Nous tenons tout d’abord à remercier et à féliciter toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et l’équipe a été aux petits soins, toujours à l’écoute et réactive, même après notre départ. Un service vraiment remarquable ! La chambre était très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. L’emplacement de l’établissement est également excellent : proche des principaux sites touristiques de Naples, des restaurants, avec un supermarché à deux pas, et surtout très pratique pour rejoindre le port et prendre le bateau pour Capri. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons une très belle impression de cet établissement. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour à Naples aussi agréable. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésitation !

The apartment's location is spectacular; it's literally 20 meters from the Municipio train station and super easy to find. It's close to great restaurants and everything else. It has an elevator and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended! Don't pay attention to other people's negative comments about the sex shop; it's true it's there, but it doesn't bother anyone, hahaha.

The only problem is that when they send you the apartment information, they give you an Italian number to call to have the main building door opened if it's locked (once you get into your room, they give you keys for that door), and that number doesn't work, haha. We tried calling and nobody answered. We had to wait for someone to go in before we could get in, or wait for someone from the apartment to answer. Other than that... no problems.

Good location close to the port and luggage lockers. Great for a one night stay before getting on a sail for the week.

It was difficult to find so maybe some clear instructions as it’s behind a big gate and not labelled well.

The hotel manager said that there would be a receptionist if i checked in before 2pm so i paid for a taxi so that i could arrive before 2pm but the receptionist had left already and i had to call / text the manager in order to arrange for check in.

La camera era fantastica, niente da dire, anche il letto super comodo!

Unica proprio piccolezza che devo dire è che la mattina magari con il via vai o le signore delle pulizie si sente tutto. Ma per il resto veramente tutto super TOP!

Una struttura completamente ristrutturata e tecnologica, letto king e bagno molto grande. Impagabile la gentilezza dei gestori che mi hanno assicurato un sonno perfetto vista la mia necessità di avere dei cuscini in più per via della gravidanza. Presenza di prodotti da bagno, cuffia, phon (serio, non quelli a parete) spazzolini usa e getta, asciugamani grandi e morbidi. Posizione ottima per girare Napoli, e zona tranquilla. Molto apprezzato anche il condizionatore nel soffitto, che non spara l’aria addosso quando si dorme e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per poter fare ancora un giro in città.

Die Suite ist gross und modern. Sie hat einen Wirlpool. Es gibt sehr viele Lichteinstellungsmöglichkeiten, sodass man das Zimmer hell oder romantisch einstellen kann. Auch die Steckdosen sind so modern, dass ich nicht einmal einen Adaptor brauchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich ist es hier ruhiger als in anderen Hotels in Neapel, weil das Hotel an einer Nebenstrasse liegt. Trotzdem gab es am späteren Abend laute Musik, die man auch durch geschlossene Fenster hörte. Aber so ist das eben in zentraler Lage in Neapel.

Das Hotel ist für Touristen sehr zu empfehlen – es liegt ideal in der Nähe des Hafens von Beverello und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum, dem Theater und der Via Toledo entfernt. Das Hotel ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, wurde kürzlich renoviert und befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug), sodass der Straßenlärm minimal ist. Das Zimmer ist mit Safe, Kaffeemaschine und Minibar mit Wasser ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und die Matratze ist komfortabel. Der Fernseher ist modern und verfügt über Internetzugang, sodass Sie alle verfügbaren Fernsehsender empfangen können. Ich kann das Hotel älteren Menschen nicht empfehlen, da der Check-in nach 10:00 Uhr nur online möglich ist; Sie benötigen Zugangscodes, um das Hotelgebäude zu betreten. Außerdem müssen Sie Kopien Ihrer Reisepässe über Messenger-Dienste wie WhatsApp senden, was ich für unsicher halte. Wir checkten morgens ein, als die Zimmer gereinigt wurden und der Manager anwesend war, sodass der Check-in reibungslos verlief. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und erklärte uns alle Details zum Ein- und Auschecken im Hotel ausführlich. Leider gab es nur Italienisch und Englisch als Hotelsprache, aber wir haben den Übersetzer auf unserem Smartphone benutzt. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Ottima ristrutturazione in un bel palazzo antico nel centro, proprio accanto al castello Maschio Angioino e vicinissimo a tutto, compreso il porto per imbarchi isole e stazione marittima per Alibus x aeroporto, e fermata metro Municipio. Stanza molto pulita e confortevole, presenza in camera di bagno turco fantastico, gradita macchinetta caffe' in camera e bottigliette e bibite in frigo gratis, inoltre presente in struttura bollitore per the e tisane, bagno spazioso e moderno. Facilita' e velocita' di ingresso e uscita, tutto automatico con istruzioni molto chiare sul telefono; possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo l'orario check out.

Condizionatore un po' rumoroso e troppo puntato sul letto.

Cosy apartment in Piazza Municipio Naples. It has been recently renewed and it is very comfortable. From that floor there's a beautiful view of the city. Self check-in easy enough.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Naples’ most touristic area, with all the energy and bustle that comes with it. The room exceeded expectations—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The L’Occitane amenities were a wonderful surprise and added a touch of luxury to the stay. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.

