Its right on the ocean!

We were ok with the stairs (eccetdise) but be awate if you struggeling with stairs

We were blown away by the view of the ocean when we opened the door to our little room. I would suggest to other travellers to choose the room with the balcony. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The check-in and out process was seamless and Marelie was very helpful and informative. We didn't have breakfast, but it was offered.

An aircon in the room would have been amazing, I can imagine in the height of summer it must get very hot. The bathroom possibly needs an upgrade and navigating hot/cold water for a shower was quite an experience, but all the necessary (but basic) facilities were there. Perhaps a softer mattress too? :-)

We had a good view. Other family members felt their view was not as good. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh, tasty and we had different options to pick from each day which was lovely. The staff, Glora and Dina, were exceptional and very friendly. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and is very approachable and friendly. Excellent service.

Correspondence before arrival was challenging, and getting access to the gate initially was very challenging. However, the owner helped out and soon we were all good to go!

The beach! So close and clean

The fact that the room I paid for was the one with a balcony but we were given a room without a balcony

the shower and loo were a bit worn, but the owner is planning a renovation. it was absolutely fine for the rate.

Location is amazing.

Being nit picky. The bed was uncomfortable for me. In saying that, I had a back operation a few years ago so my opinion may be a bit biased.

Very nice room on third floor (quite a few steps). Beachfront....beautiful view..nice shower...most of dstv channels. 1 parking space per room. Small fridge in room. Very nice stoep to sit and watch the waves. We had a lovely 1 night stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Langebaan Beach Towers. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist when needed. The location is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Langebaan. I would highly recommend Langebaan Beach Towers to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to visiting

Parking

The location is excellent with stunning views of the beach and there is a very nice walking trail in front of the houses.

Maintenance guys were busy outside the house painting. We were not able to use our bedroom as they were working directly at the big window. There is a big sliding door as window facing the beach, would have been nice if it could be opened to let in some fresh air and the sound of the waves. Might consider placing a barrier outside the sliding door to make that a possibility.

The room was nice and clean and we loved the balcony view over the beach it was wonderful especially at night👌

We would have loved to braai on the balcony watching over the beautiful beach, but the place is still beautiful.

The location is excellent. Bedroom, bathroom and linen very clean. Staff encountered were very friendly.

1. Tea at Breakfast should be served in a Tea pot. 2. A vanity light below the TV but above the mirror is necessary as the bedroom light is insuffizient, 3. The bathroom extractor fan must be oiled/cleaned as it makes more noise than they were designed for.

The view was great.

While the property does have a beautiful view, we felt that the overall hospitality did not quite match expectations. Unfortunately, we did not experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere that often makes a stay truly memorable. One small but noticeable detail was the music playing in the entrance, which repeats throughout the day and can become a bit tiring. It’s often the little touches that make a place feel special, and in this case, those seemed to be missing. The breakfast was fairly average, with limited options and no choice between brown or white bread. The rooms are also quite small and lack cupboard space, which may make longer stays uncomfortable. Overall, while the setting is appealing, we would likely not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it for more than a short overnight stop.

Great sea view. Excellent aircon,friendly host and staff.

Rooms need an upgrade and room a bit small, no lounge chairs. Our stay was relatively long , 12 days. This facility is more suited to short stays 2-3 days. Needs an elevator. Not so easy carrying luggage to upper floors. Parking a bit tight and not covered.

The view and location is amazing. With great value for money. Will definately stay there again. i really enjoyed the breakfast that was served.

We didn't order any food but the place is located nicely next to the beach.

Unfortunately the family suite we stayed in only has one bathroom facilities and they are situated in the main bedroom. It would've been nice if both rooms had their own bathrooms or one common bathroom for both rooms.

Awsome view, lovely balcony - right on the sea ! Very safe, as it is located within a gated housing estate.

Room / bathroom small and a small bed ! Was not aware that there were stairs to climb - my husband has Parkinsons which makes him unsteady ! BUT the staff was very good at assisting us with our luggage !

What an incredible view. I loved every moment of watching the oceans and the sunsets from the luxury of my room. A beautiful walk along the beach to some great spots to eat. Perfect get away!

Love the view having coffee station at desk and be able to have flexibility on TV channels. Enjoyable, stay feeling safe and relaxed. Thank you!

Aircon would be a great addition, and it would be great for a porch to open the sliding door facing the ocean. Amazing room with so much to offer.

Listening to the sounds of the waves to go to sleep to and watch the sunset was absolutely wonderful. The room was super clean. Would happily stay again.

The bathroom could be a little more modern and the TV in the room a little bigger, but other than that, nothing to change.

A convenient location with quick beach access and an easy walk into Mykonos.

The rooms felt very small and outdated, and with no air‑conditioning they became unbearably hot in the afternoons, so we weren’t able to stay in the room during that time.

A beautiful secure and well run apartment. The beautiful view and sound of the breaking waves add to our enjoyment! We were privileged to get upgraded to a room with a balcony - thank you! Although the room is small, the space is very well managed and we had a tremendous time, right on the beach.

The location and the veiw from the dinning area was beautiful. The walkway from our back door that led to the sea was wonderful. The place was also clean.

The fridge made a loud noise. We had to unplug it to sleep. The toilet didn't flush properly. The hot water was not adequete. There was bad water damage and peeling paint on the wall. The shower door did not close properly.

I would appreciate a fan in the room if gets extremely hot the room is terribly tiny and stuffed .theres no amenities in the rooms atleast a microwave would be sufficient extremely small tv that’s placed high up.There’s no plugs by the bed which would be really nice

The location is amazing! Right on the beach with breathtaking views. The breakfast is good value for the price, and it's so lovely to enjoy it with the sea views. There are three restaurants along the beachfront that you can walk to if you want more variety. Langebaan waterfront also has many restaurant options to choose from. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations for price and location.

There are no elevators at the guesthouse, so please be cautious not to pack too heavily. If you have mobility issues, it’s advisable to inform the guesthouse during your booking.
