Reviewed May 17, 2026Travelling with my two friends and we needed one night in Ypres. This was perfect B&B. Great location. Breakfast was fantastic.
I know there was a sign in the window explaining to phone if no one was there when we arrived but a pre message with this instruction would have been good. But. I don’t smoke. And the rooms are non smoking. But the bed in my room stank of cigarette Smoke. Whether someone had been smoking or it had just come off them and the bedding not changed I don’t know but it clung to me the whole of the next day. Not pleasant.

Nothing to do with the accommodation but I recommend (if you come by car) to park behind the train station as its paid parking in front of the hotel (apart from Sunday and after 6PM) and there is only one parking spot (which is most of the time taken if you come back from your daily trip)
