Beautiful home Well set up

It was clean.

Fireplace which was the main reason to stay in winter didn’t work and they told us after we had paid in full. It was cold with just a few split systems pumping out hot air in places. Not enough plates, some appliances had parts missing, ping pong table in garage was freezing therefore useless, drying room had now extractor fan and wasn’t hot enough and stunk. It’s quite a cheap basic looking place despite the photos - pool fencing inside, cheap bathrooms, oven etc… so overall was disappointing for the amount we paid considering the photo and non-operating fireplace.

Very high end apartment. A wonderful place to return to from a long day of adventure.

Great size and great location. Super clean and had everything we needed. Loved it. And the under floor heating was divine! And the views were amazing! I loved waking up every day to that view! And we were lucky enough to have snow. So we were snuggled up by the fire watching the snow fall against the mountains! Seriously I can’t say just how amazing it was.

We needed to wash our clothes and we couldn’t work out drying function as the machine was a mixed wash / dry. Just a seperate dryer would have been great! So we had clothes hung all over the house at one stage. Slightly larger beds in the mains would have been great also as I’m used to a king! But we survived!

Good location…very good facilities…perfect for a group!

The smoke detector not been properly maintained by the property management and it kept us all awake at night for 48 hours had to ring numerous time to address the issue

Amazing views. Large, comfortable & enough space for a large group. Little extras like pantry staples (eg cooking oils, spices etc) to be able to dine in were fabulous. Bedding comfortable, beautiful body products in showers to use. Close to bus stop to be able to use public transport to Queenstown (nb from bus stop to house is a steep hill but we were able to manage ok). Relaxaway staff always replied to enquires & great to deal with.

The proximity to town and the airport was fabulous! The set up was very family/group friendly. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but one was available!

Dishwasher was broken (it happens!). There could have been more mixing bowls and lids with containers which would cater to the big group gatherings.

It was a beautiful house, clean, spacious and amazing views.

perfectly appointed family accommodation, great location to access ski fields, lake and town.plenty of space to dry and store ski gear. do need own transport though as is not really walking distance from shops. hot tub perfect. if we were ever in Queenstown again this would be our accommodation of choice.

It's almost in the center of Queenstown and the location/view is amazing.

Stove was not working properly while you got plenty of electric kitchen appliances to make it up.

Stove and the dryer part of the washing and drying machine sucks. Bedding was not working for us.
