Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Jó helyen van. Mi a legfelső apartmanban voltunk, ahonnan mint a képen rálathattunk a tengerre.Az apartmanunkhoz tartozott egy tetőteraszra.( mi ezt masnap fedeztuk fel) . Ár/érték aranyban teljesen rendbe van.
Akii nem bírja a hajnali tartó élet hangjait annak nem ajanlom.Minket nem zavart. Szűk lepcsőn lehetett feljutni.( ami böröndökkel nehézkes volt)

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location was great and the rooms were large, well equipped and clean. There was an excellent bar (The Van Bar) downstairs and they gave us 10% discount. They did the check in for us and also allowed us to leave our cases there the following morning for a few hours after checkout.
It wasn't easy to communicate in Booking.com messages but we did eventually make contact by phone to discuss the check-in.

Ausstattung: es hat an Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt. Zudem wurde nicht zwischendurch gereinigt oder Handtücher gewechselt. Es war auch nicht transparent kommuniziert wo sich eigentlich die Vermieter befinden.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut. Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Chanias Altstadt ist zauberhaft und bot uns einen interessanten Aufenthalt.
Parkplätze sind ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Sound proofing could have been a bit better since there is a lot of noise from the busy streets at night. But it wasn't something Extreme.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Il proprietario è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile. La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente nella Old Town, posizionata lungo una via ricca di pub e negozi, e a pochi passi a piedi dal porto veneziano.
Trovare parcheggio in zona è un po' complicato e richiede di girare nei dintorni per trovare un posto libero.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville et le balcon avec la vue mer. Les capsules de la machine à café. La gentillesse du personnel du bar au rez-de-chaussée et l'aide avec le sourire de la jeune femme pour commander notre taxi du retour.
Il faudrait attirer l'attention sur le support qui sort du sol entre la chambre et le balcon ..... très dangereux pour les pieds nus !

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, fantástico para visitar Heraclion. Una habitación grande con todo lo necesario y el cuarto de baño es muy grande, estupendo. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar.
No es que no me haya degustado, hay que tener en cuenta las escaleras para acceder al piso, nosotros teníamos maletas pequeñas y no hemos tenido problema.

Mimo zlokalizowania w samym centrum dźwięki z zewnątrz nie były uciążliwe.Właściciel bardzo pomocny, Nie było żadnego problemu z zameldowaniem po godzinie 23:00 ( nasz lot był spóźniony ) Wszystko zgodnie z opisem w ofercie. Jeśli istotna jest dla ciebie lokalizacja i relacja jakość do ceny to jest to wybór doskonały na krótsze pobyty.
Bardzo by się przydało więcej dużych szklanek czy kubków.

On aurait pu laisser la fuite d eau de la climatisation aller en plein sur le canapé, on a posé la poubelle qui avait un sac plastique pour récupérer l eau et la vider même en pleine nuit,on nous a dit que le technicien allait passer mais rien du tout.Bon c est pas grave mais je ne comprends pas de ne pas monter dans l appartement pour venir voir,l eau froide aussi dans la douche qui ne fonctionne pas. Le technicien va passer....Peut mieux faire.

Χρειάζεται ανανέωση καθώς υπάρχουν φθορές. Επίσης δυσκολευτηκαμε πολύ να μεταφέρουμε τις βαλίτσες καθώς δεν μπορούσαμε να πλησιάσουμε με το αυτοκίνητο και επίσης το κατάλυμα έχει μόνο σκάλες.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και άνετο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα τις μικρές αλλά σημαντικές παροχές, όπως οι παντόφλες μίας χρήσης, οι οδοντόβουρτσες, το σίδερο και το πιστολάκι μαλλιών, που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας πιο άνετη και έδειχναν προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
Το μπάνιο και γενικά οι εγκαταστάσεις έδειχναν αρκετά παλιές. Τα στρώματα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετα, ορισμένα φώτα δεν λειτουργούσαν και κάποιες πρίζες ήταν χαλαρές, σε σημείο που μετακινούνταν όταν αφαιρούσαμε τον φορτιστή, κάτι που δημιουργούσε αίσθηση έλλειψης συντήρησης. Συνολικά, το διαμέρισμα θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο και ανακαινισμένο, καθώς για την τιμή του θεωρούμε ότι δεν ανταποκρινόταν πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Posizione centrale dentro la città vecchia con vista parziale sul porto della città. Staff davvero molto gentile ci ha accolto e dato informazioni. È disponibile sconto del 10% sul bar sottostante.
La camera, al terzo piano, è raggiungibile solo attraverso una ripida scala interna. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma è bene avvisare i clienti che potrebbero avere problemi di mobilità. In camera c'era un forte odore probabilmente proveniente dai ristoranti del centro e da un po di umidità nella stanza. Nulla di drammatico, per una notte è ok. Soggiorni lunghi potrebbero essere più impegnativi.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Loistava sijainti ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Olimme kolmen hengen huoneessa ylimmässä kerroksessa, missä oli upea parveke näkymällä vanhaan kaupunkiin. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta huone oli rauhallinen. Ystävällinen palvelu. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, jääkaappi ja kahvikone plussaa.
Huoneeseen kiivetään kapeita portaita, hissiä ei ole. Suihkussa vedenpaine oli olematon.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026PERFECT LOCATION in the historic part of Chania! This is a very nice accommodation; the staff is helpful and so kind. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen. There is daily cleaning. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you don't have a car. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance, and the Venetian harbour is just 2 minutes away. You can have breakfast here as well, happy hour 😎🍹🍸 The bus station is at 10-minutes walk. A huge thanks to Eleuferia, your sister, and your brother! We have spent 4 wonderful days. Best wishes Mariette and Floriane

mir persönlich waren die Betten zu hart, bin da aber auch empfindlich das Studio ist direkt über der Kneipe, sollte einem klar sein, allerdings läuft auch nur etwas Rock in angenehmer Lautstärke, dafür mitten im Geschehen :) Frühstück selbst besorgen oder in der Nachbarschaft essen gehen, direkt im Haus wird keines angeboten

