When ordering, we will send out an invoice for an advance payment of 25 percent
of the total amount, due within 10 days. If not paid, the booking will be canceled.
The remaining 75 percent must be paid at least 70 days before arrival. If the
booking is less than 70 days before arrival, we will send out an invoice for the
total amount. The invoice fee of 75 NOK will be added to each international
invoice. To each invoice to Norway, the invoice fee is 50 NOK.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026位置距离市中心是比较远，但周边的山很好看。厨房窗外有漂亮的白狐出没，非常让人惊喜。整个旅店干净，安静，舒适。房间虽然不大，但有柜子可以放杂物，窗边安置了一个半桌，虽然不大，但非常实用。被子松软暖和，浴巾毛巾齐全。早餐丰盛，现做的华夫饼极受欢迎。厨房用品齐全，咖啡巧克力茶随时都有。前台两个小姑娘（9月11号—14号），帮着订房，订活动，与活动主办方联系确认，热心细心，温和善良，非常感谢她们。
9月15号下午到16号上午的前台小姑娘，工作有热情，但主观臆断，不愿意很好的沟通交流，让人很伤心难过。

It’s a bit far out from the town center but you can rent a bike and the walk can be an opportunity to explore the area around.

门口的石子路对行李箱不友好，当然整个朗伊尔城都这样。

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Essendo la quarta volta che ci vado non posso che essere molto contento di questo accogliente ostello che alla fine è più un albergo. Pulito, ordinato con il personale super gentile. Devo dire che sono molto bravi anche gli ospiti per la correttezza. A volte c'è talmente silenzio che sembra di essere da soli.
Non è un difetto perché può essere visto addirittura come pregio. La distanza dal centro è di 2.5 km da percorrere all andata in leggera discesa ed al ritorno in leggera salita. Visto il clima sempre rigido può essere visto come un piccolo disagio, ma è anche il suo bello. Se non si vuole avere qualche disagio legato a freddo, durezza del luogo ma incanto allo stesso tempo, non si viene alle Svalbard se

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026四人间很舒服，作为镇上唯一的青旅，性价比很高。员工非常友好，我第一晚住的上铺，后面有下铺之后员工说我可以直接换过去。早餐非常美味，华夫饼很好吃，全天都有免费的可可和咖啡。公共区域很舒服。
虽然有洗衣服务，但没有公共洗衣机。离镇上有点远。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Świetne miejsce w stylu schroniska górskiego z klimatem. Doskonała cena, wszystko co potrzeba - kuchnia, szafki, sporo łazienek (nigdy nie było kolejek), gniazdka, umywalka w pokojach współdzielonych. Bardzo dobre, chociaż mało urozmaicone śniadanie.
Na łóżkach w pokojach współdzielonych mogłyby być zamontowane zasłonki, żeby mieć trochę więcej prywatności.

It's a bit of a walk to town, maybe a shuttle service once an hour would be good as taxis are extortionate, but it's still easily the best value accomodation in Longyearbyen.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Saubere kleine Schlafräume, absolut saubere Duschen/ WCs. Inklusive des Wechsels von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern während des Aufenthalts. Sehr freundliches Personal und absolut hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Lage ist super, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder ein Fahrzeug/ Shuttle nutzt.
Die Gemeinschaftsküche und die darin befindlichen Geräte wie Kühlschränke, Spülmaschine und Ofen waren in einem unansehnlichen Zustand, der nicht dem Rest des Hotels entsprach. Bevor ich Lebensmittel verstauen wollte, musste ich erstmal den Kühlschrank reinigen. Auch befanden sich einige abgelaufene Lebensmittel dort.

Det kunne ha gjort seg med jordbærsyltetøy til vaflene. I og med at ikke alle vet hva vafler er, så kunne det sikkert ha vært greit å ha litt informasjon om dette lett tilgjengelig slik at folk slapp å bli utsatt for kombinasjonen vafler med leverpostei på...

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Flexible check-in that suited our schedule. A quiet room and cosy shared areas. Beautiful mountain views from the room. A varied breakfast that was easy to put together, with a friendly atmosphere.
There were very few fresh fruit, vegetables, or berries, which was understandable given the remote location. The dining area was rather small.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The staff are very friendly and helpful, and will answer all your questions and help you book activities. Everything was always clean, nice bathrooms, and there is a great breakfast every day plus tea and coffee always available. All tours plus the airport shuttle pick up and drop off at the door making activities and transport very easy.
The hostel is about 30 minutes walk from the centre of town, but it’s an easy walk or you get a tour bus anyway. We planned to push the twin beds together to make a double but they were different heights! Not a big deal :)
