Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Vaticano y perfecta para ir caminando. Al lado del alojamiento hay una estación de metro y varias tiendas para comprar comida. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y la nevera en la habitación fue de gran ayuda. Además, las vistas de Roma desde el balcón son espectaculares.
El ascensor solo llega hasta el séptimo piso, por lo que hay que subir el último tramo por escaleras cargando el equipaje. El aislamiento acústico es muy deficiente, se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas y es imposible dormir si los vecinos conversan. Además, durante las cuatro noches que me hospedé, no realizaron la limpieza ni un solo día.

Tutto perfetto ma i servizi si possono migliorare ,sono arrivata tardi di notte , e il mini bar era vuoto , sono rimasta senza acqua , non sono di Roma e sicuramente non bevo l’acqua di un palazzo che non conosco , ad ogni modo non ci sarebbero stati neanche i bicchieri

Que estaba en lo alto de un edificio y se notaba el calor. Había que subir un piso más andando porque no llegaba el ascensor. Los sistemas de acceso no son cómodos. Demasiados códigos y confuso alguno. Pagar la tasa turística en metálico.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026We stayed at 5-Rooms Apartment (Via Cipro numero 37, 8th floor, internal 32) during our trip to Rome, and it was honestly one of the best choices we could have made. The location is absolutely ideal – it's right next to the metro and a bus stop, and you can easily walk to the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby, so you're never short of options for meals. The highlight for us was definitely the view from the balcony – it was simply breathtaking. Watching the sun set over the city after a long day of sightseeing was unforgettable. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful – she allowed us to check out much later than the official time since it was possible, and she also let us leave our luggage at the reception after we checked out, which made our last day in Rome so much easier and more enjoyable. One more thing we absolutely loved – right next to the building there's a public drinking fountain with free, cool water, including sparkling water. This is honestly one of the best Italian inventions! Especially in the summer heat, it was an absolute lifesaver. Another big plus – there's a 24-hour shop right downstairs. Prices are a bit higher than average, but it's always open and has a great selection, which is super convenient for late-night snacks or essentials.
If I had to mention a couple of minor drawbacks: the lift is quite small, so if you're travelling with large suitcases, you might need to take two trips. Also, we had a small issue with the air conditioning – it stopped working briefly, but it was fixed very quickly, so it wasn't a big deal at all. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a fantastic location, amazing views, and a truly welcoming host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Contatto il numero indicato e una volta comunicata la situazione il responsabile si scusa, ci chiede l'iban per effettuarci un rimborso e manda l'addetta alle pulizie. In totale siamo rimasti circa un'ora fuori dalla stanza, in cucina (in comune con le altre stanze) ad attendere. La stanza è stata pulita molto superficialmente, il balcone era sporco di residui di cenere dovuti ad un incendio e non è stato pulito. Il rimborso non è mai arrivato.

Nulla in particolare, forse forse il cuscino un pò troppo sottile, ma alla fine questo è soggettivo ad ogni ospite

Paredes super finas con lo que se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas. El agua caliente de la ducha a veces no funciona, por lo que si quieres ducharte te tocará con el agua fría. La limpieza no es su punto fuerte precisamente, deberían limpiar un poco mejor entre clientes.

Much of the time the toilet, shower, faucet, bidet would not work because there was no water supply. I could hear the neighboring room guests experiencing the same issues. Also very few toiletries were provided, only the bare minimum to claim they were provided.

部屋まで３回ロック解除が必要だが、それだけセキュリティがしっかりしているという事です。

Struttura totalmente inadeguata e servizi assenti. Cuscino di aloe totalmente sbriciolato al suo interno, la struttura mi ha comunicato i codici d'ingresso oltre l'orario di check in previsto. Nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto, assenza di sapone intimo. Nessuna cura dei particolari.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed en fijne badkamer. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte zag er goed uit en alles was aanwezig. Terras was echt een bonus! Leuke, gezellige wijk en de metro stopt voor de deur, maar lopend is het centrum met 45min prima te bereiken met veel moois te zien onderweg.

non saprei da dove iniziare… Non ci siamo proprio, il copriletto era macchiato, il phon rotto, la camera doveva essere insonorizzata invece sentivamo TUTTO. La doccia per metà aperta e quindi quando ci lavavamo allagavamo su tutto. Il balcone carino ma pieno di ruggine, e pensare che quello doveva essere quello per cui abbiamo pagato di più. Peccato davvero un gran Peccato perché Giorgia è super disponibile e solare.

Didn’t hear from the staff about instructions to check in until quite close to check in time. Also chair outside on balcony was broken and hair dryer was broken. New chair was replaced within 24hrs which was great.

