Das kleine Häuschen ist mit viel Liebe renoviert worden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schätzten die schönen Details. Gute Küchenausstattung, spannende Bücher, modernes Bad, hübsches Sitzplatz neben dem Haus. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte etwas im Haus vergessen, das wurde mir nachgeschickt - danke!

Comfortable warm and cozy cabin located 5 minuts from Arthurs Pass Village.

We loved this little cabin in Arthurs Pass! The location was beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is small, but functional and modern. Great kitchen, very comfortable sofa and bed, a BBQ which we always enjoy having. We really appreciated having screens on the windows so we could open them during the sunny afternoons. The heated floors were a bonus, especially on the chilly mornings.

Very comfortable set up. Views of nature from every window. Lots of cheeky bird life to greet you each day.

Pete’s place was very comfortable, very clean and modern throughout. We had a very relaxing stay, and will be back! It was in a great location for the many trails in the area.

Cozy, updated former mountaineering hut in Arthur's Pass. Perfect spot for us with great hiking nearby. Great location, super clean, comfy, modern bathroom, and heated floors! Loved the low waste ethos to benefit the worm farm! Very cool! Kristine was a great host and made everything easy. Also appreciated the extra time to check out. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous location, really tranquil (apart from the occasional train). Beautifully renovated cabin, very comfortable. Loved the pictures too. Fabulous shower.

The outside chairs are uncomfortable. More tea cloths would be good and more than one hand towel, but these are minor points.

Pete's cottage was wonderful, very comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location was very peaceful. Really enjoyed our overnight stay. Highly recommended.

Tolle kleine Hütte, mit allem was man braucht. Eigener Parkplatz , schickes Bad und gutes Bett. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. 30 Minuten zum Wasserfall als schöner Abendspaziergang! Guter Startpunkt für verschiedene Tracks. Top!!! 👍

Pete‘s Place ist toll gelegen mit super Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten.

Adorable nuit à Petes Place. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par notre hôte à notre arrivée qui nous a indiqué un restaurant où dîner. L’appartement est cosy, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Une petite cheminée électrique décore le salon. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous avons pu y prendre notre petit déjeuner. Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain très propre. Merci !

Everything! Location was perfect, easy stroll down to the main parts of the village, very warm, comfortable & clean. Modern facilities without losing the charm.

Pete’s place was such a beautiful place to stay in. It is easy to keep warm, especially when it’s freezing outside. The underfloor heating was the perfect touch. Every little detail really made the experience worth it. Was very clean.

The only one thing I would say is there were no scissors in the cutlery draw. That was it.

The home was beautifully updated inside with floor heating making our winter stop over very comfortable. We experienced great communication from the host. The kitchen was fully stocked making our food prep easy. There were no local grocery shops and eating out places limited thanks to our host updating us.

This modern, warm, and comfortable accommodation in Arthur’s Pass was an excellent base for our stay. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into every detail of the property. The environment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is fantastic, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The owner, Pete, was very welcoming and even kindly came by to offer us some Milo which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

It has been very tastefully renovated and had everything we needed. Beautifully done and very comfortable. A lovely location with the backdrop of trees. We will be keen to stay again for longer to explore the amazing area further.

Pete's Place really is the prettiest little house we have ever seen. The garden is beautiful and lovingly laid out; the interior is surprisingly modern and very tastefully furnished. We were all particularly impressed by the bathroom. The equipment was very good, we had all we needed. Everything is clean and in top condition. In our opinion, Pete's Place is the ideal accommodation for 2-3 people on site.

Stunning setting in the small village of Arthur's Pass with easy access to a multitude of trails right from the front door. The house was absolutely perfect: very comfortable furnishings, cozy feel, great amenities, and lovely views. The pictures really do not do it justice.

The house is PERFECT, no complaints there! However, the village itself is sadly quite limited as far as groceries or restaurants (this is made clear in the description so we were well prepared). The one shop/cafe has limited hours and is woefully understaffed. Hopefully the village will recover in the future and be able to sustain a couple of well-staffed cafes/restaurants.

The host is absolutely amazing! We had been running all around town at night looking for accommodation with eveyone being booked out we thought we would try pates place, we pulled up at the house then we booked and within minutes we got the information straight away on how to get in! And the owner at 6pm in the night came over to greet us and help us if there was anything we needed!. The house is absolutely lovely and so comfortable evern the pull out bed was comy! So happy her place was available, It was absolutely perfect.

The overall vibe of the place was great. Lots of attention to detail in the design and finish. Great shower, very comfortable main bed with amazing views. Fantastic location and views. Amazing underfloor heating!

Unfortunately, although the sofa bed looked great and was a comfortable sofa, it was really uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. Our kids has a very broken night's sleep.

The apartment is nice and in a good location

There were stains on the sheet, we wrote the owner and had to call her. she told us where to find another sheet and we had to replace the dirty one. She didn't even write us she was sorry... We definitely won't return.
