkanie w idealnej lokalizacji, dostęp do potrzebnych udogodnień (łazienka poza pokojem ale tylko dla danego pokoju, kuchnia wspólna ze wszystkimi sprzętami). Widok na kanał, co nas urzekło 🙃 dobry i szybki kontakt na Whatsapp z właścicielką.

Fantastic stay! Wonderfully equiped facilities in a quiet corner of Venice only a quick walk from the main touristy places. Great kitchen, and spotless bathrooms. Host was wonderful and let us keep our bags for free until late in the night to catch our flight.

No TV. The shower took longer than expected for hot water. There were sounds from gondola rides late into the night.

Ubicación perfecta, puedes ir andando a todos sitios y estás a 5-10 min de todo. A 1 minuto hay una plaza preciosa con un bar que se llama Art cafe Venezia, para tomar algo y una librería súper especial al lado. Recomiendo ir a desayunar a Da Mario i Fioi muy bueno y 0 turístico. El apartamento es muy especial, no sabía cómo sería compartir un apartamento con habitaciones y el baño fuera de la habitación, y la verdad que fue perfecto, no nos cruzamos a nadie.

The location is great near Rialto Bridge and a very close walk to San Marco Square. The room was spacious, clean, overlooking a nice small canal, the outside bathroom wasn't a great issue, and there's a curtain isolating the room and the bathroom from the rest of the flat . The building is vintage, old and has Venice spirit. Beatrice was great, very friendly, cooperative and responsive.

Nothing Just a recommendation, it would be nice if there's a carpet on the floor.

ottima pulizia, camera ampia, posizione comodissima, staff efficiente

purtroppo nelle strutture di venezia è difficile ottenere una buona insonorizzazione, però qui siamo un po' al limite. Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere gli ospiti accanto che sono rincasati alle 3 di notte ed hanno iniziato un via vai bagno-camera fino alle 5. L'insonorizzazione è nulla, sembra di essere tutti in un unica camera. Risultato, notte completamente in bianco. Consiglio alla struttura di fornire dei tappi per le orecchie e invitare gli ospiti a rispettare il silenzio nelle ore notturne.

Très bonne communication avec la hôte même si on s’est pas croisé, très belle chambres toujours à l’écoute, il y a un coin cuisine, très propre !! On a pu laisser les bagages dans le salon jusqu’au soir

Lo que más nos gusto fue la anfitriona Mónica, nos espero a nuestra llegada, nos dio un mapa de la ciudad y nos explico todos los sitios interesantes que ver, como llegar a dichos puntos y nos recomendó lugares para ir a comer, tomándose su tiempo en explicarnos por que cada lugar era interesante para visitar y nos aclaro cualquier duda que le planteamos, esforzándose en hablarnos en nuestro idioma. La ubicación excelente

Accoglienza, disponibilità e cordialità dei gestori della struttura. Posizione centrale e ben collegata. Camera con vista suggestiva sul canale e struttura silenziosa. Ottima la pulizia e il servizio deposito bagagli.

Mi spiace che sono stata fuorviata dai titoli delle camere, pensando che quella scelta fosse con bagno privato interno, non avendo letto la descrizione generale o quella in inglese, idem per l'uso del frigo non privato, servizi che ricerco sempre nelle strutture.

Muy amables las anfitrionas. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. La ubicación es perfecta para ir desde el aeropuerto y a las islas. Muy recomendable.

El baño no estaba en la habitación, pero no era un problema.

Monica was amazing, she was very responsive to our needs & gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and eat around Venice. Accommodation was in a great location. Would stay there again.

The room was super clean and well organized. Everything was great. Monica is the kindest host that we can ask for. Checkin and checkout were very straightforward. She even offered to keep our luggage with flexibility for pickup time And the location is super central. Cannot ask for anything more

We were welcomed very nicely, the hostess explained everything very well and kindly. The place is very clean, cozy, and is very close to the center of things, 5 minutes walk. It has everything you'll need, including a very nice kitchen.

The bathroom is a little small and in a separate room, meaning not inside the bedroom. It is private and right next door at the hall, but it's less convenient and makes you feel like you bother others if you need to go at night. Another thing is the no sound protection. The walls are very thin. We felt like we were bothering others when we were a little loud and couldn't be as freely as we wished to be. One last thing which I'm not sure concerns the place itself - The first few alleys by the building are not very well lit, which at night is a bit unpleasant to walk in. Overall, these are small inconveniences and we still had a lovely stay.

I liked everything very much, there was a hairdryer in the room, and there was also coffee and tea. Everything is suitable for cooking. Nice accommodation, friendly hostess Monika.

The location in Venice was great. Very central to a lot of activities. The building was awesome and the courtyard was beautiful, especially at night. Bed was very comfortable and the hot water maker in the room with coffee packets was used everyday.

