Petit déjeuner excellent très varié avec des horaires adéquats. Personnel très gentil et toujours très disponibles. Tout se dont on a besoin pour commencer la journée. Rien à dire. Parfait. Tout le personnel est tres accueillant et disponible. Infrastructure magnifique. Une note vraiment particulière et magnifique pour notre chauffeur Soufiane. Excellent Chauffeur, attentionné et plein de bonnes idées et adresses. Toujours a l'heure, ponctuel et tres agréable. ( Recommande vivement)

A little bit away from the city center but really nice to disconnect and be in contact with nature.

We stayed at the property after a week-long trip across Morrocco. We wanted to relax away from the hustle of medinas and markets before our flight back home....the hotel fulfilled it perfectly...a quite oasis near Marrakech. Huge rooms in this beautiful property and a very nice garden / pool area. We loved the hammam which is decorated with red marble.

All good. It is very quiet here so do not be surprised.

Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Sehr viel, aber durch dass auch Gefahr für food waste. Mit einem Buffet könnte man selbst entscheiden was genommen werden möchte.

Food was good but not great. Breakfast was nice, but same every day. Lunch meals were average. Just a bit bland and chicken was overcooked.

Navíc chování personálu restaurace úplně nevhodné na hotel této úrovně - kárání personálu od vedoucího před hosty velmi agresivním způsobem, mouchy, které hodovaly na švédském stole, protože jídlo nebylo přikryté atd. 2. bílé ručníky nebyly bílé, ale po vyprání žluto hnědé - chápu, že jsme v poušti, ale opět, nejde-li prát tak, aby bílá byla bílá zvolím jinou barvu 3. naprosto nevyhovující poměr cena x výkon

Het personeel was zo aardig en behulpzaam. Ook was het hotel prachtig en de kamers.

Het ontbijt had voor mij iets uitgebreider gemogen. Ik ben lactose en gluten intolerant en veel was op basis van gluten.

It was a 20 minute taxi ride to central Marrakesh though frankly we wanted a hotel to escape the hustle and bustle so ticked all the boxes for us

One can have breakfast in the gardens or on a rooftop terrace of your room - either is marvellous

There was nothing that I did not like but am afraid to say some front office could be more coordinated. They are all super friendly and helpful but would not know that I already visited for the 3rd or 4th time.

Probably the most stylish hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Service was exceptional, the grounds are immaculate and just the right facilities for a boutique hotel.

Watch out for laundry - we paid £100 for 2 shirts and a basket!!

Stunning property

Film crew on site during first night, were asked to stay in our room till we were allowed out!

The hotel is not huge and provides a really welcoming and personal touch. The room we had (with garden and small pool) was lovely. The staff really made the stay. We were so well looked after and the food was fantastic too. After a few days staying in the Medina we loved relaxing by the pool in the sunshine.

We loved the property, it felt brand new and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Unfortunately there was a private event on at the hotel during our stay so we weren't able to use some facilities which we weren't notified about before our stay, or on our arrival but the staff did do an exceptional job at making us feel prioritised.

An exceptional place to visit. Luxurious with a personalised touch. The rooms are huge, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the whole establishment is kept immaculate. The staff are friendly and so accommodating. The GM was so helpful in booking different restaurants, bars and drivers - nothing was too much trouble. The food was incredible also! Ksar Char Bagh was a real gem ❤️

Excellent service, location and hotel

magical place, utterly unpretentious with impeccable service. nothing too much trouble and the rooms are relaxing with access to lots of private areas. highly recommend the restaurant , the raspberry and thyme sorbet is lush beyond words as is the raspberry jam at breakfast. 20 mins in a taxi to Marrakech proper to watch the sunset from rooftops or soak up the atmosphere in the Medina. we will definitely go back - 4 days and we felt utterly refreshed . Thank you !

