Camera molto accogliente e zona piscina davvero rilassante. L’hotel in generale è molto curato, anche il ristorante è molto comodo. La via per raggiungere l’hotel è un po’ dissestata, eccetto questo aspetto, è comunque molto comodo per visitare i principali punti di interesse

Las instalaciones estaban genial, el personal súper amable y servicial, sobretodo Apsara, que fue una de las chicas que nos atendió. Habitació y baño muy amplios, con aire acondicionado y ventilador, la zona de piscina increíble.

The place is a real littile paradise. A beautiful.garden with coconut palms, great dinning place. The rooms are very spacious with big balconies (1st floor where we were), overlooking this beautiful garden. Sounds of birds, a lake... There is also a nicely sized swimming pool. Everything is well-tended and clean. But most importantly - the staff is amazing: kind and lovely, taking care of every need. The food is absolutely amazing. We tried all sorts of things, but the winner is a vegetable curry. We got 3 different curries with sambal, plenty of rice and papadam. Brilliant.

The only thing I did not like is that air-conditioning is blowing directly on the bed. In such big rooms it could be placed a bit further away from the bed. But this is really the only flaw. The location is quite far away from the main road - we felt this was great. But if someone wants to go out and look at the villilage tuk tuk.is the only.option.

Nous avons pris la pêche du jour - personne adorable - Un peu excentre de Sigiriya mais pour nous c était parfait !

The building and rooms are really comfortable and great. The staff is super friendly and always ready for a nice chat. The location is perfect, a little bit aside the busy Main Street and near a beautiful lake.

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, voor mij persoonlijk mochten er meer hartige en minder zoete items geserveerd worden.

Spacious rooms with a luxurious bathroom. From the veranda, you have a view of the beautiful green garden and the large pool. Delicious breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. There’s a great laundry service. We enjoyed our stay. In short, highly recommended!

Lieve mensen, en mooie kamers!

De uitstraling van de accomodatie was erg luxe, goed onderhouden en super schoon. Een heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen. De kamer was zeer ruim, met een super mooi bed strak afgewerkt met stenen eromheen. De airco werkte perfect waardoor het erg aangenaam was. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk, 1 keer soort english breakfast en 2e dag juist typisch sri lankaans, een goede afwisseling! Avondeten hebben wij buiten de deur gedaan, maar dit zal ongetwijfeld ook heerlijk zijn bij het verblijf. Wat ook erg leuk was, in de avond ging het personeel en lokale inwoners volleyballen, hier hebben wij meegespeeld en dat was super leuk om te doen.

Het ligt wat afgelegen. Hier waren wij van op de hoogte en was een bewuste keuze. Met een eigen tuktuk is dit prima te doen, maar kan voor anderen wat onhandig zijn. Laat het je niet afschrikken want het hobbelige weggetje is het meer dan waard om bij dit prachtige verblijf te komen!

Beautiful pool, friendly staff, very quiet place in the nature

A bit isolated, difficult to leave the place after dark. Home made wooden pool loungers without cushions were not very comfortable. Rooms a bit outdated and not very cosy

The staff were excellent which made our stay unforgettable. The grounds were amazing, beds very comfortable, they compensated for not having a fridge in the rooms, so I would highly recommend this property, Isuru and staff were the highlight. Thank you for our fun time there.

The only thing we didn’t like was the very bumpy road leading to the villa.

I recently stayed at The Goddess Garden Hotel and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. During our stay, a large group (around 8–10 people) was playing loud music and singing late into the night, continuing until around 1 AM. This caused significant disturbance and made it difficult for us to rest. We raised this issue with the hotel management multiple times, but no effective action was taken, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the access road to the hotel is quite challenging. Vehicles with low ground clearance may struggle to reach the property without scraping the bottom, so this is something future guests should be aware of. Overall, due to the lack of proper management response and accessibility issues, our stay did not meet expectations.

Die Hotelanlage war sehr schön angelegt und sehr ruhig abseits der Stadt. Das Hotel eigene Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große Pool, den wir fast für uns allein hatten.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Pool ist erfrischend und das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben Transporte und Aktivitäten für uns gebucht, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker!

Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr groß und schön. Der Poolbereich ist ja angenehm und einladend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes wurden in der Unterkunft Bauarbeiten durchgeführt.

Der Anfahrtsweg hat das Auto unseres Fahrers sehr gefordert.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and well lit. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast, though not offering a large diversity, was very good.

The only not so positive thing was the wi-fi in our bedroom. The signal was incredibly low and it did not allow us to connect freely to the internet. However, if you went to the common areas (dining area and reception), the signal improved significantly.

