Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La ubicación es inmejorable cuando vas con familia y bebés. Caminando podés llegar varios lugars de interés. La habitación es amplia y nos permitió un excelnte descanso. El aire acondicionado nos ayudó mucho cuando volvíamos del paseo en la mañana y por la tarde. El personal muy atento y nos consultaban si estaba todo muy bien y así lo era. Muy recomendable.
Nada que indicar en este punto.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Cette établissement correspondait tout à fait à nos besoins. L'appartement était propre, les lits confortable, l'air climatisé fonctionnait très bien et l'établissement est bien tenu et tranquille. Le personnel étaient poli et gentil. La localisation était très bien. Plusieurs restaurant et commerce autour. Des arrêts d'autobus à proximité permettent de rejoindre tous les attraits de Rome.
Rien de négatif selon nos attentes. Seul point à souligner, bien que fonctionnel la salle de bain est relativement petite pour 5. Malheureusement la station de métro à proximité était fermé pour rénovation lors de notre passage donc on a dû utiliser les autobus.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Obiekt bardzo dobrze położony, wszystko super opisane, więc nie ma problemu z tym żeby trafić do środka. Pokój czysty, klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Na duży plus oceniam obsługę obiektu, która szybko reagowała na wiadomości. W recepcji można zostawić swoje bagaże, co było świetnym rozwiązaniem po wymeldowaniu. Polecam!
Na minus oceniam jedynie łazienke, w ktorej bylo sporo grzyba, zarówno w kabinie prysznicowej jak i na suficie.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026It is a very nice accomodation, great location near the Tiber and close to the city! The price was very nice compared to general prices in Rom. If you are going with a bigger group, I highly recommend it! You can book several rooms together on the same corridor. As I know they have a shared kitchen as well, but we did not check that out. There is a small fridge in the room. Overall clean, great location, the staff was super kind to us. We had a little issue in one of the evening around then 10pm and Francesca was still available for us and answered in minutes!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Bardzo miło przyjęto nas w obiekcie. Lokalizacja świetna- byliśmy z 3-latką i chcieliśmy wszędzie przemieszczać się pieszo, stąd była taka możliwość. W stronę Watykanu mnóstwo wspaniałych restauracji z przystępnymi cenami, w których stołują się lokalsi- nie tylko turyści. Blisko do supermarketu, blisko również do najbardziej popularnych miejsc w Rzymie. Do stacji metra 10minut pieszo- można wszędzie szybko dojechać, na lotnisko godzinka dojazdu metrem i autobusem. Polecam serdecznie :)

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The location was good near the Vatican.. 15 minutes walk. Basic room for sleeping and showering.. need to be renovated especially the bathroom needs more cleaning attention. No view from the window. Easy to check in and out. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful.
The beds were not comfortable.. need more cleaning and renovation. They sold water bottles for us while we got complimentary bottles in every hotel we stayed in. I think the price was little bit high for staying 2 nights there.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Su ubicación es perfecta, te permite ir andando a todos los sitios si es lo que quieres, o coger el bus 30 a 3 min desde el apartamento. El servicio contratado es muy amable y nos preguntó varias veces si necesitábamos algo. En frente del apartamento hay una cafetería (se llama Regola Sette) súper recomendable, los chicos son muy atentos y majos, tienes café y croissant a precio asequible, y lo mejor que te pilla justo en frente (en el apartamento no hay para desayunar).
Apartamento básico para dormir y ducharte. Un poco antiguo y habitaciones no insonorizadas, se escuchaba ruidos.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026פרנצ'סקה מקסימה והיתה זמינה לכל דבר. המיקום מעולה!!! החדר נוח והמזגן היה מעולה. מיטות נוחות. יש מגבות נקיות ומצעים נקיים ונעימים. מי שמחפש אירוח בסיסי ומקום נוח לשים את הראש לאחר יום שלם של טיולים - זה מקום מתאים. היינו שני מבוגרים ושני נערות. קצת צפוף לארבעה אבל ידענו שזה מה שבחרנו וזה היה מתאים עבורנו.
המקלחת קטנה וחסר מדף להניח את הטואלטיקה. קצת קשה לעלות 3 קומות בחום הקיץ של רומא... יש מעלית שמספיקה לשני אנשים.

Como nunca hay nadie en el alojamiento, que sea responsable por las noches a las dos a las tres de la madrugada, la gente se pone a hacer ruido en el pasillo y no te dejan dormir. Habitaciones que no estan insonorizadas.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The apartment was very well located. 20 mins from the vatican and lots of things close by within easy walking distance. The staff were extremely good with communication and helpful and informative. The apartment was basic, but clean and tidy.
Checkout was on the early side. But they did allow us to store our luggage in reception once we'd vacated our room.

Cleanliness of the room and comfortable beds Friendliness of staff. The property has its unique character, starting from the antique elevator.
Bathroom supply seems limited. Don’t expect to be able to make coffee in the room. Not enough chairs for a couple.

The courtyard in the building would have been nice to sit in. It needs a lot of work. Other than that the property was fine.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Location was great, close to Vatican and city center with the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Room was big especially for Europe, had AC and waters available in the lobby. The staff were exceptional—Donatella made check in easy and when we were leaving even ordered a taxi on our behalf when we left as our cell phone numbers didn’t work to call one ourselves.
Toilet was hard to flush sometimes but it always went down after a few tries.

We were also allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-organized. Additionally, we had the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick it up later, which was really helpful. The location is great — very close to the Vatican and the central areas of Rome. You can easily reach most places on foot.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Il check in è stato semplice grazie alle istruzioni chiare fornite dall'host, che è stata attenta e presente via WhatsApp per qualsiasi necessità. La stanza era grande, con arredamento essenziale, ma funzionale, il bagno comodo. Affacciava su un cortile interno, quindi era molto tranquilla. La posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla, con diversi bar per la colazione, da cui si raggiungono facilmente varie zone centrali.
Consiglio di togliere il bollitore dall'elenco dei servizi oppure aggiungere le bustine in camera, altrimenti risulta inutile, benché ve ne fosse qualcuna residua in un armadio comune come ci ha gentilmente indicato l'host, ma cosi' non è corretto, ne' funzionale.

You can hear other guests when they are in the corridor, (there was a big group of girls staying when we were there and could hear their noise a lot)

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Ubytovanie je jednoduché, ale máte k dispozícii všetko čo potrebujete pre krátky pobyt alebo predĺžený víkend. Lokalita je tichá, bezpečná a v pešej vzdialenosti od Anjelského hradu a Vatikánu. V tesnej blízkosti sa nachádzajú veľmi dobré reštaurácie a bary. Komunikácia s majiteľkou bola cez whatsapp a úplne bez problémov.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städetour. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Cafés und Taxistand sind un unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Küchenzeile ist sehr sporadisch. Wasserkocher oder beschriebenes Zubehör ist nicht oder nur in Teilen vorhanden. Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten hat sich als 3 Bettzimmer mit Klappbett herausgestellt. Da stimmt das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis nicht.

El alojamiento no te brinda ni una botella de agua de cortesía. Tampoco deja té o café para recibirte. El costo abonado merece más atención con esos detalles.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026we lived in a double room connected to another two-room apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. I liked the comfortable beds and it was really quiet. can accommodate 5 people and there is enough space
There was a fridge and a teapot with cups in the room, but it was a shame there could have been cutlery, because after buying yogurt there was nothing to eat with, but the maid was very nice and gave me disposable cutlery.
