非常满意的是房型及房屋内的设施，一个大大的餐桌极大的便利了我们，无论是吃饭还是坐在一起聊天~其次是床铺非常舒适，每晚都睡得非常舒服~

略不方便的是地点离市中心稍微远些，超市大采购后提东西回去需要点距离，当然也就是多了一点点距离而已。

Very clean, well maintained place. Super friendly staff. It was a pleasure to come back here in the evening after a long day outside

Elena, jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Pomocna, życzliwa z elastycznym podejściem do gości. Apartament czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Bardzo polecam.

I liked everything! Amazing cosy place, lovely and very friendly host (as far as I remember, named Nina), full-equipped convenient kitchen with dishwasher (you can also have tea, coffee, biscuites, souces and other staff), nice bedroom. The guest house was very clean an comfortable. The bathroom was shared by 2 rooms, but I never saw another person their, so it felt like a personal one. The location is also great - right in the middle of the town, 10-minute walk to the town center. If I go to Svalbard agan, I'll definitely choose this place. Great value for such great quality.

Everythins was really perfect, nothing to complain.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most facilities and snacks were well provided for or adequate. It is a very nice and friendly guesthouse with opportunities to mingle with other guests staying there.

The heating in the room could have been better - it was noticeably colder in the rooms than outside in shared areas, and there was no way to control the heating in my room.

L’accueil était parfait. La taille de l’appartement deux chambres est vraiment confortable ainsi que tous les équipements présents.

The Haugen Pension was easily accessible from the airport: a 1 minute walk from the bus stop at the Funken Lodge. The room and shared bathroom were perfect, extremely clean and the kitchen exceptionally well-equipped with plenty of seating. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The price was well below that charged by "superior" accommodation. I would not hesitate to recommend the Haugen.

Funken is really expensive and a 2 min walk from this hotel if you want to grab a drink, breakfast, or just hang out there. Im glad we didnt pay way more to stay there. Haugen wad very nice. Quiet, comfortable room snd bed. Never had to wait for the shower or bathroom

I dont like sharing a bathroom but it didnt end up being a problem. The shower pressure was super strong and the bathroom was clean.

Я уже давно не чувствовала в путешествиях по Европе такого домашнего, тёплого и искреннего гостеприимства. И особенно неожиданно было встретить его именно здесь — на далёком холодном Шпицбергене. Здесь меня встречала Елена — guest relation. Она говорит по-русски, и это уже само по себе было очень приятно. Я опоздала в экскурсионный центр и уже думала, что всё пропало. Елена помогла мне забронировать экскурсию, задержалась, всё подробно объяснила, вызвала такси и даже отправила меня смотреть солнечное затмение, ммммм забота Всё это было не как «обслуживание гостя», а как будто меня встретили дома. Без формальности, без автоматических улыбок — просто по-человечески. Чистота, уют, комфорт, красивый вид — всё на месте. Но именно отношение здесь меня тронуло больше всего. И вот это было для меня настоящим открытием Шпицбергена: самый север — а столько тепла. До мурашек. 🤍

Really lovely place! The private room was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The bathroom was shared with only one other room, but it was cleaned regularly and was very convenient. We also had our own lockers and hairdryers, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was spacious, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. They even provided some basic cooking ingredients and other useful things, which we really appreciated. The ladies running the place were super kind and helpful. They were always available if we needed anything and were happy to help, give advice, or recommend places to visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

A beautiful place to stay in a prime location! The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and attentive! I highly recommend it! The kitchen and living area have everything you need and are very cozy. The bathrooms are very spacious and clean.

Excellent value, no frills but huge rooms, good showers and kitchen.

We loved Haugen Pensjonat. Very clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Great amenities of a full kitchen so you can cook and save money. You get your own mini fridge and pantry space and there is a shared freezer. Plenty of seating and lighting in the common area. We met many friendly travelers and the staff do a fantastic job of keeping things clean. To offer a full kitchen, the staff have to do most of the work: People have places to be and don't have time to unload the dishwasher. There were also 3 layers of curtains in our room to block out the midnight sun.

It was a little too warm; we left both our windows cracked both nights. The location is good, but it isn't in the town center. It's an 18 minute walk to the grocery store.

Extremely clean and well kept. We loved that we had our own mini fridge and shelf space to store food. It was a quiet hotel, and no issue sharing a bathroom. Two rooms share a restroom, but there is an extra toilet right by it. Nice hot water, great water pressure. We would absolutely stay here again. Great location, about 18 minute walk from the grocery store. If you really want to be closer to the city center, there are other hotels that are a shorter walk, but this place was much more affordable.

The heat was on too high. We opened both of our windows each night. Please leave "up for grabs" food in its container. The same crackers were sitting in an uncovered bowl for the week we were there. We had no idea what ingredients were in the snacks, or how long they had been left out. I think people would eat the muesli, crackers, etc., more if you leave them in their original container. These are just small suggestions. We loved our stay!

I loved everything about this place. The location is simply cozy and beautifully decorated. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is nice if you like walking and seeing the surroundings.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber. Einfach toll!!!

Es ist etwas hellhörig…. Aber dafür kann keiner was. Sonst war alles prima!

Very nice place, super friendly and helpful staff, extraordinarily clean, nice room with big bed and, table and armchair, big and cosy kitchen, everything you need is there, lots of food for free, coffee, tea , muesli, crispbread… and as a special delicious biscuits every day. Very good WIFi and a good locations with great view of the mountains. Thank you very much!

Clean, very easy to get around (google maps says like 30min to town but in reality its less than 10 min walking). Excellent host. The shared space is well thought out and quite cozy. The shared bathroom also has a spare bathroom so theres always one free. Shower was hot, good stream.