Ein besonderes Highlight war die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer (ganz hinten oben) und das sehr freundliche Personal. Wir wurden sehr herzlich behandelt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen, waren sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl, auch in vegetarisch/vegan. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte einen hohen Standard und war sehr sauber. Es gab lokales Obst auf dem Zimmer, was wir nachmittags auf der Terrasse genossen haben. Wie wären gerne länger geblieben und werden es uns für unsere nächste Sri Lanka Reise merken. Vielen Dank ❤️

Die Betten waren etwas hart

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en wilt helpen om je verblijf zo optimaal mogelijk te maken. De ligging is prachtig, met natuur overal om de accommodatie.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona verde. Las instalaciones correctas. Espacio limpio. La cama cómoda. Los trabajadores atentos y acogedores.

Para llegar al hotel queda aislado y el camino es irregular. La comida no era lo que esperábamos. Cuando fuimos estaban haciendo obras en la casa de al lado y nos despertaron con ruido. Los obreros podían verte desde la ventana del baño (poca intimidad en la habitación de planta baja).

The site is a bit remote if you want shopping. But transportation was readily available.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je reviens au Sri Lanka et je ne manquerai pour rien au monde ma venue à la Goddess Garden Guest House. L'endroit est paradisiaque, moderne, avec cette touche nature en contact avec la jungle. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, l'eau est chaude, le matériel de climatisation récent. La piscine est sublime au milieu des palmiers et l'eau est douce. La cuisine est moderne avec des équipements en inox. Les repas sont frais, variés et de qualité. Le personnel est particulièrement attentif et professionnel. L'établissement est situé proche de Sigiriya et de Dambula où vous pourrez profiter d'une multitude d'activités. Je recommande et je reviendrai !

El hotel es muy nuevo, con instalaciones amplias y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta. Dispone de un restaurante de calidad, lo que resulta muy práctico. La ubicación es ideal si buscas tranquilidad y conexión con la naturaleza. Un lugar totalmente recomendable para descansar y desconectar.

Es un hotel muy agradable, acogedor y tranquilo con una piscina fantástica. El personal muy amable y atento, tuvimos un problema con el coche y nos ayudaron a gestionarlo con la agencia de alquiler y nos buscaron un mecánico. Nos quedamos a cenar cada noche en el hotel por comodidad, todo lo que probamos estaba bueno.

La estancia ha sido excelente. El personal es extremadamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien acogidos desde el primer momento. El desayuno es variado y de gran calidad, al igual que la cena, que resultó deliciosa cada día. La piscina está impecablemente limpia y es perfecta para relajarse. Todo el hotel está muy cuidado, con muchísima atención a los detalles, lo que transmite una sensación de comodidad y bienestar en cada rincón. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir.

The property is very beautiful; food was delicious. The laundry service is very effective and staff very helpful. We had a very good time there and the room was amazing.

Not as quiet as one can expected. Sound proofing of the accommodation could be improved as there is music from another property in the evening and various noises at night.

Ils nous ont aidés à organiser toutes nos excursions et se sont montrés disponibles à chaque instant. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Petite attention : penser à prendre du liquide pour payer, l’hôtel ne prend pas la carte mais une fois qu’on le sait ce n’est pas un problème ☺️

In der Nähe war ein Nachtlokal mit sehr lauter Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und wir konnten deshalb nur sehr schlecht schlafen.

Schöne Anlage und gutes Frühstück. Großes Zimmer und sauberer Pool mit Liegen.

Um zu Restaurants oder nach Sigiryia zu fahren, wird immer ein TukTuk/Taxi benötigt. Kosten über das Hotel 500 LKR für 5 min Fahrt.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. Le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin, toujours souriant et attentif. La piscine est un véritable atout, idéale pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le cadre sauvage et naturel qui entoure l’établissement, offrant calme et dépaysement total. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

El complejo es bonito, aunque bastante alejado de lo que es la restauración. La habitación es grande y cómoda aunque echamos de menos una nevera.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el trato con el jefe, ya que desde llegamos nos intentó timar en todo momento tanto para contratar un tuktuk como una excursión. Así, es complicado tener una relación con el cliente, ya que además nos vacilo. Por otro lado, nos dieron la última habitación que estaba al lado de obras y al ducharte los obreros podían verte y no había intimidad. Finalmente, no teníamos a la noche agua caliente.

Alles was super. Heerlijk zwembad, super vriendelijk personeel. Hele ruime kamer met goed bed, airconditioning en zeer ruime badkamer. Ontbijt was naar wens. Plek ronduit geweldig. Wij reisden met een TukTuk dus dat het iets uit het centrum ligt was voor ons geen probleem.

We had a wonderful stay here and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff is so nice and helpful with everything you need, like tours, transportation etc. The food is very delicious. It is beautifully situated in the nature, so an own vehicle or transportation organization with the hotel is recommended. They are happy to help. Great stay :)

Cozy place with a nice pool and spacious rooms. It was close to sigiriya rock, about a 10 minute drive. The staff were friendly and when the power cut (which they said was very unusual, seemed to have been an issue elsewhere) they made it more amusing, provided candles and were still able to make us food.