Reviewed May 26, 2026Die Lage war prima, da man direkt in der Altstadt wohnt. Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich immer schwierig. Aber mit Geduld findet man immer einen Stellplatz.
Im Zimmer 4 ganz oben haben wir gewohnt für 2 Nächte. Zum Schlafen ganz okay, haben nicht viel Lärm gehört. Das Bad war aber richtig runter gerockt. Der Balkon war dafür richtig angenehm, über den Dächern von der Stadt. Haben dort immer gefrühstückt. Alles in allem war es ausreichend.

Unter im Haus, wo man auch den Schlüssel abholt, befindet sich die wohl beste (Cocktail-)Bar der Stadt. Obwohl im Haus, hört man sie in der Wohnung nicht. Bequeme Betten und sogar eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln.
Einzig die etwas steile Treppe und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Μετρια καθαριοτητα, στα σεντονια υπηρχαν μικρες τριχες, στον καθρεφτη του μπανιου πιτσιλιες (σαν Betadin), λιγα αλατα στην ντουζιερα

Huoneessa on keittonurkkaus mutta liesi oli viety pois. Pitkät jyrkät portaat kolmanteen kerrokseen, ei hissiä.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ φωτεινό και μεγάλο. Η τοποθεσία είναι επίσης πολύ καλή, μέσα στην παλιά πόλη των Χανίων, οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς είναι κοντά σου. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Κάτω από το δωμάτιο υπάρχει ένα όμορφο καφέ μπαρ πιθανότητα του ίδιου ιδιοκτήτη που προσφέρει έκπτωση στους ενοίκους, Παρ ότι δεν το επισκέφτηκαμε μου φάνηκε καλή κίνηση.
Το δωμάτιο χρήζει μερικής ανακαίνισης. Ο καναπές αν και μεγάλος φαινόταν πολύ βρώμικος. Δεν θα καθόμουν πάνω του χωρίς να βάλω κάποιο σεντόνι ή κάλυμμα. Οπότε και δεν τον χρησιμοποιήσα καν. Θεωρώ ότι η ντουζιέρα καμπίνα αυτού του τύπου θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί η να αντικατασταθεί επίσης. Γενικότερα η εικόνα του μπάνιου θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί για να φαίνεται και πιο καθαρό. Αλλά αυτό που μας μείωσε πολύ την εμπειρία διαμονής και μας έκανε να χάσουμε τον ύπνο μας ένα βράδυ ήταν κάποιοι άλλοι κάτοικοι του καταλύματος. Φωνές, χτυπήματα στις πόρτες,τσακωμοί στον διάδρομο 4.30πμ . Αρχικά νομίσαμε ότι πρόκειται για μεθυσμένο και ειδοποίησαμε τον υπεύθυνο του καταλύματος ο οποίος κατέθεσε γρήγορα την πρώτη φορά. Γιατί ενώ νομίσαμε ότι λύθηκε το πρόβλημα 45 λεπτά μετά επαναλήφθηκε με μεγαλύτερη ένταση. Χρειάστηκε να ξανά τηλεφωνήσουμε και να κατέβω εγω προσωπικά για να δω προσπαθήσω να δώσω λύση. Ο υπεύθυνος ήρθε μετά από περίπου μισή ώρα. Και μας ζήτησε συγνώμη. Και όταν έχεις πληρώσει για να ξεκουραστείς και αυτό δεν γίνεται, σε ενοχλεί.και δεν λέω να μου επιστρέψει λεφτά αλλά δεδομένου του ότι από κάτω υπήρχε δικό του καφέ μπαρ ,θα μπορούσε να πρότεινει έστω να κεράσει έναν καφέ, εγώ τουλάχιστον στη θέση του αύτο θα έκανα.

Δεν υπήρχαν τηλέφωνα ανάγκης κι όταν το χρειαστηκαμε το βράδυ, δεν απάντησαν στο τηλέφωνο του ξενοδοχείου.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Fantastic location, right at the center of the town. Very helpful staff and the bar is on the ground floor. Maria was super helpful in answering all of our questions and helped us with some great Greek coffee and cappuccino. Room was adequate and clean.
There is no option for breakfast. Amenities in the room can be improved with bottled water and some body lotion.

We were charged the full price more than 6 months before and the property never responded to our messages through booking.com. We finally had to call Booking.com to inquire about try the early charges. Contacting The property through booking.com was extremely difficult. The other issue was when we arrived we noticed the room we were given was NOT the one with the description and photos we were provided . It was a completely different room. After discussing with the staff and showing our booking and some back and forth they changed our room. Generally the room was quite rundown. Not enough light or power outlets and some of the existing outlets were broken. There was a strong smell from the bathroom and the bed is not very comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and for that long stay we wished the rooms were more pleasant and equipped
