Vorsicht bzgl. Dragon guesthouse gegenüber. Bedienung dort völlig respek- und lustlos. Bitte dort nicht frühstücken! Dafür kann das nice guesthouse natürlich nichts.

Toutes les chambres ne donnent pas vers l’extérieur mais sur le couloir.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Location is a bit out of where you'd want to be but that's not the hotels fault. Staff were very unfriendly, almost rude. The room wasn't very clean, we had ants everywhere, up the walls in the bedroom. In the bathroom. Not great. You also have to pay extra to use the aircon unit in the room. $5 a night is quite a steep price. There is no hairdryer in the hotel at all. There is also no lift. They also require you to leave your room key at reception when you go out for the day which I initially thought was just common in Cambodia but no where else we've stayed has required this. All in all i wouldn't come back, you can get better for the price.

Bred bank peu éloignée pour retirer du liquide (j'y suis allée à pied)... Mais surtout idéalement placé à quelques mètres de Capitol bus d'où l'on peut acheter un billet bus-ferry et partir pour Koh Rong :-)) Vu le prix de l'hébergement, je recommande :-)

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026L'accueil a notre arrivée ainsi qu’au départ le personnel était adorable. L'établissement est ancien et a côté vintage mais tout est super propre et bien entretenue. Vous avez les petits produits de douches. La salle de bain est propre et l’eau est chaude. Café et thé avec bouilloire. Le lit est confortable et la climatisation indispensable est très agréable. La rue est calme la nuit.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Great staff!! Super friendly and kind! Loved my stay here. + Amazing beds + Good shower + Aircon + Quiet, on the top floor. No outside noise + Late check in for flights + Safe locked gate at night + Very clean + Spacious + Perfect facilities, wardrobe, desk, fridge and kettle. Tissues and free water too. They provide towels, soup, toothbrushes, combs!! Could use a fan in the room to help with mosquitoes. + Baggage storage and affordable laundry. + Walking distance to banks and money exhange.
- Could use airfreshers in the bathroom, the smell of the drains became quite intense after day 3 here. - No elevator. Not accessible for wheelchair users or limited mobility. A lot of stairs to reach top floor. - Could use fabric at the bottom of the chairs as they are heavy and can be heard through walls when dragged across the floor. These are all minor improvements. Everything was really great!

There is also a small minivan bus centre 1mn on same street, which has very good restaurant for breakfast and espresso. it was a quiet hotel as I was worried about noise. I have returned for second stay as I returned from a cycle ride to Vietnam. Of course it is good!Just checked my review and read some other reviews. Honestly, people complaining about three flights of stairs or no WiFi for a short period need their brains examined as the entitled new breed who cannot appreciate good value . I had a cold shower and a fan, but no complaints from me.By the way, I’m 74 years old and had a third floor room.
Not really a complaint but google translate to Khmer was useless and the staff speak very little English. This caused a few issues but I can’t speak Khmer so this is not a complaint, just an observation.