Chosing to stay at Ksar Char Bagh definitely upgraded our trip!! The location is idyllic for those who look for a resting&indulging place with the convinience of enjoying the busy live of morocco (just a 20’ ride from the hotel) at anytime! With a design inspired by the Alhambra, masterfully executed in spectacular villas and unique rooms it is all managed by an exceptional team. Both the director and the front desk team deserve a special mention for their tireless dedication to the well-being of every client. Don’t miss out on their spa, where the special massage for golfers proved to be highly recommendable! Without a doubt, we plan to return sooner rather than later.

without doubt the most breathtakingly beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed. all of the facilities are 5 star. we booked the most basic room and even that was just pure luxury so I imagine the other rooms are even more amazing. the pool area is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. the staff were all so attentive and nothing was a problem. we loved it so much, just wish we could have stayed for longer! the area where the hotel in is so peaceful and quiet, with just the sound of bird song and cicadas. bliss.

The breakfast was incredibly good, those moroccan pancakes are to die for! In fact, the food was outstanding on all meals we had there and we opted to stay in most evenings because of it. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful as well, and made us feel very welcome

There was supposed to be a gym, but this proved to be pretty much non-existing. It would also be nice to have some outdoor activities such as table tennis, but even better a tennis court

The hotel is just amazing and perfectly located in a quiet area just outside the city center. Kevin and the rest of the staff made our stay particularly special.

The only thing more soul-destroying than the atmosphere in the restaurant was the ‘never-changing’ dinner menu. We stayed for 5 nights, and there were just 5 main course options (poorly translated) none of which were suitable for vegetarians and only 2 of 5 were suitable for pregnant woman (fish only) When we asked whether we could order from the lunch menu (also limited) we were initially told no. Eventually we were given the option to use the lunch menu and offered different options from the kitchen, which we had to choose in the morning. This hotel is a 50-60 minute round trip to the centre of Marrakech, where we had already stayed for 4 nights, and we’re returning to at the end of our trip, so we didn’t want to have to eat out. In summary, don’t book for more than 1-2 nights, it’s not worth it. Finally the pool is not heated, and the gym is laughable (it looks like my Dad’s garage)

We loved our stay at Ksar Char-Bagh!First and foremost, the entire team of staff are amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to fill our trip with warmth and hospitality, giving us great ideas and setting us up in beautiful places during the day and in the evening. The grounds are stunning but peaceful, offering a real feeling of escape. The food, a good portion of which is grown on-site in the lovely vegetable gardens(!!), is varied and delicious. We would definitely recommend the experience and come back again!

The Hotel setting is wonderful. It looks the part and we were not disappointed when we stepped inside. It is well appointed and very comfortable. The gardens and pool to the rear of the hotel were well tended, quiet and peaceful. From the outset the staff were remarkably friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel manager, Mr Kevin Ceccarelli, was attentive, concerned for his guests throughout and brought the personal touch, making everyone feel comfortable and special. The Ksar Char-Bagh Hotel is a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The hotel lies a few miles from the centre of Marrakech and does involve having to get driven into the city. The staff were very helpful and arranged everything on our behalf, but you do have to factor in a little bit more time to be able to enjoy the city to the utmost.

In my opinion grossly overpriced, location was not good seemingly in the middle of nowhere with about 25 min drive from the centre of town at a cost of 20-30 Euros each way. I'm not sure what criteria was used to gain entry of the hotel to Small Luxury Hotel of the World. Certainly we were expecting much better having stayed in 3 other hotels during our few days in Marrakesh (Jardins de la Koutoubia, Mamounia and Maison Arabe) all of which offered good value for the price. Virtually no signal for Wifi. The gym if you could call it that was a joke and I can only think they needed to have a gym to tick the box for the hotel ranking. The pool looked dirty. We had a suite which reminded me of my student days. I cannot say anything positive about this hotel and was very disappointed.

This hotel was amazing. Exceeded our expectations in every way. It felt like staying at our own private palace. It has one of the coolest pools I've ever seen. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the architecture is really stunning. The rooms are very comfortable, I didn't even leave ours one of the days, just ordered room service and relaxed. The staff is great, professional and friendly. We stayed in the medina for a few days when first arriving in Marrakech, so our time at the Ksar Char-Bagh was a bit of a break from the craziness. It was our time to relax, and relax we did. The hammam helped with that too. The beds are crazy comfy. What else?? Our expectations were exceeded. Can't wait to go back!

The facilities and the staff were amazing. We had a great time during our stay and it was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing and luxurious retreat.

Even though the food and the staff were great, they could offer more variety on the menu. We stay there for 4 nights and it got a little repetitive. But it is just a minor detail.
