オーナーとっても優しかったです。 予約した宿泊数と違ったり、ベット数が違ったりしたが希望部屋をちゃんと用意してくれた。 また当日にエアコン付きお部屋を希望したらそれも叶えてくれた。 歩いて行けるところにレストランやアーユルヴェーダ施設もあった。 現地方行くレストランも近く食事には困らなかった。

Lovely peaceful courtyard area and a very nice breakfast including local foods and fruits. Perfect location for exploring Sigiriya. Staff are very approachable and helpful.

Ein super herzliches Ehepaar, was sehr hilfsbereit ist und gerne für euch Ausflüge organisiert. Fragt die beiden nach Empfehlungen, es kommt von Herzen. Jeden Morgen lächelnd beim Frühstück begrüßt zu werden war so schön :)

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Man merkt, dass ihm wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen und gibt gerne hilfreiche Reisetipps.

Zimmer vor allem Badezimmer Sri Lanka typisch. Hier sollte man keine falschen Erwartungen haben. Frühstück war gut, könnte aber vielfältiger sein.

La chambre était propre, les lits confortables, une clim fonctionnelle (non négligeable). Le cadre et l'emplacement sont très sympas. Pas mal de bons restaurants au pied. On vous recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Mention spéciale pour l'hôte qui a toujours été bienveillant et disponible pour nous conseiller en toute circonstance (trajet, visite, massage,...)

Bellissima struttura vicinissima a Lion rock che ti permette di vedere tutta Sigiriya dall’alto. Il proprietario è stato super gentile dal primo all’ultimo minuto della nostra permanenza. Abbiamo fatto la colazione (inclusa nel prezzo) più buona del nostro in Sri Lanka. Consiglio vivamente!

Tutto tranne la zanzariera

Zanzariera bucata e di notte sono entrate zanzare per pungere e disturbare il sonno. Peccato basterebbe tanto poco per aggiustarla.

Room very nice, clean. Extremely nice and helpful stuff - helped us arrange a trip to the Lion's Rock and prepared a typical breakfast afterwards.

Camera essenziale e semplice, ma con tutto ciò che serve. La differenza qui è fatta dallo staff e dal proprietario, estremamente gentile e disponibile. La colazione era buona e abbondante. La struttura offre molto servizi tra cui trasporto a lion rock (che si trova molto vicino) e safari, a dei prezzi convenienti. La posizione è ottima e ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti a pochi passi

El alojamiento está bien ubicado y el personal es encantador, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Hicimos el safari a Minneriya y estuvo muy bien y con mucho mejor precio que las ofertas que puedes encontrar en internet. El desayuno estaba bueno y abundante. Una muy buena opción calidad-precio en Sigyiria.

Únicamente comentaría que las instalaciones del baño eran muy básicas y quizás no del todo confortables.

Die Gastgeber sind unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine Safari über sie gebucht, sowie einen Ausflug nach Polonnaruwa und beides waren sehr gute Angebote und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Sigiriya unvergesslich gemacht. Auch sonst die Tipps die wir bekommen haben waren sehr hilfreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut; alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, alles war sauber und wir hatten Warmwasser. Die Klimaanlage hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wir wurden immer gefragt, ob wir noch was haben möchten. Wir würden definitiv noch mal wiederkommen!

Natürlich sind in Sigiriya überall wilde Tiere, sowie auch Affen die bei uns so gegen 5 Uhr auf dem Dach etwas Krach gemacht haben, aber da kann die Unterkunft ja nichts für :)

Eine wirklich klasse Unterkunft, Liebe und nette Besitzer die auch bei Aktivitäten oder Transporten helfen, gute Lage und gutes Frühstück! Preis-Leistung wirklich unschlagbar!

It was amazing, to start with the location right in sigiriya, just a 15min walk to lion rock and a restaurant just up the street that is just amazing! The host and the rest of the staff were incredible helpful, kind, so friendly and always happy. The breakfast was a dream, fresh fruit and traditional pancakes, it was delicious! Can’t recommend this place enough!

