Casablanca Desaru

The view and comfy place to stay!

The shower pressure too soft and bidet too.

Quiet, privacy, calm. Location is good for a trip to the beaches, shops and mall are nearby.

Very clean, comfortable

This homestay is another level up, although we were not greeted by customer service at the counter but the smell of the living room is replacing a 5 Star welcome service! It is so inviting and calming. We feel like we are at a luxurious hotel, the thick mattress, thick comforter, 4 thick pillows, and clean thick towels are so comfortable. All the aircon are so cold, clean ceiling fan, big, cold and clean fridge. They also provide a few board games! It's flawless! The apartment is just next to Four Point. SKS Mall is just behind the apartment, 24hrs like 711, massage and coffee shop is just a walking distance. 5-10 mins drive to Fruit Farm and Bujang Firefly. 15-20 mins drive to Desaru Adventure Waterpark. It's a thumbs up! If you are asking me if I am coming back? Absolutely YES!

Great location in the center of many food options. Not too far about 12mins from the Desaru coast beach by car. Big pool and comfortable rooms and apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Very helpful and clear check in instructions from hosts.

Would be helpful to have an added option of a sofa bed to convert in living area for larger families.

Near with all Facillities - shooping and food

The best place to stay in Desaru

Nothing

The apartment is as per the pictures. Lovely place and value for money. Instructions were clear too.

Strategic location. Shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Host was responsive and accommodating. The instruction for check-in and check-out including parking area was easy to understand. There was nice aroma upon entering the unit during checked in that lasted until checked out. The unit and the building itself was clean. Towels, bath gels, conditioning shampoo and hair dryer were provided. Sofa and beds were also comfortable. Overall the unit was clean and cozy.

Just a minor suggestion - An extension electrical cord to charge hp or using the hairdryer would be great. And may be new towels since the ones provided were kind of worn out and stains are visible.

Clean and neat apartment. Simple and yet very cozy place to relax. Admin was very prompt and polite when responding to our queries. Facilities was fully equipped and family friendly.

All are in excellent condition

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location in Desaru was perfect and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The room was spacious, the facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Location

Screwed up during checking in. Original Apt allocated to me, was occupied by another rentee who had checked in 1 hour before me. Another apt was given after some 30 mins of telecommunication between the owner, security staff and myself. Apt was not clean and no toilet rolls were found anyway. It seems like the apt was not occupied for some time as there was a strong odor present. The guest toilet shower could not be used as the drain sump was choked. 2 pieces of carpet in the living and dining area should be discarded for hygiene purposes. The only saving grace is its location.

Property is Clean, location is good and lots of shops nearby

The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and complete with all the necessary amenities. What stood out most was the owner’s considerate and accommodating attitude. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

None, all was great!

Comfortable. Room spacious. Nice staying here

里面很美 也很干净

Exceptional stay! The house itself is beautiful, and the facilities are very good. The location is excellent, being surrounded by many convenient shops.

Minor thing. I noticed there is a little dust on the picture frames right above the bed.

Near amenities. Rooms are clean.

Very very very clean property. Well equipped with air fryer, coffee n utensils. Very good location, easy access, easy communication, easy check in n out.

Water filter machine is kind of hard to operate. Will be good if there is given instructions.

All in apartment so great..

I like the apartment. It's homey and cozy.

The house deco owner put in is as if we are the owners of the home for the night stay and it was very cosy, safe and amazing balcony view. Highly recommend this place and definitely will come back. Thank you so much for the quick and prompt response to the check in and check out. We cooked and cleaned the place before leaving which made the cleaner an easier task to tidy up. Do check this place out guys 😄

Wanted to iron my shirt but iron leaked and seems not working so have highlighted to owner about safety but not a big deal if unable to use it.

We enjoyed our stays here. The place is very convenient and strategic. Place is clean, bright and pretty complete. The host is very nice and very accommodative. Hassle free.

Great new and modern apartment. We loved it. Very attentive host.

It could be a little cleaner.

Loving all esp. the deco!

The room design very well thought out, and modern and brand new, kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer, one parking space very close to the house, one just a little farer away in the shade. Very helpful host.

The whole apartment smells very nice and clean. The bedrooms are both of hotel standard. Complete facilities. Have board games. Near amenities, restaurants, pharmacy, desserts shop, SKS Desaru Mall, etc. The owner is very friendly & customer oriented. The check-in & check-out processes are seamless.

Comfortable Environment

NA

I like that the apartment has alot of amenities suitable for a family gathering. Instructions were very helpful and getting around is convenient.

I didn't like that the rubbish disposal is in a room along the corridor.

clean & smells good, comfortable, nice interrior, got balcony, near to desaru waterpark,

We had a lovely stay here! The host, Habib, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities (got board games & books too) we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with Habib was seamless, and quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Desaru!

Interior design sweet

Can hear quite loud noice the above neighbours activities; like their steps. Probably the top slab hollow or not solid so not sound proof. Dryer vent type so not tht fast to dry our clothes..

It is relatively new, comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities that our family need. Close to many restaurants.

Should consider providing another set of key and access card as sometimes we do not all go out together.

Everything was clean, modern and smelled good. There are mini marts and food stalls nearby for convenience.

The pillows were a bit too hard, but it's not a deal breaker.

maintain your quality service... very good
