I booked a 100 square meter apartment and received a 50 square meter one, four beds in a bedroom and received only two. The access to the property goes through a rough and shady road. I claimed the so called manager and asked to get what I paid for. The reply was there is no replacement and it's on a take it or leave it base. I refused to check in and asked for my money back. He said I will only get half of it. When I told him I will make a negative review he said he has traveled to my country and that he can "visit" me home. A veiled threat and a total SCAM. I claimed Booking.com right away and all I could get was the 50% back which in fact was even lower. Therefore I went for European Consumer Center and put a claim which is still pending. This place is a total scam powered by Booking.com. Bitter disappointment!

Ни разу за 14 дней не меняли постельное бельё. Дверь в душевой скрипела и её давно никто не обслуживал. На территории прорвало трубу и из неё постоянно вытекает мутная вода. Завтрак в начале нашего проживания был полным. Потом постепенно за время отдыха из него пропадала колбаса, огурец в нарезки и часть варенья. Завтрак в конце отдыха стал совсем скудным.

Strefa z basenem także przyjemna, basen choć wąski, nadrabia długością.
Leżaki przy basenie były już nieco sfatygowane. Przydałoby się też przy nich więcej parasoli.

Main pool area could do with some more umbrellas/shade but it was well kept with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and sea. 15 - 20 min walk to Sogucak village and bus to centrum so guests might need a car unless they enjoy walking or have mobility issues. Taxis are not expensive however so returning from centrum at night was issue for us.

Siłownia, basen kryty, znakomity basen na wolnym powietrzu. Miejsce do przygotowania grila. Własny ogródek z miejscem na wypoczynek. Jeśli chcesz odpocząć z dziećmi lub się wyciszyć to powinieneś tam pojechać. Polecam każdemu. Z dala od zgiełku miasta wsród zieleni. Znakomita cena!!! Będziemy wracać.

Лимонный соус , гранатовый соус.(!) порошок для посудомойки(спасибо от женщин).. вид на море шикарен, у нас были апартаменты с 2 спальнями и 2 балкона и 2 ванных комнаты на 3 этаже, не рекомендую 1 этаж у бассейна, т.к. напротив квартир загорают люди.а у нас было даже ласточкино гнездо и полная изоляция. Внутренний бассейн супер,дети из него не вылезали. Рестораном не пользовались, есть еще мангалы ,дет площадка .Повалялись на гамаках. Вид со своего балкона это 10 из 10.это место не для тусовок, для тихого отдыха в семье в деревне в удобствами.нам было самое то.
Я очень рекомендую , мы сюда вернемся обязательно
В уличном бассейне хлорка лежала на дне в огромном количестве не растворяясь, было страшно идти в воду.Погода была прохладная, нам было не нужно, но обратите внимание

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Heel rustige plaats zwembad rechtover je verblijf alles hoe is beschreven in de informatie van de inhoud,gelijk u keuken alles te vinden in de kasten voordeel was ook u wasmachine te vinden ruime kamers gezellige huis mooie uitzicht,ben zeker een aanrader voor iedere familie met gezien of zelfs voor een koppel enigste is je heb zeker een auto nodig voor naar centrum te kunnen gaan
Alleen maar u afstand van de centrum dat was maar de enigste ding maar ik heb een auto gehuurd dus was ook maar geen probleem