1. Нас заселили в номер эконом-класса, хотя я заказал и оплатил семейный суперлюкс. 2. После обращения к хозяину отеля, он согласился дать нам нужный номер, но предложил доплатить 20 долларов, сказал что русские богатые и можем и заплатить. пришлось ему объяснять что я уже один раз заплатил и будет нечестно платить еще больше. 3. Номер по больше всё же дали, но там отсутствовали объявленные удобства: чайник, кухня, фен, tv, ванные принадлежности и прочее. 4. Номер и сам отель ушатан, хозяин отеля сам пытается им управлять и это у него не получается, экономит на всём. отель изношен, оборудование, сантехника, мебель изношены и неработоспособны, давление воды крайне низкое. 5. Вайфай отвратительный. 6. Завтрак скудный, это скорее перекус чем завтрак. 7. В течении суток воды не было 3 раза. 8. В соседнем здании отеля ведется шумный ремонт, похоже его ремонтируют круглосуточно и комфорт гостей отеля никого не волнует.

Janith and his wife are simply fantastic! They made our stay absolutely amazing, helped to book a safari, booked us the most amazing massage and were always so helpful! One day I was not well and we needed to leave, they left me rest in the room until our driver arrived, highly recommended, 10 out of 10! If you want a great experience, book a room here!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Overall, we had a good time. The caretakers were quite helpful and the neighborhood is good for walking and near the key attractions. The hotel also had multiple good deals for nearby attractions. The breakfast was good.

Nothing major. I wish they cleaned up the room everyday without asking for it.

Un ambiente tranquilo, perfecto tanto si viajas solo o en familia. Nos recibieron muy bien y siempre están atentos a lo que puedas necesitar. Totalmente recomendable

We had a lovely stay here, the location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We couldn’t believe how good value it was for money.

Great location, super super friendly staff, mega comfy beds. For the price, it was excellent. Was it rough round the edges, yes.

The WiFi is not good, but it's to be expected for £20 a night (and we were 4 people!)

I liked the location and the owners’ great hospitality. They offered me a free tuk-tuk ride on the morning of my sunrise hike to Lion Rock, so I didn’t have to walk alone at night.

The room is very simple. The pillows are not very comfortable and I didn’t have hot water.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado para poder ir andando a los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad y salir a cenar a la calle con más restaurantes. Ajith y su familia son encantadores, muy serviciales, sonrientes y siempre atentos de que todo este perfecto.

El baño tenía muchas hormigas y la presión de la ducha era muy suave pero con todo lo bueno no nos importo.

The owners are very kind, always available and ready to help. Seating and reading on the patio was lovely. Some rooms have great garden views.

お得感がなかったことです。部屋にトカゲがいました。 鍵もなんだか壊れ気味で一苦労でした。 途中で宿変えようかなぁとか、もうちょっといい宿にしておけばよかったなぁと思ってました。

We had a great stay here. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was good. The host was very friendly and helpful and could easily arrange taxis for us.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par les propriétaires de cet hôtel ! Ce logement est idéalement situé, proche de restaurants et de l’entrée du parc pour aller visiter le rocher du Lion. La chambre était très propre et équipée comme il faut. Petit déjeuner très bon et complet. Hadji s’est montré très à l’écoute, très serviable, un véritable plaisir !

The Lion Lodge was exactly what we were after - a very comfortable stay and extremely well priced. The Lodge was in a great location, with both Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rocks only a short tuk tuk journey away (we even walked back from Sigiriya Rock which took about 15mins). The breakfast was delicious, and there are plenty of nice places to eat just a short walk away. Ajith was a wonderful host - extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Sigiri Lion Lodge!

The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. They provided us with a great contact for a safari too. The location was great and rooms were spacious.

