Die häufig zitierte Bar nebenan, kann am Abend etwas lauter werden, während unserer vier vier Tage Aufenthalt hat sie uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes helles Zimmer im ersten Stock.

Dass man sich den Pool mit der Bar nebenan teilt ist suboptimal, zudem war das Wasser relativ salzig, was nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. Unser zweites Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hatte nur am Ende 2 Fenster, die nur wenig Licht einbrachten - hat sich insgesamat etwas wie Keller angefühlt.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Centre accessible à pied et chambres très propres. Le bar à côté est sympa et l’accès à la piscine fait du bien en fin de journée. On a pu laisser nos bagages à l’accueil en arrivant tôt le matin et après avoir fait le Check out ce qui permet de se promener dans les bagages! Merci

Room was fine. Clean and comfortable. But no respect for quiet at night.

Very loud music from the pool bar heard clearly in our room and went into early morning making sleep impossible. At least on Fri and Sat it had stopped by 1 am, but Sunday night the dj house music was still blaring at 2.30 am. I tried finding someone in reception but no one was about. Even after the bar closed and the dj finished the bar still played its own loud music over speakers with people laughing and chatting.I tried several times from 2.30 to 4.30 am to find someone to do something about it but no luck. I even tried yelling through the gate at 5 am to try and get them to turn the music off but was ignored. What a joke. The description for the hotel should state clearly that there is no peace and quiet so guests can choose a different hotel if they don't want to be up all night.

Liegt schön in der Altstadt .. Pool den man mit nutzen kann wirklich super .. Mega Restaurant (Look Bua) gleich ums Eck .. man muss nur die etwas lautere Musik der Nachbarbar abkönnen .. fanden das aber nicht schlimm .. bei der Lage ist das halt auch normal Frühstück wird keines angeboten , man hat aber sehr viele Frühstücksmöglichkeiten fussläufig

Recht zentral gelegen. Pool war gut. Wer als Partytourist unterwegs ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Den Pool teilt man sich mit einer Kiffer-Bar. Dort riecht es sehr intensiv. Sind auch crazy Leute unterwegs. Zudem ist es sehr laut. Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen. Da hab ich bessere Hotels in Chiang Mai gesehen.

Great location close to sights and great food. Provided water, access to free laundry (with detergent) and pool was nice in the heat. Right next to bar/restaurant at the pool which was very convenient.

No refrigerator in room when I checked in but rectified within a day.

Comfortable large bed. Hot shower. Good WiFi. Spacious room with fridge. Use of nice swimming pool next door. Friendly staff.

Nowhere to store clothes - not enough furniture. Music from the bar next door was occasionally irritating although it was turned off at midnight.

Les chambres sont confortables, il y a de la place, le lit est bien. L'emplacement près de beaucoup de temples et de petite boutique.

Les vapeurs de pétards autour de la piscine c'est dommage !

La limpieza era muy mejorable ya que el dosel de la cama estaba gris, las paredes llenas de manchas, las puertas con manchas marrones de dedos. El wc anticuado, sin cortina de ducha ni mampara, cada vez que nos duchábamos se mojaba todo La insonorización de la habitación inexistente, la puertas del balcón tenía una abertura por abajo de un dedo, se escuchaba hablar a las habitaciones de al lado. Para colmo comparte piscina con el bar de al lado donde tienen música puesta desde las 4 pm hasta la 1 de la mañana

We hadden dit hotel voor onze Thailand rondreis 2 keer gereserveerd, maar we zijn er maar 1 keer geweest. De tweede periode hebben we geannuleerd. Het betreft hier een eenvoudig hotel met kamers die op zich ok zijn. Als ouder stel hebben wij echter behoefte aan meer comfort. Voor jeugdige mensen die niet zoveel waarde hechten aan 'opsmuk' kan dit hotel een prima verblijfplaats zijn. De ontvangst was matig en een ontbijt wordt er niet geserveerd. Geen restaurant en zelfs geen ontbijt. Lijkt ons meer wat voor (jeugdige) reizigers die niet zoveel wensen hebben.

Very good located, loved the bar next door with the pool and the vibe there. Room was really spacious.

Ein Hotel mittendrin in der Alstadt. Direkt nebenan ist eine super entspannte Bar mit kleinem Pool der mitbenutzt werden kann. Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind super. Dankeschön:)

Die Unterkunft ist direkt neben einem Club. Dort wird ab 19 Uhr laut Techno gespielt. Es ist super laut im Zimmer und Nachtruhe nicht möglich. Der Pool wird übrigens auch von den Barbesuchern genutzt. Zudem ist die Unterkunft einfach heruntergekommen und nicht sauber. Der Duschvorhang war komplett verschimmelt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort abgebrochen und sind in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen. Nie wieder.

Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met het hostel/bar next door. Soms heel/te druk. Tot heel laat S nachts erg luide muziek, dat was echt niet fijn.

Dejligt familieværelse med hems til børnene - og dejlig rummeligt. Beliggenheden i byen er OK, men naboen er et ungdomshostel med høj musik hver aften, og helt ulideligt da der var fest om fredagen.

Poolen man kan bruge er egentlig ovre ved nabo-hostel. Her er masser af hash i luften, og folk som drikker bajer, så børnefamilier skal ikke være sarte. Kold saltvandspool, næsten for kold til at børn kan svømme i den mere end 5 minutter.

