Location molto curata, anche se il bagno è molto piccolo e da ristrutturare, comunque efficiente. Consiglio di migliorare la colazione nei prodotti, e se possibile cercare in qualche modo di isolare acusticamente i solai. Purtroppo la presenza del parquet, anche se bellissimo, non isolava il camminare delle persone nelle stanze al piano superiore.

We hadden met 2 personen een 4persoonskamer. Die was al gereed toen we aankwamen in de ochtend. Superfijn. Sfeer is fijn in gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Locatie is top en vriendelijkheid personeel ook. Transfer van en naar airport kan tegen betaling geregeld worden, super vriendelijke chauffeurs die keurig op tijd klaar staan.

Je ziet wel dat het pand al oud is, kleine details laten zien dat er nog wel wat verbeterd kan worden. Ontbijt had uitgebreider gekund, met een eitje bijvoorbeeld of breder assortiment beleg.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe der Metro und direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt, der Vermieter kontaktiert Sie bevor Sie anreisen per E-mail. Leider waren wir im 3. Stock und mit schweren Koffern ist es beschwerlich, die Holztreppe hinauf zu gelangen. Das Zimmer ist einfach, ruhig und mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber es reicht für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, mit Toastbrot, Marmelade, für Vegetarier Scheiben Käse, sonst noch Scheiben Schinken.

No hi ha ascensor, el lavabo és petit per una habitació quàdruple i gairebé sense fruita a l'esmorzar.

Τα δωμάτια ει αιναπλια χωρίς ηχομόνωση, ακούς κάθε βήμα που κάνουν οι άλλοι στα διπλανά η στα πάνω δωμάτια.. Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό.Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό αλλά αλλάζουν πετσέτες κάθε 3 μέρες ακόμη κι αν έχουν.λερωθει νωρίτερα.. επίσης δεν αφήνουν κάθε μέρα σαμπουάν, το οποίο είναι πολύ μικρό και τελειώνει σε μια μερα..Έχει μόνο σκάλες και στα πάνω πατώματα απότομες..

Es una casa antigua sin ascensor con escaleras de madera nos tocó último piso un tercero, complicafo subir maletas llegas eusasto hasta arriba.Además llegamos a las 22 h de la noche no había recepción a esa hora llamamos al teléfono que ponía y con nuestro teléfono español no se podía.Menos mal que justo entraba una familia que estaba alojada inglesa que el sitio bien perollamó desde su teléfono y así nos dio las instrucciones para entrar.

Ripide scale per raggiungere la reception e poi la camera. Il bagno veramente troppo piccolo. A mio parere va messo in evidenza che non ci sono ascensori e che c’è almeno una ripida rampa di scale per accedere, per rispetto ad eventuali problemi di deambulazione degli ospiti.

La ubicación, estaba en la misma peatonal de sta Catarina. El personal de limpieza era muy agradable.

La recepcionista no hablaba idiomas y no nos entendía. Sin ascensor, con muchas escaleras empinadas y sin vistas.

Friendly staff, nice big comfortable room. A great position for exploring Porto. Enjoyed breakfast sitting out on the veranda.

De lokatie was super, je stapte de deur uit en paar meter verder begonnen de terrassen, midden in winkel gebied / centrum. Keurige kamer schoon en comfortabel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Parkeren was een dingetje stonden uiteindelijk in parkeergarage op 4 minuten lopen. Wat voor twee dagen op ca 38 euro kwam. Doordat de rijrichting van aantal straten de week ervoor was aangepast werkte navigatiesysteem niet goed. Kan hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

El alojamiento fué muy agradable, la cama comodísima, la limpieza muy bien y la habitación también muy cómoda. El desayuno correcto, había un poco de todo aunque el café no estaba muy bueno, la sala era muy acogedora. la atención del personal fué muy amable.

Dejligt, fantastisk stort, lyst værelse med god beliggenhed på lukket gade. Yderst kompetent og serviceorienteret receptionist, som også anrettede dejlig morgenmad. Hun hjalp os med alle vores ønsker som fx taxabestilling og lidt tidlig morgenmad.

Tolles Frühstück. Super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren groß und gut ausgestattet.

Die Treppe war sehr steil und lang bis ganz hinauf mit den schweren Koffern. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng und leider war die Klosspülung nicht ganz in Ordnung.

