I liked the location and the access to the beach.

The road to the property was broken. There was no security or guard to open the gate. I reached around 8 pm and was told there is no food and that I need to walk 1 kms to JGs grill and fetch my dinner after 24 hrs of International travel which was horrible. There was no water, shampoo or soap in the room. I was also charged 300P extra for using the AC for less than 3 hrs. Overall a very below average experience. :(

Lejos del centro comercial de la costa (3km) ida y vuelta en tuk tuk(5uds)si vas caminando te encontras una jauría q te ladra y de noche imposible volver sin transporte.Creo q parar x el centro es más dinámico.

Great spot, right in front of the beach. Undergoing Reno's, so will be a lot better in future. Our room was in front of the water. Good view, a little couch to rest at the front. A kettle, although the tea didn't get refilled. Breakfast available at the property. She also has scooter to ride good price. It's a little far of the main drag, so highly recomme def to get a scooter. Room was spacious, basic but ok. Hit water and all.

Semplice ma immersa nella natura, un silenzio incredibile. E la vista mare e il rumore delle onde ci ha fatti innamorare di questo posto. La disponibilità della proprietaria per organizzare tour e spostamenti è stata indispensabile.

Che il caffè solubile non venisse portato nuovamente una volta finito. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Be ware !!! * No wifi connection in room ! * Really hot in the room around 28° ( if you want to use airco you need to pay 600 / +-9-€ extra per night * Location is quit with beautiful garden but also 10 min drive from dive school / shop / restaurant so again 350 / 5€ extra per day * Shower has not that strong watterflow and is Luke warm so not easy to cool down without paying extra So count on at least around 2000 / 27 € a night

Accès direct à une petite plage pour faire du snorkeling et où il y a énormément de petits poissons. Moin mari a même pu voir une tortue. Bon emplacement, un peu loin du centre mais avec un scooter loué sur place à la homestay pour très peu cher, ça le fait très bien. Repas qui sont très bons, prévoir de commander à l'avance car tout est fait sur place donc forcément avec un peu de délai. Très beau petit jardin bien entretenu.

Nice location and quiet

So many ants inside the room, the pressure of the water is so low, the beach is quiet smelly, and the aircon is not cold.

La habitacion es impecable, es una caseta moderna estilo bahay cubo pero grande, with a great bathroom! We loved it with view to the sea and the mountain.

There was some rubbish in the water. It was sad to see.

The beach is nice, place is clean and it’s also peaceful. It’s not near the party area which we liked. Customer service is amazing.

We loved the sea view with turtles from our huts balcony. Great location, out of the busy, loud city, great place to relax. Very clean apartment with big and comfy bed. The AC works well, luckily not above the bed and was not loud. We could rent motorbike and snorkel mask and pipe. The staff is very helpful and nice. We also loved the restaurant nearby, JG Grill.

La habitación era espaciosa y se puede alquilar moto allí mismo

Lo principal fue que el mismo día que llegamos cenamos en el hotel y nos INTOXICAMOS con la comida, por lo que los dos siguiente días los perdimos completamente. A todo esto te cobran un suplemento de 600 pesos la noche por el aire acondicionado. Nosotros estuvimos ahí 2 días y medio, y nos cobraron 3 días completos de aire, aun teniendo un corte de electricidad de unas 10h. Mira casi me muero con al intoxicación y sin aire, en fin. La habitación da miedo, el camino hacia la “playa privada” esta super abandonada, las gallinas no entienden de horarios porque te cantan en frente tu casita a las 2 o 3 de la mañana, no funciona el Wifi Y por ultimo, esta en medio de la nada y el ultimo cacho de camino es de gravilla, por lo que cuidado con la moto.

Everything is good. It is the perfect staycation for anyone. Whether Solo, couple or family trip.

We were not able to stay at the property because even though we have a CONFIRMED booking via booking. Com their staff called and informed me that we will be transferred to another property because their RELATIVE came up...

I didn't like it when the staff called me that a relative of their came up up so they prefer to have our BOOKED ROOM..... FOR ME IT IS RUDE because I also have my reasons why I chose that accommodation and it would be awkward if I won't agree to the staff SO I JUST CANCELLED

L'emplacement un peu reculé mais les pieds dans l'eau avec un magnifique fond marin, la location de scooter sur place, les cabanes et le jardin sont vraiment joli

If you like diving this is a good spot. You can also see turtles and sardines if you go a little farther.

The place is very far from the highway, the tricycle charged us P450 one way. There is no convenience store or restaurant in the area as opposed to their description on booking.com. The food that we ordered from them was terrible and the dishes were just left there for 2 days. The a/c (we paid extra) has no controller, It got too cold after a while and they only provided us with thin sheets. There's no beach! It's a diving area. The owner/caretaker is not very responsive The place is not well maintained. There’s animal poop everywhere.

Si on oublie l accueil pas du tout chaleureux, les travaux, les ordures, le balayage bruyant autour du chalet à 6h du matin... On voit un endroit magnifique, une vue splendide, il n y a qu à descendre pour aller faire du snorkeling. J ai vu des tortues. J ai pu louer un scooter pas cher. Le logement est beau.

I love the location of this place. The beach is literally your backyard or front yard. And swimming in it was like being in an aquarium with all the colorful fishes with you. The staff were great ans allowed us to cook our last dinner there. Great place to chill and have drinks with your crew...which my nephews did.

Its a hidden treasure...so getting there was challenging but sooo worth it.