The shower could have drained a bit better. After every shower I was standing in a few inches of water. Not sure if that's just how it works in Venice, or if there was a bit of a plumbing problem. It was a minor inconvenience.

It was a great location and was very clean. Hosts were responsive and nice. Room was big and comfortable.

Door to the hall was thin so you could hear other guests when they weren’t in their room. (Some guests also just weren’t cognizant of others and were loud at night, no fault of the staff).

The room, bathroom and apartment were excellent: clean, spacious and with ample facilities. Lovely view over a canal and not far from Via di Roma, Ospitalle, and Rialto bridge. Great host!

Nothing the host can control: the noise from boats speeding past at night, often with loud music on. Venice council or water police has to introduce speed limits and noise restrictions! We would have preferred softer pillows.

It was a nice place with good facilities and clean rooms. There was a small view from the room of the water ways.

Path to the hotel was a bit isolated (for a very short distance). Bathrooms were outside the room (but were private and the room we stayed(room 3) had the luxury of not getting disturbed due to it being the last room in the corridor which could be covered with a curtain to block other rooms from our path from bathroom to room)

Awesome location! Great view on gondolas. Spacious, clean rooms with big bathrooms and mirrors. A fully working AC (with a few options to use). The host lets you store luggage before and after check-in/check-out and responds quickly. Super attentive and respects guest privacy.

Not a big deal, but don’t open your windows at night. There aren’t many mosquitoes, but since you’re near the canal, it’s better to be safe.

It was our second year in a row here, as we like it very much. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Location is great. Room is wide and everything is very clean.

I am aware of the problems with buildings in Venice, but maybe something could be done for the very loud noise that doors make when opening/closing.

Amazing host - gives you a lot of attention, suggestions, ready to solve any issue. Very polite and friendly, speaks good English. Location is very close to all attractions and also close to F.Te Nove - Boat station. Inside is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

When I made the reservation I was a bit worried about not having an en suite bathroom, but in the end it worked out perfectly. Even though you share the apartment, there is sufficient privacy. Location is perfect for Venice : far enough from the noisy tourists, but near enough to visit the popular sites.

You had to walk the stairs, bathroom is not connected to bedroom and locks are old school.

Breakfast was self-catering. The setting, the room, the vibe, everything was good. The hostess Monica is a super host. Very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of info, helped us find good rates for travel to other destinations. told us a bit about the history of the place. Her communication before our arrival was very good with pictures of where to find keys etc. She made our stay very pleasant and will return to her when we revisit.

Nothing really. Bathroom is separate from the room so you have to walk out in the corridor, but it was never an issue. Was just scared to wake up other people in the middle of the night. But the building date from the 17th century, so it is understandable.

I heard all the times my neighbors went to the toilet; the noise of the door closing and locking is super uncomfortable.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The private bathroom was outside the room, but not an issue at all! The facilities were great with a fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook meals. Check in and communication were easy. Monica was very friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations.

The location was incredible! It was close to everything. The room and bathroom was very clean. When I had trouble finding it in the dark I was able to phone the owner and she guided me there. I thought having the bathroom outside the room would bother me, but it was fine. It was also nice and quiet.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was the kitchen was messy all the days I was there with dirty dishes in the sink so I did not use the kitchen at all.

There was no breakfast available as we thought however venice has alot to to offer and we ended up eating breakfast at a cafe anyway.

Our apartment overlooked a canal. We had access to fridge, full kitchen. Bathroom was lovely. Beautiful courtyard. Our Host helped us get help to get back to water taxi at the end of our stay ( one of our party is in a wheelchair)

There were no comfortable chairs ( only hard wood bistro chairs) for relaxing at the end of a busy day.

What a pleasant stay! Monica was very responsive. She gave me clear instructions on transportation, how to get to airport early in the morning and how to get to her place late at night. The location is super, a few mins away from the water bus station. Can reach main tourist spots in short walks too. Check in instructions very clear, room is very spacious and clean. Definitely book this place again when I’m back in Venice!

This property was unreal!! In a nice little quiet spot which was in a stunning location. Our room was lucky enough to look out onto a canal which made our stay and more awesome! Plenty of nice restaurants around and the hosts were very kind in showing us where to eat and drink.

The location is good, but little hard to find. Room and bathroom clean. The price is fair.

The old lock is annoying, there is no way to make it quiet. And the external bathroom make people keep walk in and out the room.

Located on a canal in Cannaregio. Monica was very welcoming and gave us good advice on local restaurants, etc. The apartments are bright, clean, recently renovated.

The bedroom and bathroom doors were extremely noisy and unfortunately they woke us up a few times during the night, maybe it can be improved somehow.

Would be good if there is a clothing closet or more luggage racks to prop up luggage. This is a small issue. Shower space was a bit small but again, this is a small issue.

Owner can post a video of way from boat taxi stop to home.. that will be of great help as Gmaps sometimes falter. it 200 ms from FT Nova boat stop but can be pain if you don't know the route
