Friendliness of the staff always helpful. Good choice at breakfast and little treats during the day. Great location to access transport and the sights of Lisbon - shops. restaurants and bars are all close by (as is the supermarket) Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Just a few things needed repair: the washroom sliding door could only open 3/4 then it would scrape the floor. One light bulb was out. Need to walk up 4 flights of steps to get to rooms. Overall these were very small details and the overall stay was very pleasant.

Bellissima struttura in un antico palazzo in zona centralissima (di fronte al Convento do Carmo, da vedere assolutamente!), perfetta per girare la città sia a piedi che con mezzi pubblici. Stanza nuova, pulita e accogliente. Ottima colazione a buffet e grande disponibilità ad accogliere richieste specifiche! Caffè, acqua, infusi, dolcetti e stuzzichini a disposizione h24 nella sala comune. La sera al rientro trovavamo sempre un regalino (dolcetti o bicchierini di vino Porto)! Ma il vero valore aggiunto è il personale della struttura, in particolare abbiamo conosciuto Margarida, una ragazza sempre sorridente, solare, gentile e disponibile.

La struttura si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, non è una cosa negativa ma è giusto saperlo! :-)

Minha avaliação do Feeling Chiado 15 — decepcionante! Sinceramente, não entendo como o Feeling Chiado 15 pode ter nota 8,9 na Booking. Para mim, está muito longe de merecer essa classificação. Para começar, não considero que seja um hotel. A experiência é muito mais parecida com a de um alojamento instalado em um prédio antigo. São 4 andares de escadas, sem elevador, algo que deveria estar muito mais destacado para quem está fazendo uma reserva, principalmente para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção ou com malas. Nosso quarto ficava no sótão, com uma claraboia no teto. O problema é que não havia uma ventilação adequada e, quando amanhecia, a claridade entrava completamente pela claraboia e não conseguíamos mais dormir. O ar-condicionado era portátil e bastante barulhento, o que também prejudicava muito o sono. Havia vários vasos de plantas espalhados pelo quarto, que sinceramente não entendi qual era a finalidade, enquanto questões realmente importantes, como conforto, ventilação e qualidade do sono, deixavam muito a desejar. Os travesseiros eram praticamente almofadas, com pouquíssimo enchimento, muito desconfortáveis. O banheiro era extremamente apertado e sem ventilação, todo revestido de preto, dando uma sensação ainda mais fechada e pouco agradável. E o pequeno-almoço também foi uma decepção. Não era convidativo, não apetecia comer, especialmente considerando a expectativa criada pela classificação da acomodação. O único ponto realmente positivo, na minha opinião, é a localização. Mas uma localização excelente não compensa falta de conforto e uma experiência de hospedagem tão abaixo do esperado. Minha experiência foi de muita decepção. Eu não voltaria e não recomendaria essa acomodação.

La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno es fantástico y el personal suuper agradable. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas hasta coger el avión, cosa que se agradece. Es cierto que tiene muchas escaleras al ser un cuarto piso, y en nuestro caso, había que subir más escaleras para acceder a nuestra habitación, sin embargo, no supusieron un problema.

Por poner un pero es que olía a tuberías.

El edificio y la habitación preciosas. Amor en cada detalle. Si bien hay que subir escaleras, vale la pena. Ram es pura amabilidad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en feeling chiado 15

The breakfast is tasty, the room is always clean and organized, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, absolutely in the city centre.

For a week the brekfast could have been more varied, and the noieses colud be heard from the other rooms sometimes.

Centralt och bra boende med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, och frukosten var bra 🤗 Vi uppskattade särskilt att Ram snabbt ordnade ett annat rum åt oss när den tidigare hotellgästen hade orsakat ett stopp i avloppet i det rum vi egentligen skulle få. Väldigt bra service och hantering av situationen!

Det som dessvärre drar ner betyget något för oss är att rummet vi fick under vår andra vistelse samma vecka hade en mycket stark och påtaglig avloppslukt. Vi tog upp problemet med personalen, som förklarade att lukten berodde på tidvattnet och att det tyvärr inte fanns något de kunde göra åt saken. Det var tråkigt, eftersom lukten var så pass stark att den påverkade upplevelsen av rummet och vistelsen i övrigt.

The friendly welcome. Everything so carefully organised to make our self check in so easy. The lovely homely feeling. My daughter and I felt so well looked after. Everything was spotless. Directions on how to get to places and advice on how best to get there. The surprise of the treats in our room when we returned each evening. Finally the location is great and we loved our room with balcony and fantastic view. I could go on...

The trek up the stairs at the end of the day to the 4th floor but its good for the heart and its a lovely historical building..