Мы останавливались в декабре, помимо кондиционеров стоял обогреватель, что добавило комфорта.
В комплексе есть открытый и закрытый бассейн, ресторан.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025Very clean with good facilities and as shown in the pictures. The staff are very accommodating. We were supposed to check out early before the breakfast would be open, but the hosts were gracious enough to make arrangements for an early breakfast.
The water supply is very salty (including the kitchen & shower). If you were unlucky enough like us to get to the property very late and with very limited water, you’ve to wait till the restaurant open to have any drinking water.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Nice, comfortable, quiet and clean 2BR, 2BA condo situated in a small village in the hills above Kusadasi. One bedroom had a queen bed and a balcony with a direct view of the hills and of the ocean off to the left. The spacious living room had floor to ceiling glass doors to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the hills and Aegean sea and coast about a mile away. It had all necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen (except that we had to request a microwave, which was old but worked) and two TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom next to the living room. The back bedroom had 2 twin beds and a sliding glass door view of some tall bushes separating us from the onsite restaurant, which we ate at once and found to be very good. The property managers speak English and were very nice. We had housekeeping service once during our 2 week stay which was sufficient.
We found Lavender Residence to be nice, but not the luxurious residence we had been led to expect by the website. The facility is a little worn down. While the outdoor pools look fabulous, the indoor pool smelled bad. The dishwasher was ancient and tilted forward when we opened it. The gym is not usable. It was dusty, and dirty. One of the two frail treadmills ran so unevenly it was dangerous. The couch in the living room was small and not very comfortable. The tap water is slightly salty, which is fine for showers, washing dishes and brushing teeth, but not ideal. One day it rained quite hard and the floor in the back bedroom with the 2 twin beds got wet - not sure how it got in, but we found ourselves walking in puddles. The last 1/2 mile of road to the property is rough - narrow, unevenly paved, which caused us some concern when we first arrived. A car is a must if staying here as it is a remote location, far from shopping and any other activities. There was construction on the property below which caused some noise and fumes on occasion.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten die Wohnung D2 mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und – meiner Meinung nach – der besten Aussicht. Das Wasser im Pool war hervorragend gepflegt, mit ideal eingestelltem Chlor- und pH-Wert, was in der Türkei nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Wohnung.
Das Lavender liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel, daher empfehle ich jedem, ein Auto zu mieten. Parkprobleme gibt es dort nicht und je nach Tageszeit erreicht man den Long Beach in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Besonders begeistert hat uns die Terrasse direkt am Pool – perfekt, um den Kaffee zu genießen und gleichzeitig die Kinder im Blick zu haben. Der Pool selbst ist beeindruckend groß.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und danken allen Mitarbeitern, die unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet haben. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Herrn Ali, der unserem Sohn zum Geburtstag einen köstlichen Schokoladenkuchen überreicht hat.
Die Duschköpfe waren etwas verkalkt und der Druck an den Duschköpfen war etwas gering. Ich kann nur das als Mangel nennen, ansonsten war alles super

Aggiungerei una porta per chiudere il vano doccia di uno dei bagni ( l’altro aveva un box doccia) altrimenti l’acqua esce su tutto il pavimento

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Ailemle birlikte Kuşadası Lavender Residence’ta geçirdiğimiz tatil gerçekten beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Tesisin konumu oldukça avantajlı, hem denize hem de şehir merkezine yakın ama aynı zamanda gürültüden uzak, sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamda. Daireler geniş, modern ve tertemizdi; mutfaktan banyoya kadar her şey düşünülmüş, ev konforunu fazlasıyla hissettirdi. Ortak alanlar düzenli ve bakımlı, havuz temizliği günlük olarak yapılıyordu. Çocuklarımız için güvenli bir ortam olması bizim için en önemli artılardan biriydi.
Personelin güler yüzü ve misafirlere gösterdiği ilgi ise tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Sorularımıza ve isteklerimize anında yanıt verildi, kendimizi gerçekten misafir gibi değil ev sahibi gibi hissettik. Kuşadası’nın güzelliklerini gezmek için ideal bir konumda olması da büyük avantaj.
Kısacası, hem aileler hem de sakin bir tatil arayanlar için gönül rahatlığıyla önerebileceğim bir yer. Biz çok memnun kaldık, ilerleyen yıllarda tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht over Davutlar en Güzelcamli(afhankelijk van appartement). Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ligt wat afgelegen maar is prima te bereiken. Zwembad is best groot en is zelden druk. Restaurant heeft een uitgebreide menu en heeft vriendelijke personeel. Door zijn afgelegen ligging is er echter weinig klandizie en dat is erg jammer, verdiend het wel.

Kısa bir Kuşadası tatili için burada çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık. Konumu itibarıyla çok sakin bir yerde bulunuyor ve dinlenmek için ideal. Odalar oldukça geniş ve güzel; çocuklar büyük havuz'un içinde oldukça eğlendiler. Çamaşır makinesi çalışmıyordu, ancak teknik servis hemen çözüm sağladı. Ayrıca personel, bize yardımcı olabilmek için en iyi hizmetleri sundu. Her gün her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını ve bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Teşekkürler!
Ebeveyn banyosundaki duş biraz eskiydi ve arızalıydı, bu yüzden su her yöne sıçrıyordu. Bunun dışında eksikler yoktu :)

Está muy apartado, es complicado llegar. El agua del grifo es salada.
En nuestro caso se cortó el agua y se estropeó la piscina el mismo día. El personal estuvo atento para repararlo, pero sentimos que no valía la pena el dinero que habíamos pagado.

