Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location was great, but the home itself was so welcoming, and one of the best ones we have stayed in. It was so big, for 4 adults and 4 kids under 12, the size was perfect. Steve had a closet of toys and books that the kids entertained themselves with, the older two boys really loved staying in the room behind the driveway, they felt very special in there with their 'own TV'. There were linen supplies and the place felt like a home away from home.
Genuinely cannot think of anything that we did not like!

I am very happy that their was entertainment for baby, toys, books, and a comfortable cot to sleep. Very lovely host.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026We stayed at Palm Paradise while attending a family wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The house is incredibly warm, cosy, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained — even better than the photos. It has everything a family flying in for an event could need. The open-plan living and BBQ area made it easy for everyone to spend time together, and many of our relatives preferred coming to Steve’s place for breakfast rather than staying at their own accommodation. It created such a welcoming space for reconnecting, especially as our family hadn’t been together in over 10 years. The separate three-bedroom area by the garage was ideal for the older teenagers to relax, while the spacious lounge was perfect for our elderly family members to sit comfortably. Every room was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets, and the kitchen was very well equipped — from the coffee machine to all the cooking essentials. Steve is a wonderful host — welcoming, approachable, and very responsive. We’re so grateful to have stayed here during such a special family occasion.

Hot water stopped in the evening so had to take shower in cold water, got sick next day, spa was not working temperature was keep falling , spa light was broken which injured my kid foot, host made false promise to give us full refund as our evening was spoilt but when we checked out they refund us only 50 % and stopped responding to our calls. Very unprofessional.

Our favourite was the spa easy to operate and was always nice and hot always ready for use! Bonfire was super exciting kids loved doing smores! And spacious living area and lots of entertainment for family movie time and board games that the kids enjoyed! Loved everything! Most importantly the host was super welcoming and accomadates your needs and helpful! Thank you for having us we will be back again for sure!

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025The name speaks for itself – absolute Paradise! We loved everything about this stay, from the beautiful palm trees to the warm and comfy house with its modern, spacious layout. It had everything a family could need to relax and enjoy. We especially appreciated the hot tub and fire pit — perfect for making those special evening memories with toasty marshmallows. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway! The gracious host even came out to say hi, which made us feel especially welcome.

Best place we've ever stayed!