Very nice decoration in the room, and a friendly and cozy atmosphere thanks also to a welcoming host. We really appreciated the cold drinks, coffee and cakes that we could enjoy throughout the day, as well as the breakfast. The interior of the building itself was beautiful and the square outside was also very pleasant.

No major issues. A couple of small things: We were on the top floor and unfortunately it was not possible to open the skylight window. However the air conditioning kept us cool. Breakfast at 8.30 was a bit late for us but not a big deal :)

We really enjoyed staying here because of the fantastic service, charming atmosphere, beautiful rooms and great location.

The apartment was characterful, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the communal room area too, and enjoyed a nice breakfast. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location of the apartment was excellent. A supermarket, restaurants and cute drinks kiosk were all on hand, and the pretty little square out front had a really relaxed vibe. There are 96 steps to the 4th floor - this will keep you fit! Treat it like another hilly part of Lisbon 🤣

Monter 4 grands étages à pieds sans ascenseur . Climatisation mobile très bruyante pour dormir !! Et odeur de moisi dans la chambre. La climatisation n’était pas allumée à notre arrivée sous la chaleur de la chambre sous toit sans fenêtre. Uniquement un minuscule velux .

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Tout d’abord, l’hotel est idéalement situé, en plein centre-ville, à proximité des cafés, restaurants et nombreux lieux touristiques. On peut tout faire à pied. L’hôtel en lui-même est très charmant. La chambre est joliment décorée, et la zone commune chaleureuse, avec sa bibliothèque et son buffet pour se servir en gâteau, eau ou café. On nous laisse de petites attentions chaque jour, ce qui fait toujours plaisir. Le personnel est très accueillant, parle parfaitement anglais, et toujours présent si besoin.

Un peu bruyant car mal insonorisé. En général les gens respectent et restent calme la nuit (nous sommes venus plusieurs fois). Mais évitez de faire couler 5 cafés après minuit dans la zone commune svp, car vous réveillerez les chambres d’à côté 😇

The location and views from our balconies are exceptional. They’re worth any hotels in Lisbon. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Zimmer, perfekte Lage in der für uns schönsten Gegend Lissabons, sehr nettes Personal, wir konnten am Abreisetag auch unser Gepäck dort noch deponieren, danke auch dafür.

Man nimmt die 4 Stockwerke ohne Aufzug gerne in Kauf für die Aussicht und Ausstrahlung. Lissabon ist eh eine Stadt mit viel Steigungen, da sind ein paar extra Höhenmeter kein Problem.

El chico que nos atendió fue muy amable, nos ayudó con el equipaje en los 4 pisos que hay que subir ya que la finca no dispone de ascensor y cuando tuvimos un incidente nos nos ofreció una solució alternativa de alojamiento que lamentablemente no se ajustaba a nuestras necesidades. El alojamiento en sí está muy bien ubicado. La suite que se nos asignó era amplia y con encanto.

El problema que nos hizo tener que abandonar el alojamiento fue la presencia de insectos vivos y muertos, dentro y fuera de la habitación (cucarachas). Se nos ofreció un alojamiento alternativo perteneciente a la misma propiedad. Por itinerario del viaje y ubicación lamentablemente no se ajustaba a lo que necesitabamos. A día de hoy la gestion por parte de Booking ha sido muy deficiente y seguimos esperando el reembolso.

Feeling Chiado 15 ligger fantastisk i Lissabon i et stille og roligt kvarter lige midt på " Largo do Carmo" pladsen. Værelset var stort og flot med en dejlig seng. Der var rent og pænt, samt roomservice hver dag der satte små hyggelige hilsener til os. Personalet er utrolig.sødt og hjælpsomt. Det tager ca 10 min at gå til centrum. Morgenmaden var lækker og der står kaffe, te og kage til fri afbenyttelse døgnet rundt. Vi giver Feeling Chiado 15 vores varmeste anbefalinger og vil helt sikkert bo der igen næste gang vi kommer til Lissabon😀 Tina og Britta, - Danmark

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super bequemes Bett. Alles war absolut blitzblank und rein. Die Lage war Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Sehr hellhörig, die Zimmer sind extrem schlecht isoliert. Man hört jedes einzelne Wort vom Frühstücksgespräch der anderen Gäste. Für Langschläfer ist die Unterkunft eher ungeeignet. Es gibt keinen Lift und man muss 96 Stufen bis zum Eingang bewältigen. Wer den ganzen Tag auf den Hügeln von Lissabon zu Fuss unterwegs war, stösst hier an seine Grenzen. Die Unterkunft ist nur mit leichtem Gepäck zu empfehlen.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en zeer enthousiast. Het ontbijt voldeed aan onze verwachting maar was niet uitzonderlijk. De locatie is wel heel erg goed, alles is vlot bereikbaar.