On the downside, the entrance and common areas of the building are noticeably worn and could benefit from renovation. However, considering the location in the historic and highly touristic center of Naples, this is fairly common and reflects the condition of many surrounding buildings. Fortunately, once inside the hotel, the experience is completely different, as the rooms are modern, well maintained, and very comfortable.

Municipio BnB was just as advertised, and totally great for a short stay in Naples. We only spent one night here and needed a place close to the port. It's about a 10 minute walk to the port and actually 10-20 minute walk to everywhere else in Naples you need to go to. It's right by a metro stop as well. The room itself was small but clean and had everything we needed for one night. The AC was great - and very needed in that heat. I was communicating via Whatsapp with the rental guy and he also organized a taxi to the airport for us which was really nice. If we need a spot close to the port again for a short stay in Naples, we'd stay here again. Breakfast at a BnB is not important for us.

The only issue for me was the check-in process, although not a big issue either. I had to send messages to the contact on Whatsapp to get instructions, seems like they forgot. It was a little bit of a puzzle to get in, but once you figure it out, it's totally fine. If you don't have data on your phone, it could be harder. It was the same type of puzzle check-in for another stay we had in Naples earlier that week too, so I think it's just the norm of these BnBs that are in large apartments.

La posizione è fantastica per arrivare dalla stazione ferroviaria e per muoversi nel centro città. La stanza era molto pulita e la biancheria è stata cambiata tutti i giorni. Nonostante non ci sia una host ad accogliere gli ospiti tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione (codici e istruzioni per l'accesso alla struttura) e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno una persona è arrivata nel giro di 10 min. Grazie!

Great central location. We were taking a boat towards amalfi the day after and the boats leave from a very short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and coffee places near by. Had a great balcony, perfect for breakfast coffee! Very clean and updated apartment.

Nothing really, somewhat complicated to get into the apartment with different codes etc, but once you done it once and had the keys it was much more simple.

Leider gibt es dort keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, keine Rezeption. Wir standen vor dem Eingangstor und erreichten erst telefonisch niemanden, erst nach mehrmaligen tel. Versuchen wurde uns dann über Whats App ein Zugangscode zugesandt. Ansonsten war alles sehr o.k. Gute zentrale Lage,schöne saubere Zimmer

Unser Gastgeber, war sehr nett. Er gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Die Lage ist sensationell zentral und man ist durch die Metro sofort überall.

Great location, spacious room, firm bed, lovely shower and free water in the mini bar. Value for money and I'd book again.

Pretty much all WhatsApp led for entry so guests with no data will be stuck as the address is clear, but the hotel is behind a gate, through a communal door, and then up 5 floors, 3 entry points, with codes needed, as well as the lift needing a code/key/cash to get up to the 5th floor. This is a drawback and I found it a little stressful, but once I got there, all ok.

The outside of the property isn’t the nicest, but I think that’s all of Naples, got a little confused with the check in instructions and opening the gate.

It is clean, quiet and well maintained private property. The staff is super friendly and the location is excellent.

Finding the place the first time can be a little tricky, but the host is super responsive and helpful.

Clean modern and great position for travellers

It was great. The apartment is situated almost on the top of metro station. It is ten minutes away from the marine port and thus conveniently connected to the airport (Alibus). The funicular is also very close. It has sweet balcony and a steam bath. Very comfortable and modern. Great bed, climate control, fast internet, two TVs, free mini bar, ambient light. The bathroom was also great. There is a small restaurant in front of the building, bakery, pharmacy and tabacchi around the corner and McDonald's across the street. It was really great.

The italians are bad drivers. Sorry, guys. :)

La habitación enorme, cama comodisima y la bañera y el baño geniales. Teníamos café, te, agua, galletitas. Cepillo de dientes, pasta, algodones, crema corporal….Y hasta guante de masaje y bomba de baño. Y estaba a 5 o 10 min de todo. Con cafeterías y restaurantes para elegir.

The instructions to get in and out of the hotel were not very clear. The gate locks you inside if you don’t have a key to get out (so trying to leave the property once we had checked out was an issue). The staff on site speak very little English but the staff on WhatsApp do respond quickly. Must have a phone with cell service to access the place during check in.

The location was great. The room was modern, clean and comfortable and it was an excellent value.

The building that the hotel was in was very strange. There was no staff, and there were several keys, fobs, and codes needed to access the building and the room. There was no staff at the hotel and no facilities.

Perfektní poloha, komunikace i vybavení pokoje, balkon s posezenim, i když byl na rušnou ulici a náměstí, je velmi odhlučněný, takže v noci nebylo nic slyšet. Vše perfektní.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We stayed here the whole week and it was a great place to rest and relax. Really close to the metro, the supermarket and really good restaurants around the corner. Centrally located, and walking distance from the ferry terminal (to travel to Sorrento and Capri) and the shopping district, which was vibrant. The host was responsive and really helpful in arranging for the taxi to the airport.

I was so surprised by the room, its was great. We had a room with the steam room included and it was super. The beds were large, the the shower was powerful and the location is perfect. A metro line 10m from the buildings main gate, the ferry port to Chapri is less than 10 mins walk.

Everything was perfect. The location, the room itself, the bed is super comfy, the bathroom is extra clean, and the staff is very attentive and responsive. Will definitely come again when visiting Napoli.

Nothing I didn't like. I just suggest they take more professional pictures of the place because the photos really don't do it justice.
