The location was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and spacious. The house and gardens are beautifully kept. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Parking was easy and a real bonus!

De locatie was perfect. Wij konden zowel lopend als met de fiets heel makkelijk in het centrum van Windsor komen. De B&B was rustig gelegen. Eileen was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Parkeren op straat was ook prima.

Beautifully decorated and cozy rooms, very clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, super pretty teacups. Polite and friendly staff. It was nice to have breakfast with the radio playing musical theatre songs.

A bit further away from the town centre than other hotels, but quite manageable.

Fresh fruit and natural yoghurt, a selection of cereals, toast, English breakfast, kippers and scrambled eggs or something lighter. The room was light and airy, the bed and pillows were SUPER COMFY and the sheets smelt clean. Our room was spotless, it offered plenty of storage and they provided a fan. We were also able to use Netflix as a 'guest' so didn't have to log into our own account. Parking was also offered at £10 per night which was perfect. Location is excellent with a short walk into Windsor town with lots of restaurants on your doorstep. The hosts are very nice and we would not hesitate to stay again.

It was a modern shower, but the water pressure was very low.

I loved the fact that as we were leaving early in the morning and not able to try a delicious breakfast, the host made a special effort to put some cereal and milk in our room to enjoy. They were so accommodating and friendly. Room was very comfy and the location was excellent with a short walk into town and to the castle. 10/10

The whole experience ws top notch ,. Staff were very welcoming and helpful . Parked in secure yard at rear of house with steel security gate .House was beautiful, with loverly front and rear garden full of flowers . Inside was spotless throughout .Bed was very confortable with nice en-suite bathroom and big shower .As it was during heat wave we had large fan to assist cooling . The breakfast was above all expectations . Served in small dining room ,coffee and tea in silver pots 100 years old and geogous . A FULL breakfast which would shame some 4 star hotels we have stayed in . We will without any hesitation highly recommend this establishment ,and its only 5 mins by taxi to Windsor Castle which we toured . They recommended a taxi firm they use and it was also excellent with high class Mercedes unit which was beautiful . We intend to return in October when the crowds of tourist are gone . Many thanks . Fabulous stay. The hosts were so kind, helpful and friendly. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, they even left Kit-Kats in the fridge for us to have with our cuppa! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Loved our stay, would definitely return.

Exceptionally clean and well-furnished room. Owners very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, served in pleasant breakfast room. Location wonderful with easy walk to main streets, castle, river but also lots of local shops, cafes and bars. A short but very enjoyable stay.

This place was very well located for walking into the city center. The proprietors were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the purple polyester sheets were quite uncomfortable, especially in the heat

Excellent location and the hosts were very helpful with regard to restaurants and attractions close to the unit.

Getting to our room on the second floor was a climb but our host brought our bags up and also took them down at the end of our stay.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout. Comfy beds and fluffy towels were excellent. The room was decorated well and the colours were calming. The provision of tea, coffee, milk and the chocolate treat in the fridge were most welcoming on arrival. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rutlands is just a short stroll from the centre of Windsor and is an ideal place to stay. This was our second visit and certainly won't be our last.

The room and bathroom were very clean and warm. The staff was great and very freindly. They were kind enough to keep our luagage early in the morning before we checked in so that we could take advantage of the day to walk around the castle and grounds. The next day, they let us leave our bags with them while we continued to tour the city until the evening when we stopped by and picked our bags up to catch our train. Breakfast was great as well. They even recommeded places to eat for lunch and dinner. Thank you!!!

Excellent hosts from the moment we arrived, very warm welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and onsite parking a real bonus. Eileen and her brother in law are real characters with lots of charm.

I had a short but lovely stay at the Rutlands B&B. My room was the only one on the top floor, which meant lots of privacy and quiet. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and I slept amazingly well. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they let me leave a bag to pick up later in the day.

A truly excellent breakfast, served promptly and very well presented. The location, just a short walk up to the town centre, suited us perfectly and the facility of parking our car at a modest extra cost was a bonus. Everyone was welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

The room we chose to stay in, after looking at it, was on the top floor, up some rather steep stairs. We could have chosen an alternative room on a lower floor and, with hindsight, being elderly, that would have been a better option for us. Also, at the time we stayed, the mains water pressure in our shower was lower than normal although it did work eventually!

The location is really convenient to walk into the castle. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. In a quiet part of Windsor..Breakfast was amazing and presented really well on pretty plates and tea was in a teapot!!

After travelling a long way, there was no space we could change clothes before the event we were staying for.

We were made to feel very welcome. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very generous and tasty.

The noise of the planes from Heathrow as we were underneath the flight path. However, it seems that you would be subjected to the noise of the planes in the whole area.

The room under the roof was quite spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast tasted very nice. The hosts were very friendly. They have a very beautiful garden.

We arrived early before check in hoping to drop our cases off so that we could explore Windsor. The owners went a step further and said that our room was ready and we could check in. We were staying in the attic room which was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and it was very clean. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there were cereals to choose from as well. The location was great for visiting the castle etc. Would we stay again, absolutely.
