Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We love the cosy and spacious of the homestay. It has almost everything we needed to use during our stay. Filter water machine is a big plus. Swimming pool is huge. Air conditioning is working fine. Walking distance to halal restaurants and kombinis. Many shops to explore. Host is very helpful and quick to respond my enquiries. Adequate parking lots and a EV charging stations. Quiet but well lit neighbourhood. Hoping to book again on next long weekend.
Would love to have more comfy pillows. Maybe add on dryer since not enough space to dry our daily used clothes.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2024I recently stayed at Dhancell and was impressed with the cleanliness.. The owner had thoughtfully left the keys in the letterbox, making check-in a breeze.
I highly recommend Dhancell Executive Homastay for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was quiet and peaceful.
While I had a comfortable stay, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The bed only had a thin bed cover, and I missed having a blanket. Additionally, the shower towels had some stains. With a bit more attention to these details.

We love that the house was equipped with cutleries for children even and large rubbish bags and nearby pull out chute just outside the unit and washing machine worked fine too. Everything for home. Just minor tissue paper we got to prepare. Bed was so comfy and no itchiness. Overall cleanliness too. Nearby shopping mall, eateries and attractions that we wanted to go, with our rental car. Awesome!
There was a large lizard but that was all.
Host was very accommodating to our early check in request and very prompt in replying our questions. Check in and out was very smooth. Location was excellent, close to eateries and mall.
Pillows were hard. Can hear the opening of doors and furniture from the neighbours.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2023Loved the big screen TVs and free netflix logins, hot/cold water dispenser, full range cockeries and utensils, premium shower head and strong air conditioners. To top if off, they're generously stocked with essentials like toilet paper, air fresheners, batteries, coffee, trash bags, etc.
1. Hazards like jutting low height fixed shelves.
2. Inaccessibility to nearby shophouses when entry and exit is at a single point
3. Pillows were a little deformed
4. Air fresheners were loud and funny sounding (like crow cawing & owl hooting)

Reviewed Sep 18, 2023New and beautifully decorated apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed, even some sweets and coffee! Love the traditional congkak game which my mum and I played, reminiscing about my childhood.
Beds were very comfortable, and there were even shower curtains (which is so rare in JB bnbs haha!).
Swimming pool and gym can be used as well, which we did. 2 parking lots.
Not too far from Desaru attractions if you drive a car. Z&Z ayam penyet was just round the corner as well, very yummy!
Host was easily reachable by WhatsApp anytime, who ensured a very easy and smooth check in process. Highly recommended!
