The place was nice

Every item you iron is R80 and there's no buffet breakfast

The location was fantastic and the place was beautiful and very neat, I booked 6 bedrooms for me and my friends, every room meet their standard. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice. Beautiful views and good atmosphere specially in the morning.

The place was clean and neat

There’s no restaurant inside, they were dishonest about parking within the property. We were stuck at the gate for more than 2 hours because the our car is not allowed in the premises, this was never communicated to us prior the booking and the host was non shalant about this inconvenience, she advised that we leave our V-class at a local garage unattended and we would still be liable of any damages that would occur in the car. This ruined our entire trip as we are not locals of the area, very bad customer service I wouldn't recommend this place and not even a single apology from her but defensive.

We arrived late cos we had trouble with the car... When we got there it was late so we have to sleep at the gate cos they don't allow H1 inside the premises and that time there was no uber...... Maybe the guest house could just provide a car for the guest

Ohk I paid a deposit on the 12 September 2025 on the 04 of October 2025 I was still fighting for my refund which i was told its 10 days . The food were below the standards I will never book in this place again very disappointed and unprofessional staff.

The fact that there is a fee payable and refundable after. we only find out when we arrive. Kindly put that information in the bookings so we must be aware, especially that it's needed in cash.

The location was excellent , it had an amazing view of the lake and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and their breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Some of the staff members were rude. The TV did not have any Netflix or YouTube. Also did not have the full package of dstv.

The breakfast was really nice and exceeded our expectations, the place is very neat and exceptionally beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and nice. I would definitely recommend the place to my associates.

The extra R100 charge for checking in late was really unnesessary, considering the fact that I was travelling from far and it was a working day. I also called to report that I wolud be delayed. I was also not comfortable with the set-up (construction) of the shower it is very slippery my partner fell due to the slippery surface. I believe something could be done to make the surface better, it can't be that slopey.

Everything was Perfect, the service was great, the staff was amazing, the breakfast they made sure you enjoy your stay. It's funny I used to read these reviews way back and thought they were made up or part of the staff wrote them, but after my stay I honestly can't complain about anything.

There is nothing that I liked about the place

The booking manager was rude we were treated like prisoners because we were not allowed to move as we please actually the place feels like you are in hell it was frastrating to be there the treatment from the manager was bad

False advertising: They do not have a hot tub onsite as listed, the jet bath also doesn't work (since 2023) Rooms: They have two rooms listed with the same name and price, when I got there they swapped my room claiming I booked the other one. I stayed there before in 2023 so I know the exact room I booked. Booking lady: The lady that deals with online reservations was rude, I wanted my money back and was only convinced by the lady at reception to stay.

Facilities were great

Was penalized R250 for a stained towel. And I could replace the same towel for a lesser amount

TV and the dstv location. It was very difficult to use the dstv function , to change channels as the decoder was hidden and not detectable while using the remote. Cutlery could be appreciated in the rooms or kitchen

Hot water is hardly available in the mornings and evenings. The air-con was cold only hot the day we arrived and at night it kept making noise even thou it was off

I liked the breakfast, it was delicious although the omelette was too oily. Some staff members were friendly. Malenka and Sylvia to be specific.

Our bedding was not changed for the rest of our stay. The building is not painted outside and it is also creepy. We ran out of toilet paper in some of the toilets. There was a smell that is not so pleasant in both of our rooms. One of our rooms didn't have a fridge and the one fridge that we had from the other room had an unpleasant smell. We are not allowed to take walks inside the estate.

The stuff made things very easy for us and the breakfast was awesome 😋.

Nothing specific. We tried to call for our breakfast order as instructed, but no one answered. We tried all numbers, until resulting in calling the cell number as a last resort (which is great that there are options, and you're not stuck with one number). So honestly, nothing to complain about. Was still amazing!

We had a terrible experience. Firstly, upon our arrival, the staff did not even know that we were booked in by them (After i called them on Friday to confirm my booking). We were told to wait in reception, 30 min later they came back to inform us, okay we can now book in. We were already put off at this point and told them we will not stay there. They were also busy with maintenance. So there were a lot of paint fumes and drilling going on. The staff are not friendly, they were chewing gum till the cows come home. We will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

The lights kept going off every 15 to 20 minutes, we could not even enjoy our stay because the lights kept tripping. When we asked what was going on, we were informed that, because the accommodation was fully booked thats why the electricity kept tripping. It was annoying and frustrating. We also did not have hot water twice, even though we turned the tap in many directions and kept it running but still no hot water, and this was also because the accommodation is fully booked. Why book out the place if the place can't hold the capacity of people. It was a waste of money. Very upsetting.

The place was neat, room was spacious and the balcony view was amazing. Dineo and the rest of the staff made our stay very comfortable from the moment we collected keys. Dinner and breakfast was mouth watering. Im definitely visiting again in summer to enjoy the pools

This was awesome stay, the food was well presented and delicious. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, beautiful people they make you feel as if we at home.

The shower door in the Daisy Bee room needs some attention, the water leaks into the room. The rooms main door needs to be fixed it does lock tightly. The opposite window and door blinds and curtains allows the light from the next building to shine into the room.
