Como sugerencia pondría luces automáticas con el movimiento en el pasillo y zonas comunes porque hay otros clientes que llegan en mitad de la noche y no las apagan, y molestan. También creo que tendrían que renovar la alfombra de la ducha.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025O quarto é limpo, bem localizado em Arroios, com mercado e pequenos restaurantes próximos. A responsável Oksana ágil nas informações sobre a hospedagem e nos deu informação sobre mercado próximo.
O quarto não tem ar condicionado nem ventilador, fica abafado e no verão deve ser insuportável. A pia do banheiro é minúscula, molha o chão todo, mal dá para lavar o rosto. Só achamos 1 tomada no quarto, o quê dificultava pois éramos um casal precisando carregar celulares, fones... E a hospedagem fica no alto de uma ladeira que os ubers não subiam, quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção ou estiver com malas grandes pode ser problemático.

Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The room and bathroom were dirty, with visible stains and hairs. It was completely unhygienic and not like the photos shown. The location was also quite bad, hard to access and in an unpleasant area, which made the whole experience even worse. When we contacted the host, the only solution offered was to come the next day, even though we were leaving the following morning. We ended up having to book another place last minute, losing both time and money. I’ve always trusted Booking and rarely write negative reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. I truly hope Booking reviews this property, because it should not be listed in this condition.

Spazi comuni sporchi e trasandati, ad esempio il mobiletto del bagno è vecchio e pieno di muffa mentre il resto del bagno é sporco e non curato. La cucina é limitata dal momento che gli elettrodomestici e le stoviglie sono sporche. Consigliamo alla struttura di lavorare su questi punti.

It can get quite noisy when moving around the rooms or halls, as the walls are quite thin and you can hear most sounds from outside your room. This might not be ideal for light sleepers, though it didn’t bother me much as I’m a heavy sleeper. My friend and I mainly chose this place for its convenient location and affordable price. We spent most of our time out and only came back to sleep. Luckily, the other guests staying at the same time were considerate, so it wasn’t an issue.

Chambre petite pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain sans eau chaude. Un bruit durant la nuit dans la chambre provenant du mur (aeration ? Moteur?... Etc)qui empêche de dormir. La cuisine manque d'hygiène (la vaisselle proposée n'etait pas propre) Prendre en compte la pente pour arriver au logement (surtout pour les personnes âgées).

La place dans le logement pas assez de tables pour les 5 chambres si voulions profiter de la terrasse ne devions pas prendre au même moment le petit déjeuner tjrs cette même terrasse prise pour une buanderie le linge y séchait les balais et seau entreposés les photos sur Booking ne reflètent aucunement la réalité

We stayed 2 nights and the first night there was a weird sound coming from the walls (probably from another room or we don know) so it took us very long to fall asleep. The second night there was no warm water to shower. There is open space under each door so you can hear everyone moving outside in the corridor and talking in the rooms, not soundproof at all. I understand that the place was on the cheaper side but still needs to be improved. Like you could tell the surfaces in our room were not clean and in the one small bathroom the toilet paper holder is fully hanging ready to fall and under the sink the shelf is moldy and glued very poorly. These things are very easy, cheap and fast to fix.

We had cold showers because the water heating system did not work. The room was very tiny and noisy. We could hear everything from other rooms. From the small window we smelled very bad kitchen and strong odour of Indian food all night long. Quite dirty overall. We do not recommend you book this place. Also we did not feel safe in the street where the room is located going back late in the evening.

Unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Bad und extrem hellhörig. Die Toilettengänge der anderen Gäste nach ihren Kneipenabenden, die in allen Details mitzuerleben waren, hielten einen dadurch wach. Leider gibt es nur ein sehr kleines Bad mit integrierter Dusche für 5 Zimmer. Die Küchenausstattung, sowie ihre Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Aucunement la faute de l'appartement, mais certains occupants n'ont pas vraiment la culture de partage de la salle de bain, il faut être patient si quelqu'un prend sa douche pendant 45 minutes !

Słabo działająca kabina prysznicowa, słabe dojście do mieszkania, wysoko pod górkę. Małe drzwi przez które ledwo zmieściła się walizka, słabe wyposażenie kuchni w części wspólnej, zamiast klimatyzacji wiatrak, którego nie było gdzie postawić, mało miejsca na bagaż i ubrania.

letto scomodo, struttura non insonorizzata (durante la notte si sentiva rumore di acqua che scorreva nelle tubature).

We had problems with the ubers because of the location, and the bathroom is surprisingly small, with a very small sink and not comfortable to do your routine.

No air conditioning, it was too hot to stay and sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear everything through them. The house is located on a hill and it's not a good position because you're going uphill/downhill every time.

it has nothing to do with the owner but with the other roommates. I had the room opposite the kitchen and it was noisy both at 12 a.m. and at 4 a.m. which is about respect for others. I think we should all think about it when we do this

The room was smaller than we'd hoped. There was no closet, and the coat rack was completely inadequate for storing our clothes. There was no bedside table or shelf near the bed to store personal belongings. The bathroom walls were not completely clean.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Очень красивый аутентичный дом, окунулись в атмосферу Лиссабона и почувствовали себя местными, вокруг живут настоящие португальцы. Особенно понравились ставни и вид из окна. Чистый уютный номер, приятно было находиться. Порадовал подготовленный хозяевами справочник о Лиссабоне, где собрали рекомендации по инстаграмным местам, просто класс! На кухне есть все необходимое, еще порадовал уютный балкон с видом на крыши Лиссабона, очень уютно. Отличный вариант для отдыха, рекомендую!
Дом расположен в историческом центре, что, с одной стороны, придает атмосферы, но с другой — обуславливает некоторые неудобства. Здание достаточно старое, поэтому и коммуникации соответствующие: слышно, как течёт вода по трубам в стенах — в первое время это даже немного пугало, т.к. не понимали, откуда шум, хотя мы быстро привыкли и не обращали внимание. Также важно учитывать, что в доме всего один туалет-душевая на пять номеров, что не всегда удобно в вечерние часы.

L’hôte a été très agréable & disponible pour nous accueillir, possibilité de laisser nos bagages lors du départ. Petite cuisine fonctionnelle. La terrasse est sympa pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou un verre à la fin de la journée
la porte de la douche est un peu difficile à fermer. Les murs sont assez fins mais si les autres voyageurs sont assez discrets ce n'est pas un problème