The ac in our room didn’t work. It was a little off the beaten path. There are makeshift signs pointing to its location but these were scratched onto a piece of plastic.

Such a beautiful relaxing property to stay in for a few days, we stayed here for 3 nights to have abit of relaxation after a long flight and it was just what we needed, right in the middle of nature so calm and peaceful. The staff here were amazing did everything they could for us and helped us with sorting out plans. It’s about a 10 min tuk tuk to the main town so not too far for a dinner night out but the food here was perfect so we didn’t feel the need to go out much! Also the pool is perfect for the hot sun here in Sri Lanka

Nothing absolutely perfect

The name really resonates the place. It's not a case of disappointing expectation vs reality experience. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back and refer it to other travelers.

That we can only stay for 1 night as we need to travel back to UAE. One night is not enough to enjoy this amazing place, the pool, the food, the surroundings and everything about it.

After spending 3 weeks travelling around Sri Lanka we needed a bit of relaxation. Goddess Garden provides this and more. The pool is amazing for the hot Sigiriya sun. The staff were incredible and on site at all times to help with anything. Breakfast and dinner were divine and extremely reasonable. They offered a laundry service which was, washed, dried and delivered to our room folded neatly. Located within farm land and lakes its a place full of wild life and in particular birds. They provide tuk tuks at a good price to partake on local excursions. They arranged a lift there and back to Pidurangala rock at 6am. Same with Dambulla rock. Other offerings are available. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Goddess Garden! The place was spotlessly clean, and the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing after exploring Sigiriya. Just for information: Booking says check out is between 12-13, but check out is earlier (around 11:00). We couldnt pay for the stay with card, only cash. The road to the place is pretty bumpy and it was a bit harsh for the car. Elsewise it was Good!

The property was very beautiful and well-maintained, the room was spotlessly clean, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the cute dogs and cats, which added a charming atmosphere to the place.

The hotel provides a calm and soothing atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The pool is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious milk rice with lunu miris and a hint of kochchi for extra flavor. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and the room boy’s humorous and charming nature added a personal touch to the stay. Its location near Sigiriya is also convenient for sightseeing.

The room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been helpful for storing cold drinks in the warm weather. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is narrow and might be challenging to navigate. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Super nice place with beautiful furniture and a quite and calm atmosphere. The stuff was super friendly and always available if we needed something. Absolutely recommended!

A beautiful calm rural oasis.

The only tricky thing is that it is quite a way to any shops or cafes, but the staff were extremely helpful organising TukTuks and a Safari.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a nice clean pool which was refreshing after hot day. They grow fruits and vegetables just in their garden, so it is nice to eat fresh food.

Despite that the room was spacious, it could have been more clean - the sheets were not very clean and the walls could be repainted. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so there is a damp smell. AC is old and works very very loudly.

Wonderfully peaceful location in beautiful garden setting overlooking the lake.

Nice facilities, clean pool, clean bathroom, large rooms, friendly staff, amazing wildlife all around and very quiet. It was also about a 20 minute tuktuk drive from the rocks.

Food was quite basic but expected and was really tucked away down a bumpy dirt track, so if you are renting a tuktuk you need to be careful and take your time. We tried to not travel in the dark.

Everyting was perfect and the hospitality incredible. This is a hidden gem in a rural area. Great personel, simple but comfortable rooms and amazing pool. Good breakfast and hefty dinners in a reasonable prices. 10/10

It’s hard to get here without driver/car.

The hotel looks much better in person than in the photos. It’s clean, nice, and cozy. The staff is very friendly, and the pool is beautifully lit. The breakfast is also delicious. I highly recommend staying here!

The food is really poor, the worse we have had in Sri Lanka. Since the hotel is so secluded you will likely have dinners and breakfasts in the hotel, so you are stuck with bad food.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, it was peaceful, and surrounded by nature, loved watching the wildlife from around the pool. We had breakfasts and lunch here and both were home made and very filling. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even tried to sort the tv out to watch the euro finals! A handful of good restaurants locally, just ask and they will call you a Tuk Tuk. As a family we were all sad to leave. Just amazing x

The property is very scenic located in the middle of the forest. The rooms are very lavish and the washrooms are also lean and large. The stay gives an experience of enjoying the chirping voice of birds and the. Clear nightsky.

The location is beautiful to stay but the approach road to reach is very narrow and difficult. If you are coming with your car, advice to take tuk tuk (auto rickshaw) and reach the place.

bathroom door can not be locked, TV not working, one of the window locking arrangement missing, power cut issue and no back up arrangement. very difficult to reach the hotel location, no sign board available on the way from main road. Linen need upgradation.