I liked very much the atmosphere of the place. The dining area means you get to meet new people easily. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and having an equipped kitchen meant you could buy take out food from the supermarket and warm it up "at home".

When I arrived it wasn't immediately obvious which building was the hostel. But reading the instructions carefully helped put me back on track.

There is no breakfast but a beautiful kitchen with numbered cupboards and fridge space for everyone. The bathroom is a large shared space for 2 bedrooms. Always clean. There’s a shuttle bus nearby.

工作人员非常的好 帮忙联系旅行社 和出租车 第一天落地的时候超市全部没有开门 还送了我们免费的饮用水 房间非常的干净 甚至是公共区域也保持了一日两次的清扫 非常的温馨 对于客人退房的房间 会将所有的家具抬起来进行全面清扫 没有任何的卫生死角 公共厨房里准备了非常多的餐具厨具 免费提供各种酱料调料 咖啡粉以及各种主食 每个人都有自己的冰箱以及储物柜 非常的人性化 浴室厕所也有房间号的划分 基本上没有遇到过需要排队等位的时候 即便有几天我们那层的房间全部住满了 退房的那天我们的房间没有任何新的住客入住 工作人员给我们提供了免费的延迟退房 地点虽然不是市中心 但离超市也只有15-20min的步行路程 其他的活动旅行社基本上都会来旅舍门口接 但价格比市中心酒店便宜很多 性价比极高 特别适合预算有限 且想自己做饭的旅客

洗衣机只有独立apparent才有 其他的房间使用洗衣机需要付费 这个在旅舍介绍里没有写明 希望可以专门明确一下 希望可以有专门针对极昼的窗帘或者遮阳板来改善房间内的光线 或者可以在极昼期间在前台提供眼罩

Haugen Pansjonatis oli väga sõbralik vastuvõtt. Igapäevastele saabujatele oli uksel kinnitav kiri, et nad on oodatud ja toodud oli esmane oluline info. Koht oli väga puhas, vaikne. Teise korruse ühisköögis oli kõik vajaminev ja oluline info olemas. Kuna koht asus keskusest eemal (ca 1,5km) siis oli hea, et seal oli kohapeal teed, kohvi, küpsiseid. Meeldis ka see, et kõrvalasuvast hotellist ( ca 100m) sai 10% allahindlusega hommikusööki ja oli see ka lähimaks suurepäraste toitudega lõuna- ja õhtusöögikohaks. Kuna kraanivett ei soovitatud joogiks tarvitada, siis majutaja poolt oli võimaldatud soovi korral saada tasuta veekanistrit. Tuba oli minimalistlik, kuid hubane ja soe. Radikasoojust sai ise reguleerida ja tuba oli võimalik tuulutada. Kuna oli polaarpäev, siis pimendavad kardinad olid suureks abiks. Toas ei olnud vannituba, kuid ühiskoridoris asuv tualett ja dušširuum oli kahe toa peale ning see oli väga puhas ja mugav, kus olid pesemisvahendid ja föön.

El lloc és perfecte, tenint en compte que és un lloc més senzill. Les noies que ho porten molt atentes i ho tenen tot molt net. La zona de cuina i saló molt bé. Cada dia deixen gal.letes o fruita per poder agafar. Les neveres per habitació també bé. El any compartit per dues habitacions és molt correcte i sempre està net. Ha recomanar per a tothom que vulgui visitar Longyearbyen i no vulgui pagar tant com un hotel.

Great accommodation. Very clean at all times, spacious rooms and warm. Lounge and eating area with a kitchen and also a private mini fridge for each room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great.. around 7 minutes away from the main central street in Longyearbyen. Brekfast available at Funken Lodge just a minute away. Comfortable bed. Fully recommended.

You need to take off shoes every time before entry. It's quite inconvenient for me.

L’accueil, la disponibilité, la gentillesse, la bienveillance de Monina, Katerina et Elena. La propreté des lieux, le ménage était fait tous les jours, le lave-vaisselle était vidé régulièrement. La mise à disposition de vaisselle en quantité suffisante, l’organisation de placards et réfrigérateurs individuels par chambre. La mise à disposition de jeux de société.

Naprosto me uchvatilo, jak je mozne v teto lokalite zajistit hostum komfort, cistotu, moderni a funkcni vybaveni. Spolecna kuchyne naprosto super, sdilene sprchy ciste, vsude teplo, pohodlne postele, dobre zatemnovaci zavesy a rolety. Z hotelu naproti odjizdel bus na letiste.

Situé à 1km du centre ville sur les hauteurs de la ville, ce petit hitel est super confortable. Katrina et Monina sont charmantes et hyper serviables. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La cuisine commune est très bien équipée pour se faire à manger sans problème. Chacun a son placard et son mini frigo pour ranger ses réserves... Topissime !!! Je recommande à 100% !

Ubicacion y precio. Esta cerca del centro, a escasos 10 minutos de la calle principal, supermercado, centro comercial y taberna. La propietaria nos recibio y nos dio todas las explicaciones que necesitabamos. La habitacion comoda amplia para 3 personas, y calentita. (fuera -14) La cocina, completamente equipada, y el baño es compartido con solo otra habitacion. Practicamente estaba lleno, y nunca vimos a nadie. Buena calidad de sueño, y buena presion de ducha.

No quedarme mas tiempo.

Very clean and nice, but Katerina the owner is the added value to this hostel. She explained everything about Longyearbyen and she was always present.

This is related just to other guests that were making noise in the early morning and occupied the whole breakfast room for packing their group stuff. The owner was promptly making them aware they could not do it.