De wifi werkte niet goed op onze kamer en veel trappen om tot onze kamer te geraken.

Es cierto que para subir, hay 4 pisos de escaleras, sin ascensor. Pero es la única pega.

Our host, Ram, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We really appreciate the support he gave us in advice and going out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Margirita was also very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location in historic building in Largo do Carmo (heart of Lisbon old town). Stunning view on the Lisbon Castle. Great breakfast choice. Super friendly and professional staff. Clean and functional.

Not recommended for limited mobility travellers (4th floor without a lift). We had to lower the rating of comfort and facilities due to a problem with air conditioning during very hot days, that forced us to cancel the rest of the stay after a night. Nevertheless, 5-stars to the staff who was very helpful and friendly in the situation and helped us getting our missed stay refunded. Despite the terrible night due to the heat and the malfunctioning A/C (please replace it completely), we believe the place can offer first class comfort in the other rooms.

Don’t bring heavy suitcases - 4 floors up and no lift. Tiny pillows.

Tämä toi stressiä nukkumiseen. Huonessa oli viemärinhaju eikä sitä saatu korjattua henkilökunnan toimesta. Vaatisi varmasti perustellisemman putkiston hoidon. Näkymä oli vain pienestä ikkunasta ulos.

We stayed in the "Bica" room that's located at the back of the building. The staff immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. They leave fresh drinks and food out during the day, everyone can help themselves free of charge. The air-conditioning works really well, which was crucial with more than 35 degrees in Lisbon during our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The area was quiet at night. Breakfast was good, although it is the same every day, but we enjoyed it very much. Four flights of stairs with no elevator is quite the challenge after walking uphill and downhill through Lisbon all day ;) This has to be kept in mind before booking your stay.

To my taste, the room was missing a small fridge and more storage for clothes. I'm giving them a 10 anyway, it did not change the quality of our stay.

The location is perfect! In the iconic Bairro Alto, Chiado it is a short walk from all “the must see” in this central area! The cake and coffee in the afternoon was a great plus!

Súper acogedor, limpio y agradable, el personal muy atento y siempre en contacto conmigo, me ayudaron en todo, ya que mi llegada fue posterior a la hora del cierre de la recepción. Muy atento el personal y siempre tenían detalles, así que me fui feliz

Lo único que podría decir es que tienes que prepararte para subir 5 o 6 pisos, no tiene ascensor, la verdad no es tan terrible, pero con las maletas si estuvo rudo, para personas mayores podría ser un problema, pero solo eso, el lugar merece mucho la pena y está muy bien ubicado

If you have any mobility problems it will be hard to get up to a room, as there is no elevator in the building and the rooms are situated on the 4th floor. You have to climb the stairs. Also it is difficult with big luggage. The room is clean, but there is a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom that spreads to the room. You have to pour out the conditioner container and it is too noisy to use at night. We booked the room with a balcony, but received without it.

Cuarto sin ascensor y los olores son bastante peculiares, pero el personal maravilloso.

Aamiainen oli laadukas. Tuoreet tuotteet (leivät, vihannekset ja hedelmät) ja saimme myös juuri meille valmistetun omeletin/ paistetun kananmunan. Rauhallinen aamiaishuone!

Good location for a one night stay. Staff were very obliging and did luckily assist with our luggage.

Be aware that there are 4 flights of stays to access reception on the 4th floor and then 2 more flights to get to the bedroom. They probably should note this on the booking sites.

Unsere Suite war ein Traum, fühlte mich wie eine Prinzessin, wunderschöner Ausblick, da lohnt sich das teuere Zimmer zu nehmen. Das Bett war super bequem, Frühstück lecker. Die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der 4Stock mit Koffer von 2x 21kg und Handgepäck war eine Herausforderung, aber das wussten wir ja und uns wurde geholfen. Ansonsten haben wir es immer sportlich genommen...

Lovely location, within walking distance of Praça do Comercio and metro/train stations/ tram stops. Also right opposite the ruins of the Convento do Carmo. Loved the window view, and the little gifts that were left in the room for us every single day. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We knew about the stairs but with the heat they still got tiring, especially as Lisbon is all up and down! 😅 You need to be fairly fit to do them a couple of times a day! Also there was a strange smell from the shower room (drains?), it would have been helpful to have some diffusers or something to mask it Unfortunately these couple of things detracted a bit from what would otherwise have been a much better experience
