There Is Always Room For Growth : Therefore I want my review to be detailed so I can help you grow. A beautiful house on the outside with emptiness on the inside is not a place of comfort. -The welcome was very poor. - The room key broke twice. - Door handles are broken - To use the toilet, we had to pass through the shower. How do you pass through a wet floor? -We were not served breakfast on Saturday morning. Instead, it was given to us in the evening. It was not fresh. - We had to ask for new bath towels. - On Sunday, Breakfast was not given to us on time as promised.I had to remind the people in charge. - We were asked to change rooms multiple times. - There were no mugs in the room. - The kettle was not clean. I can share much more, but it's enough for you to understand that managing a business comes with HARD WORK. Don't lose the zeal!

The room wasn't 100% clean, there was even a big cockroach in the kitchen 😔. There were no toilet rolls, after 2 days they ran out of sugar and bread for breakfast, they didn't have teabags only coffee ☕ was serving.

I didn't like when the manager rushed the receptionist lady while she was showing the place, we had no access to the kitchen for dishes and catlery,aircon remote nd rooms kettle where not working,nd separate from the house we booked for,mixed with other ppl yet we were with kids,I think staff need training on customer service. My stay at Ramata Guest House was truly wonderful from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived at night, the receptionist welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and professional. The daytime reception staff were equally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. The entire staff team provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were respectful, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. Their professionalism and hospitality made a great impression on us. The guest house itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are a top priority. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and well prepared. There was a good variety of food, and everything was served in a pleasant atmosphere. It was a great way to start each day. I highly recommend Ramata Guest House to anyone looking for quality accommodation, outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed their breakfast. The aircon, tv and appliances were working perfectly. We were comfortable on our beds.

We didn't have tea spoons in the rooms, there were just forks and knives

Firstly the room smelled like it was cleaned long time ago, filthy bedding and curtains. We have to beg and end up forcing the cleaning staff to make up our room the following day.😟 The breakfast is 1/10 I did not like their staff attitude, they’re full of themselves and so unprofessional

The toilet didn't flush properly in our room unfortunately.

Friendly staff, the WiFi was good.

Cockroaches, no bin, no microwave in our room. Struggled a bit to find the place since the gps stopped 3 houses away from the actual place. Our breakfast was cold, kitchen staff was all over the place and making noise. No water in the room.

Loved everything about it, it wasnt too crowded even. Loved the pool as well. Would definitely recommend

To start Aircon wasnt really making cool. Ive told recrption they must clean the filters. 2. The bed was half broken 3. If their was cleaners why wouldnt the cuddlery be at the same place as we have to look for an 2nd fork. 4. As an couple we got only provided with one towel as i have to request for an 2nd towel. 5. No cremora in the small packets with coffee. Or tea in the morning. 6. Their was only little but of hot water yo shower/bath. FOR THE PRICE IVE PAID wasnt wirth it as the standard isnt up to date.

Service is good. Tried to assist where possible. Daily turnover is great.

Wifi is very poor. Rooms need a table to work on.

Location was close to the venue where I was participating in a walking race at Harlequins Club. Beds were comfortable and overall experience fair

The guesthouse was right next to a train station, tv was not working, no soap, shampoo etc-water too hot in the shower. Other guests were rather noisy well after 10.00pm. Swimming pool, rather slippery and stairs are loose

The place is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and well maintained, which makes the whole environment feel warm and welcoming. It truly feels like a home away from home. I also appreciated the privacy and how quiet the surroundings are. It is perfect if you want a peaceful and relaxing stay. Definitely a great spot if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The only small note is that a few extra toiletries would have been nice, but that is understandable as many guest houses keep amenities quite limited.

Unchanged linen with bed bugs, Bed bugs on the mattress which needs to be changed or fumigated. The bed has an offensive odour. Dangerous open electricity wires in the kitchen. Self service with lack of plates and other utinsils to dish food.