Clean bed with well working ac. Onsite laundry was available without charge. The hosts were very kind and honest, making sure I was returned some valuable property I left in my room. I was late to check out from my own mistake and was treated graciously.

The only issue was minimal and was the late evening noise from the bar next door, which is somewhat connected. The bar was a popular spot that others might find a benefit, especially since I heard from friends that if you are not staying at the hotel you are charged an entry fee.

Lovely location and a big comfy room, the pool area was also great!

Manque un peu de portants pour suspendre ses vêtements, ou secher maillot ou serviette.

Hotel w super lokalizacji, personel miły i pomocny. Poza stanem czystości łazienki nie można powiedzieć nic złego o tym noclegu. Na życzenie wymieniane ręczniki i codziennie dostarczana woda w szklanych butelkach.

Niestety poziom czystości łazienki pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W wielu miejscach bród i grzyb.

All clean, nice, well stocked room, good facilities, nice decor, sturdy furniture, hot shower.

We stayed at Mammoth Boutique for 23 nights and had a lovely big room. The location was fabulous and the large pool was wonderful. The pool is a shared facility with the bar next door but we often had it to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. Whatever we needed was available within minutes and anything we needed fixing happened immediately. There was no kettle in the room but they provided one and we were very comfortable after that. A huge bonus was the washing machine.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bed was ok but I would have preferred it to be a little softer. The lounge in our room wasn't really very comfortable but we were out a lot and didn't spend a lot of time sitting in our room. The music from the bar next door was not to our liking, although on one occasion we told them we didn't like it and they changed it to music we did like.

Fantastic location in Chiang Mai’s Old Town. Rustic and homey property. Rooms are large and spacious and clean. Staff are very kind. Cool poolside area and bar/smoking area playing music every night, great for a chill drink.

Even though in the room it says there are lock boxes available from the reception, when I asked at reception they said they no longer provide lock boxes. And on the booking.com listing it says laundry under amenities list however they do not provide laundry services and you need to go outside to laundry shops to get this done.

ทำเลที่ตั้งคิดว่าดีสำหรับคนที่ไม่มีรถ เพราะเราเอารถส่วนตัวไปและไม่มีอาหารเช้าในบุคที่จองเลยไม่รู้ว่าเรื่องอาหารเป็นยังไง เรื่องห้องพัก ห้องน้ำ หรือของใช้ในห้องต่างๆ คิดว่าโอเคดีแล้ว แต่เตียงนอนแข็งไปนิดนึงค่ะ

อยากให้เพิ่มเรื่องอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่ม อาจไม่ต้องหนักมากแต่อยากให้มีพร้อมสำหรับแขกที่บางทีไม่สะดวกออกไปหาอะไรกินข้างนอกเวลาดึกๆ พนักงานเคาเตอร์อยากให้เพิ่มคนไทยค่ะ วันที่เราไปเหมือนจะมีอยู่คนเดียวและเป็นคนจีนด้วย

Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Extrem laut. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand.

Staff great and helpful. Large room. Location is good. It's 10 to 16 min walk to the very lively hub of town but still has everything on your doorstep.

The hot water didn't work and although they tried to fix it, it stopped working again. The main problem is the bar next door. The music is VERY loud and right under our room.

The stuff, helped us a lot, we could change the room because of the noise. He even ordered a taxi for us to the airport, weren't it be for the extreme noise, I would give 8!!

There is a bar right next to the hotel, they play drums from 14 to midnight every day, the house is literally shaking. No way you get to sleep, even with ear plugs, because of the vibrations.

Very pleasant and charming stay in the old town, lots of restaurants and cafes and massage places within walking distance. I was travelling solo but I got the feeling it’d be an even better place for couples and families.

La musique très forte tout l’après midi et toute la soirée à côté de la piscine sans qu’il y ait même forcément des gens pour en profiter. Pas beaucoup de personnel à la réception.

Overhovedet ikke pengene værd. Værelset lugtede virkelig meget, det var dårligt vedligehold og ikke rent. Derudover ligger der en natklub, der spiller høj musik lige op til poolen og det larmer rigtig meget det meste af natten

The strong smell of weed from next doors cannabis store polluted the atmosphere by the pool (not the hotel’s fault). They provided everything except tea and coffee although the room had a kettle?!

The location is fantastic.The pool is the best thing. The property was super neat.

Everything was great! Close by to city center , old town shops and great pick up point for tours. The staff was very helpful.

Ground floor a bit of smell. I’d suggest the upper floor!

De buren zijn 's avonds erg luidrustig en oordoppen helpen daar niet bij. Je zit eigenlijk net te ver naar het westen om 's avonds ergens nog even een drankje te kunnen doen.

I love the location and the pool the property has. There is a really cool cafe right next door that has the coolest vibes and music. So it’s a win win situation :o you can go smoke there if you’re a smoker. There’s this aunty that sells the best pork sausages right across the road. ( been doing that for the last 40 years , must try for sure. She’s there between 2 to 5 pm and she gets sold out really fast.

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux chiang mai, tout est accessible à pied. Il y a Clim pour les journées chaudes et la chambre était grande. Nous avons apprécié les shampoing et gel douche mis à disposition

I liked the location, it was great...there was one issue with the location however

I didn't like that it was next to a marijuana bar that had house music cranking 24 hours a day on weekend's and finishing after midnight other nights. We also weren't told that our swimming pool was shared with the marijuana bar clients...not really suitable for kids or families