The bathroom could be cleaner, we got one towel that was dirty/not properly washed… had stains on it. The bathroom floor looked like it had been through a lot too. Also, the breakfast was disappointing - no vegetables, no eggs… just bread, a couple of jams, ham and cheese

We really enjoyed the vibe of the property, the decor was very lovely, very unique. The location was perfect for a city break, and although in the heart of the city it was very quiet especially at night. The self service continental breakfast was enough to prepare you for the day.

Unfortunately, we had a few maintenance issues in the room which we reported everyday of our stay and was not fixed. This was very disappointing and did affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Wir hatten zu zweit eine sehr große und sehr schöne Wohnung im 2. Stock. Kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffett in der Gemeinschaftsküche, die man jederzeit nutzen konnte. Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone. .

Im Vergleich zur Wohnung sehr kleines Bad. Kein Aufzug! Auf Grund der Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist die Anreise mit dem Auto etwas komplizierter. Wir haben das Auto dann 3infach in zweiter Reihe stehen gelassen und die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht.

We were 3 people but only one pair of keys were given, but we needed a spare one.

Good Location and the male staff member we spoke to on our first day was extremely helpful. The breakfast was also good

Our room, we had room 6 which is an attic room. It has no natural light as the blinds on the Velux windows don't open. The room lighting was inadequate. Other rooms that we saw were significsntly better. There were no drawers and the bathroom smelt of damp. Please note the stairs, we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach our room.

The listing said "parking garage" and then separately that you can pay to park nearby. Due to it being listed at 2 different lines I incorrectly presumed that they had a garage as part of the property. They dont you need to pay for a public car park a 4 minute walk away. The toilet was broken and flushed all night. Though I couldn't hear it. The beds were incredibly hard and we all slept badly as a result

De ligging was goed

Het was zeer gehorig. We verbleven op de 2e verdieping en hoorde letterlijk elke voetstap die onze bovenburen zette en ook de trap die naast de kamer ligt was zeer gehorig. Als je een goede nachtrust zoekt zou ik dit hotel niet aanraden.

Local decorado com muito bom gosto e amplo. Cama confortável e com boa roupa de cama. Mini frigorífico disponível no quarto. Ambiente limpo e agradável, espaçoso para 1 ou 2 pessoas. Espaço comum do pequeno almoço muito agradável. Globalmente gostei mas achei um pouco caro, considerando que não consegui aproveitar do pequeno almoço por incompatibilidades de horário.

Uma vez que o apartamento é umas águas furtadas, o barulho da chuva pode incomodar o sono (aconteceu me na segunda noite). Uma das 2 janelas do teto (de onde entra a luz natural) estava com o a cortina avariada, tornando o ambiente um pouco escuro. O pequeno almoço é servido só a partir das 8h, sem possibilidade de ser antecipado em caso de necessidade, o que o torna muito pouco prático para quem tenha um compromisso profissional ou queira começar o dia cedo.

Belysning i værelset var meget afdæmpet, og det var ikke muligt at trække gardinerne op (veluxvinduer), da de var i stykker. Når man luftede ud kom lugt fra naborestauranten ind på værelset - ubehageligt.

Habia una norma no escrita en la que los clientes recogen sus servicios durante el desayuno, organiza la basura generada y limpian la mesa... El domingo el mantenimiento de la habitacion fue muy reducido Sin ascensor, alojamiento poco adecuado para clientes de edad, quizás no prestamos suficiente atención a las caracteristicas del alojamiento en el momento de realizar la reserva...

The location was excellent, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Even though check-in starts at 2 pm and we arrived at 9 am, we were able to leave our luggage, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, coffee, yogurt, bread, cheese, and ham.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, after showering it got really hot and stuffy! The TV’s were terrible quality, super small and just not watchable.

Good location next to a popular shopping location. Plenty of Restaurants and reasonable walking distance to most places in the city. All sorts of shops bakery’s and supermarkets. Breakfast was continental. Room good size shower etc very good. The driver was great - Miguel. Life saver as we arrived late at night. Fridge useful. We were in the top so not suitable for people who struggle with stairs.

Prefer a kettle to coffee maker. Could do with safe facility if not in room perhaps reception area for passports and cash. Bed very hard could do with memory foam.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. You are right on the main street with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. I would stay again for certain.

The only drawback is that this is a building/house without an elevator. So if you have heavy suitcases it is best to request a first floor unit. You will still have stairs to climb but not nearly as many as if you are booked on the upper floor.

Le petit déjeuner est moyen : Produits bas de gamme. Rien d’exceptionnel ou de délicieux. Un peu excentré de la vieille ville.