Purtroppo la stanza non era stata pulita correttamente, era stato cambiato il letto e gli asciugamani ma non erano stati svuotati i cestini e il frigobar

У меня было позднее заселения , я вошла в дом без проблем . В доме имеется лифт . Внутри 5 комнат . Я останавливалась в одноместном номере с балконом и мне было комфортно . Все новое и чистое . Пастельное белье и полотенца свежие и белые . Немного слышно соседей из других комнат , но это не критично . В номере есть сейф и холодильник . В целом это достойное жилье за адекватную цену , с радостью остановилась бы здесь снова

La pulizia, innanzi tutto: ho trovato gomitoli di capelli sul pavimento. Mancava completamente la linea cortesia. Le pareti sono sottili e per nulla isolate: si sentivano tutti i rumori e le voci delle stanze vicine Il letto singolo era davvero molto stretto

Nessuna accoglienza, check-in alle 15:10, troppo tardi e stanza non perfettamente pulita e non perfettamente curata. Mancano i doppi cuscini. Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori.

L'équipement sur la terrasse pourrait etre changé (vieilles table et chaises, l'état actuel ne correspond plus aux photos...)

Un bollitore sarebbe un plus. Pareti non insonorizzate. Cuscini poco comodi.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Das Apartment ist nicht besonders groß; aber es ist alles da was man braucht und das sauber und in sehr guter Ausstattung und gutem Zustand. Die Räume zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung (Küche etc.) habe ich nicht genutzt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut: ganz in der Nähe Zugang zur U-Bahn; ausreichend viele kleine Cafés/Restaurants in der Nähe, wo man gut und zu vernünftigen Preisen frühstücken oder abends noch was essen kann. Gute Sicherheit; es sind mehrere Türcode einzugeben, um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Habe Angebot für Zwischenreinigung und Handtuchwechsel erhalten. Kontakt sehr freundlich.

Персонал, его нет Конечно удобно что все происходит бее участия людей,ключей (все двери на паролях) Но когда заселялась в инструкции как пройти в апартаменты хорошо было бы и прикрепить фото (или ориентир между чем находится подъезд)путь от метро до дома/подъезда т.к приехала поздно и сначала почему то ходила вокруг другого дома, позже ввела уже просто название отеля а не адрес и показало что он в соседнем дома. При выселении т.к я не имею зарубежной карты были сложности с оплатой да и вообще с диалогом администрации. Помогли друзья, которые живут там и оплатили за меня налог

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi dalla fermata Cipro della metro A. La zona è ricca di locali molto belli dove si mangia bene. Vi sono anche degli alimentari in zona. Si trova alle spalle del Vaticano. Il condominio è silenzioso e pulito. All'arrivo ho riscontrato un problema di pulizia, ma lo staff si è correttamente adoperato per risolverlo. Le dotazioni della camera sono sufficienti, anche se mancano le indicazioni per l'uso della cassetta di sicurezza. Il bagno ha un buon design. Ottima la soluzione dei dispenser di saponi, per evitare l'uso di plastica.
Il confort della camera è pessimo, le pareti non sono isolate e qualsiasi rumore proveniente dalle altre camere è chiaramente udibile. Durante le due notti nelle quali ho soggiorno, sono sempre stato disturbato dai rumori della camera alla mia sinistra. Svegliarsi di soprassalto verso le 2 di notte non è certamente quello che ci si attende da una struttura ricettiva. Anche i rumori provenienti dalla zona comune sono chiaramente udibili dalla camera. Nelle dotazioni da bagno non viene fornita l'asciugamano da bidet.

Una delle due tende della cameretta (stretta) non si chiude del tutto. Non ho apprezzato il pavimento (non in ceramica) poco rialzato della doccia. Vicini (oltre la parete, accanto al letto singolo, c'è il letto matrimoniale della stanza accanto) rumorosi.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026- Kambarys tvarkingas,su balkonu iš kurio atsiveria puiki panorama; -labai arti metro stotelės,patogus susisiekimas; -galimas savarankiškas įsiregistravimas; -kambaryje buvo šilta,galima reguliuoti temperatūrą. -bendra virtuvė labai tvarkinga su visais reikalingais įrankiais,indais,kavos aparatu. -labai malonūs darbuotojai,galėjome palikti lagaminus kelioms valandoms išsiregistravus. -kiti nuomotojai rašė dėl garso blogos garso izoliacijos,mums jokių problemų nekėlė. Girdėdavosi,kad kaimynai grįžta ar išeina, bet nieko daugiau. -kambaryje buvo mini šaldytuvas.
Kambariai aštuntame aukšte,liftas kyla iki 7 aukšto,todėl reikia vieną aukštą palipti laiptais, mums jokių problemų nesukėlė,tačiau gal kam nors galėtų.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I really loved the general appearance of the apartment complex. Location was great! Metro is super close. Responsive customer service. Also liked the shared kitchen.
Minibar was empty even tho there was prices? Room could have been a bit more cleaner, the shower was little dirty.