Die Ausstattung des Appartement war nicht besonders gut,
Het penthouse had veel ruimte, 2 slaap- en 2 badkamers. En n mooi balkon
1 middag en avond (van 18:00-24:00 uur) was er geen water; niets deed het (kraan in keuken, douches, toiletten). Er werd geen alternatief geboden; ook geen drinkwater aangeboden.

В номере не работал кондиционер. На 4 человек было недостаточно подушек и белья - пришлось просить. Завтрак - достаточно скудный (один омлет на четверых, один огурец, один помидор, тарелка хлеба и варенье) Ждали такой завтрак в среднем по 40 минут!!!

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025Not a bad hotel with appartements, with a very nice view of Kusadasi, the mountains and the sea. Good value for money. Beautiful sunsets. Friendly staff. Nice large grounds, gorgeous pool (open from 9-00 to 21-00). There is a children's area, barbecue area, not a bad restaurant. Large room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, has everything you need, comfortable beds and good pillows, there is air conditioning, pretty clean. Nice terrace with table and lounge chairs, there is a tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher, kitchen appliances, all necessary utensils. There is shower gel, nice clean towels. We had breakfast included, but about it in the negative part of the review.........
The internet was not working well. The faucet in one of the bathrooms needs urgent repair((
All in all for 210 euros for 2 days for 3 people - we were satisfied. The pool and the size of the apartments saved the situation!
As everywhere in Turkey - the staff does not know basic words in English. The hotel is designed primarily for foreigners, and you can learn banal phrases for 1-2 months. It is not an option to live here without a car, there is no access by public transportation, the hotel is located on a hill. Air conditioners require cleaning and stink horribly, we could not use them. No disposable slippers, and they would not hurt. The tiles and floor by the pool are very dusty and dirty, as there is construction work going on nearby, your feet get dirty in a minute.
We absolutely did not like the breakfast and service.
Breakfast was supposed to be served at 9-00, in the end both days we waited for about 45-50 minutes for it to be cooked for us (we started breakfast only at 9-50-10-00 and only by 10-30 we could go on business...). Breakfast is not a buffet, but standard, which is not normal for us. For 3 grown men - a small choice and amount of food. A basket of fresh and tasty bread, jams, Nutella, honey, olives, one omelet of 1-2 eggs (for all!...), some cucumbers and tomatoes, a few slices of cheese, tea, or other drinks.
The hotel does not take allergies and taste preferences of guests into account. Everyone is served the same thing. I would advise to have breakfast for money elsewhere, and not to waste time and patience here in the morning. We were left hungry both mornings.
The service in the restaurant is the same. We waited for 2 vegetable salads and a chicken kebab for over an hour....
It feels like all the staff are sleepy flies and they haven't started their tourist season yet. Although there were quite a lot of visitors in the hotel. Everything is very long and slow.
The furniture in the bathroom and in general in the room in poor condition, rust, mold. The apartment is in need of cosmetic repairs and a good general cleaning (especially the kitchen appliances!). Overall worth the money, but we would not come back again. I think there are better options.

located away from the main city atop a hill with a beautiful view.ephesus and pamukkale are easily accessible via rental car.better option than living in izmir i think.amazing hosts,very accommodating. simple room with all amenities expected from a serviced apartment.clean and neat environ.
breakfast timings could be kept a bit earlier for people to eat and scoot for sightseeing.not a dealbreaker at all

De accommodatie is lekker ver van alle drukte. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer. De woning beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. De personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De eerste dag hadden wij roodkleurig en vies ruikend water. Waarschijnlijk was de water lang niet gebruikt. Dit was de volgende dag opgelost. Het was te merken dat het restaurant net geopend is en weinig bezoekers waren.

The shower was hot and wifi worked
It was clearly made obvious by the poor service, lack of interest and inability to provide a response to our requests and also the restaurant being closed until May ,that generally Lavender Residence was not opened for business, even though their nightly cost was very high.
The worst thing for us was that the room and especially the bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke and items such as toiletries , dryer etc on our room inclusions were not provided as promised. Most accomodations would also provide coffee, tea and water but not Lavender Residence.
