Great location. Very clean and accessible. Lovely hosts . Delicious breakfast .

We liked the staff and the location. We thought that a car park was available, but it was limited. We were able to park on the public highway. The location was very close to all the facilities in Clacton, such as the pier and the shops. We were able to walk to these facilities in a short time. The accommodation and location met our needs. The breakfasts were also great.

Car parking was not a problem on this trip, as this was at the end of the season. In the high season, with greater demand, parking will be a problem.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, nahe an der Stadt, am Strand, viele sehr gute Restaurants in Laufweite. Wir kommen wieder! Das Frühstück jeden morgen frisch zubereitet.

Great value for money. Mother and daughter run B&B with a very homely feel. Close enough to the sea front without being near all the noise.

The staff knew what they were doing. They liked people and went out of their way to be helpful. The bacon in the breakfast was thick and better than normal. Location excellent.

We had the smallest room in the hotel. It was a bit small, but it did match the photo so we knew this before we went.

Very close to everything! Absolutely amazing and clean bathroom and room, felt very cozy and was lovely. Staff was absolutely amazing, sweet, and kind! Will definitely be booking very soon! Breakfast was amazing and always a treat! One of the best places I've ever stayed in!

Great! Very clean & tidy & right near where I wanted to be.

There is street parking only (free) & on the Night I was there spaces were hard to find, but the town was busier than usuak.

The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the location was spot on as my mother is unable to walk too far. The cleanliness of the sandrock is outstanding throughout. We were made to feel most welcome

Ideal position close to the sea front & pier etc. Easy, short walk to all tourist attractions. Beautifully decorated & well maintained. Good sized, quiet bedroom with plentiful & attractive furniture and super comfy beds. Freshly cooked breakfast. Great shower too. Hosts really friendly & helpful.

Suggestion, not criticism… Perhaps a little more choice for breakfast - some fresh fruit, yoghurts, a fish dish might be appreciated.

Parking was a major problem and noise from the Pier and drunk people were an issue. The area is little bit rough but not terrible.

My room had good light, a great vibe, was impeccably clean & suitably stocked.

There really wasn't anything I disliked. Parking could be potentially be an issue in busy times, but staff assisted with this.

Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw (bedankt voor de gastvrije ontvangst op het late tijdstip), ontzettend mooi onderhouden hotel met mooie kamers, een heerlijk vers bereid ontbijt.

Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick Richtung Meer, zentral gelegen zum Ort, Pier, Promenade, es gibt Bademöglichkeiten je nach Tide - teils Sand mit Kies oder Muscheln, das Frühstück wurde frisch nach Wahl zubereitet - z. B. Full English Breakfast - und war sehr lecker, es gibt kostenpflichtige öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe oder zeitlich begrenzt am Straßenrand.

Vlakbij de boulevard, heerlijk ontbijt. Moeder en dochter die het hotel runnen doen er echt alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken! Prima bedden en de douche in badkamer was ook helemaal top.

Excellent hotel, close to all shops and right next to the beach. Clean and tidy room and a great breakfast. Denise and her daughter both so friendly and go out of there way to make you feel at home. Will definitely be staying again.

A great location, situated just off of the main road. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hotel has welcoming and cosy feel. The Staff (family) were all friendly, hard working and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, hot and well cooked!

I didn’t dislike anything about the property. Parking is limited at the hotel but there are plenty of options close by.

Landlady was very welcoming upon arrival gave us some excellent info regarding restaurants and in the morning her and her daughter created a welcome atmosphere and excellent breakfast.

Could have more of selection of foods such as contentital...but the breakfast was great 👍

Buitenkant en de voortuin van het hotel mag best een schoonmaak beurt krijgen. Dit is tenslotte de entree en geeft de eerste indruk!

First class breakfast and overall, Staff friendly and helpfull.

Moc krásný malý hotýlek velmi blízko pláže. Paní majitelka i její dcera velmi hodné a příjemné. Neustále usměvavé. Pokojíček sice malý, ale opravdu čistý a moc hezky vybavený. I když venku bylo opravdu teplo až 28°, na pokoji bylo příjemně v noci. Koupelna i záchod taky moc pěkné a čisté. Každý den k dispozici 2x voda v PET, každý den úklid a ustlané postele. Když jsem požádal o pivní sklenici, paní majitelka ihned jednu půjčila, krásnou sklenici Guiness 🍺. Uvítal bych na pokoji například malou ledničku, která zde nebyla ale je to jen drobnost. Postel je zde manželská, není moc velká a má společnou přikrývku, což nám nevyhovuje. Ale bývá to standard, takže jsme se s tím smířili. Na celém pobytu byly nejlepší snídaně! Paní majitelka vždy ráno připraví Full English breakfast, porce je to opravdu veliká, vše je velmi chutné a kvalitní, k tomu opečené tousty, máslo. džem...a podáváno s úsměvem 😀. Samozřejmě k dispozici výborná káva i džus. Pláž i zábavní molo je pár minut chůze, v okolí je spoustu supermarketů, restaurací, kaváren, a McDonald's. Znalci piva určitě ocení v blízkém okolí spoustu podniků, kde je mnoho píp s různými pivy, craftovými z malých pivovárků. Na vlakové nádraží je to asi jen 10 minut chůze, a autobusy stojí jen pár minut chůze od hotýlku.

Everything, great location, friendly staff. We had to leave early in the morning and the staff got up early to make us breakfast which was lovely. I asked them about one thing in my room and it was sorted before I got back to the room. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

The room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and more than ample. We were extremely well looked after by the owner and her daughter. Nothing was too much trouble.

Super clean and the Ladies couldn't be nicer. Room was really nice good shower comfy bed and a nice view. Amazing value for money and would definitely stay again 100%. Breakfast was also nice.

Only small bit of feedback would be that the Kettle needs descaling.

Been all over the country in the last 5 years and this hotel /BB is the best by far . Clearness is best around breakfast 💯 and I wish I needed to go.to Clacton more often wouldn't stay any were else . AMAZING 🤩

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived how modern and comfortable it was for such a historic building. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated throughout which is testament to the current owners. The location was absolutely perfect being close enough to all of the facilities that Clacton offers, but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise from pubs and clubs. The staff were both extremely accommodating and very pleasant and nothing seemed like to much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay.