Che posto meraviglioso! Tutto ben curato, il bungalow pulito, spazioso, vista giardino-mare spettacolare! Offrono una grande varietà di pietanze per tutti i pasti e sono davvero buoni! Ho apprezzato molto l accesso privato al mare, che in questo punto è a dir poco splendido! È presente parecchia barriera corallina e potete avvistare quasi sicuramente ogni volta che fate il bagno le tartarughe che stanziano qui per mangiare. Potete godervi il tramonto proprio di fronte a voi... Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo!

I like that it has private beach. Peace and quite stay we had. They have motorcycle you can rent. Accomodating staff. Amazing stay we had.

Though place was far from the main road it was not incovenient to us. We still had an amazing stay.

雖然我是透過線上訂房，但這間 guest house 需要以現金付款。因為當下身上的現金不夠，老闆娘人很好，先讓我順利入住，並讓我隔天換錢後再一次付清費用（包含住宿、機車租借和蛙鞋）。 這裡有自家的海邊，走幾分鐘就能到達，非常方便浮潛。因為沒有太多外來遊客，水質乾淨、海域狀況很好，而且環境也很安靜。 由於房東親切，加上環境舒適宜人，我最後決定再多住一晚，並在隔天一早搭巴士回宿霧前往機場。

美中不足的是，在房間裡看到了兩隻蟑螂。因為抓不到，只好和牠們「和平共處」了兩晚。也因為擔心不小心把牠們帶走，我特別把所有行李都密封收好。 其實房間本身是乾淨、舒適的，只是位於較偏鄉的地區，難免會遇到這樣的情況。

Ein sehr schönes Grundstück direkt an einem Riff mit einem tollen Garten. Hier kann man definitiv ausspannen. Man kann Essen bestellen, was dann frisch zubereitet wird. Roller ebenfalls vor Ort ausleihbar. Es wird gerade noch an einer Bar/Restaurant gearbeitet. Das wird die Anlage nochmal weiter aufwerten.

Na klidném místě, s přímým přístupem k moři a šnorchlování. Bungalovy v krásné zahradě. Vstřícný personál, možnost levného půjčení skůtru, snídaně s donáškou až na terasu bungalovu.

Faculties is good. They gave their own sea side. If you want to stay away from noice and want some peace it's good

-Obligatoire de louer un scooter pour se déplacer -il faut payer 650p/jour en plus pour avoir la Clim… Et il fait très très chaud dans les bungalow… -Nourriture un peu cher

Úžasné místo, ale tak moc by si zasloužilo více péče. Má vlastní vstup do moře, kde plavete se želvami, což je prostě nádherné. K hlavní silnici a do mesta je to kousek, kde je živo a vše potřebné. Je tu klid, ale v noci řádí psi, kočky i kohouti.

Resort by zasloužil více péče - zamést hovínka od psů a koček, opadané listí.. Restaurace se opravuje, ale jídlo a pivo je dostupné na objednání z recepce. Bohužel nám to nikdo při příjezdu neřekl, takže jsme jezdili do města. V bungalovu byli mravenci a velmi špatný signál na data.

I love EVERYTHING about this place, the bungalow itself, the private access to the sea, the colorful garden and the animals around, the song of the bird in the morning. It was also very clean. Highly recommended !! I could have stay forever.

A bit far from the city, but turned out great as the city is extra packed. I would improve the communication because I didn't know they had food until my very last day. Wifi not available in the bungalow, and no service/reception.

The best beach to swim the water is so clean and you might be lucky enough to see turtles right out the front. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff are super helpful

Das Hausriff ist super zum Schnorcheln, die Anlage auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man konnte sich kostenfrei Schnorchelausrüstung ausgleichen. Wir hatten ein ganzes Haus zur Verfügung und hätten dort auch zu 5 schlafen können.

Als Bett haben wir nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden bekommen, Klimaanlage musste extra gezahlt werden und bei 24€ pro Nacht ist das eine Frechheit im Verhältnis zu anderen Unterkünften. Für uns war die Lage echt Mist, weil es zu Fuß weit in die Stadt war und auch sehr dunkel, ohne große Beleuchtung. Wer ruhe mag und Angelegenheit, würde das anders sehen.

First of all, I was not allowed to see the room until I paid for it, then after I paid she took us to the room where the bathroom was not clean and I was very disappointed with the accommodations, I immediately asked for a refund of which she would not give me the 7k Pasos, she is a very harsh woman and I would not recommend this property to anyone,

You can snorkel at the beach of the resort. The reefs are healthy, full of lives. We spotted 4 turtles, amazing. It is quiet & very relaxing. Local breakfast is great & delicious!

The road to the resort is a bit rough but safe. You need to rent a scooter to go out.

The staff were very accommodating, and the place was amazing. They allow guests to cook, so we brought our own portable stove and cookware and cooked our food at the table outside. It was very nice. We booked a cheap room, and they were not strict, which was great

It’s a little far from the Panagsama area where you can see many stores, restaurants, and the white beach. However, since the place is right by the beach, I think it’s still like a resort, so it’s okay. It’s just a little dark outside in the evening.

If you are craving serenity and seclusion this place is excellent.

No fridge and the wifi is dodgy. (Which probably isn’t a negative).

The staff were super friendly and kind. The traditional hut was gorgeous and comfortable to stay in. The guys were just by the beach were you can see beautiful fish, reefs and turtles.

What a lovely place! Some accommodations truly have a soul - and Allba's Homestay is one of them. We spent very pleasant days in this charming and peaceful place. The rooms are simple but great, and unbeatable value for money in the area. The staff are working very hard to restore what nature took away during the most recent major typhoon.

It is beautiful. The ocean access was great, we swam with turtles and enjoyed whole days alone in the water.

It’s basic, but comfortable and well maintained.