Shower could have been more powerful

Amazing location, we walked to the entrance of lion rock and there was loads of restaurants around. Staff were lovely and rooms were clean

Lighting was a bit dingy and creepy but the room was really nice other than that!!

Il bagno é un po’ datato, la finestra di quest’ultimo non si chiudeva e infatti nel bagno c’erano sempre formiche nel muro…consiglio di tenere gli scarichi chiusi perché a noi é entrata una rana nel bagno!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Ajith, the hotel owner, was incredibly attentive and took great care of everything during our stay. He arranged our taxi from Anuradhapura to Sigiriya, including a stop in Dambulla to visit the caves and the Golden Buddha Temple, as well as an interesting visit to a local wholesale market. He also organized a tuk-tuk for us to enjoy the sunrise from Pidurangala Rock and a jeep safari to Minneriya National Park. Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish. The room was spacious, very clean, with air conditioning and a fan. The breakfast served on the table in front of our room was a lovely touch. We truly felt at home. A perfect stay. We would definitely come back without hesitation!

Der Inhaber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein oder einem etwas verkaufen zu wollen. Genau diese entspannte und ehrliche Art hat den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend! Die Lage war auch gut, man kan von dambulla direkt ein Bus (Bus nach Sigiriya) vor das Hotel nehemen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, bei dem ich mich jederzeit wohlgefühlt habe.

La familia ha sido encantadora, nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado: excursiones, transporte, recomendaciones, ... Tienen plena disposición para ayudar y aconsejar en todo lo que necesitas. La habitación esta correcta y el desayuno es muy completo y esta riquísimo. Muchísimas gracias por hacer que la experiencia haya sido brillante. Si algún día volvemos a Sri Lanka no dudaremos en volver a visitaros.

Lovely staff and the location was great. So helpful. Food options on either side of the location. A short car ride to the attractions. Perfect for what we wanted.

기차역과 2분 거리로 무척 가깝고 내리막길을 따라가면 되어서 짐을 가지고 걸어가기 쉽습니다. 엘라의 메인 거리랑 걸어서 3분 내외인데 한 블럭 떨어져있어서 밤에도 조용해요. 그리고 이 숙소 바로 앞에 cargills 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 간단하게 장 보기도 좋아요. 방은 바닥이 타일로 되어 있어 청결하고 청소 상태도 훌륭합니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고 룸 컨디션이 전반적으로 좋습니다. 집의 외관과 다르게 내부는 새 것 느낌입니다. 침대에는 모기장이 있어서 잘 때 안심이 되고, 모기약도 피우시는 것 같았어요. 집 주인인 아저씨는 영어를 거의 못하시지만 무뚝뚝하게 잘 챙겨주는 츤데레 스타일입니다. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 해주셨고 서비스도 챙겨주셨어요. 방에 냉장고가 있고 미니바가 있는데 맥주도 저렴한 가격이라 굳이 리쿼샵 안가고 숙소에서 마셨습니다. 한국인 리뷰가 없어서 살짝 걱정하며 예약했는데, 아직 여기를 잘 모르시는 것 같아 리뷰를 남깁니다.

에어컨은 없고 방이 다소 습합니다. 방에 선풍기는 있는데 엘라가 고산지대라 여름에는 밤에도 선선해서 덥다고 느끼지 못했고 에어컨 없는게 큰 문제는 아닙니다.

オーナー夫妻がとても親切で、ホスピタリティ溢れる素敵な人たちでした。お部屋は広々としていて、シギリヤロックへも徒歩圏内でした。バスも目の前の通りで止まってくれるので便利でした。近くには美味しいレストランもあり、食事にも困りませんでした。朝食は頼んだ時間に用意してもらえます。

アメニティについては、ソープやシャンプーの類は全くありませんでした（手持ちがあったので困りませんでした）。あるのはバスタオルのみ、水は初日のみ部屋に用意があります。部屋の掃除はリクエストが必要な仕組みのようでした。WiFiはあまり繋がりませんでした。
