The view, the location, comfortable bed

The apartment was perfectly positioned in the historic centre of Lecce. Our room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Having the pretty terrace to sit out on was a bonus. Gianni was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even more special.

Gianni was the perfect host, very friendly and helpful, checking daily whether I needed anything. Excellent location.

Fridge isn’t very cold

My two teenage daughters and I were able to find a room that fit all 3 of us and it worked out great. The best thing about this BnB is its location. You are literarily in the HEART of the action of the old town. We only stayed one night but the location helped us quickly see lots of Lecce! Gianni is also so so nice and really cared about our stay. He gave us so much information about the area and was in constant contact through WhatsApp and was kind enough to let us keep our suitcases there after check out so we could spend a couple more hours exploring Lecce.

It is a great property that we didn’t have any complaints about. We arrived on a very hot day, so the walk from the parking garage to the property felt long and tiring, but that is no fault of the property’s.

The location of this property was amazing. Walking distance to everything with several cafes, restaurants and more right out the door. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

The room comfortably slept 3 people which was perfect for our family. The air conditioning wasnt very strong but that is common throughout Europe and so that was not a huge issue. Oversll the stay was great and cant wait to visit Lecce again someday!

Location in Old Town, easy walk to cafes, bars points of interest and shopping. Just a few steps to navigate with suitcase then a lift. Host was exceptionally helpful and responded to requests promptly and politely. He referred me to an App they have showing places of interest, recommended restaurants and everything you.’d need to know. I enjoyed the communal balcony area outside overlooking the Basilica Santa Croce where I would have my evening tipple, the view and the sound of the church bells- bliss. As a solo traveller I felt safe.

Attico Barocco is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Lecce.

The location could not have been any better. The balcony with the view to the cathedral is amazing. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed

Posto accogliente, vista meravigliosa, posizione nella città strategica, perfettamente in centro ma prossimo agli accessi auto, host molto gentile, attento e simpaticissimo. Alloggio silenzioso, appartato e curato.

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location. We absolutely loved our stay here in the heart of Lecce. The bed was huge and comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Super balcony overlooking the Basillica. Gianni was so helpful throughout our stay.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny gospodarz świetnie przygotowany do przyjmowania gości. Bardzo dobrze przygotowany materiał z rekomendacjami do zwiedzania i do jedzenia z których chętnie korzystaliśmy .

Nie ma rzeczy , które mi się nie podobały . Mam natomiast sugestie by w pokoju były kieliszki do wina

Bijzonder gunstige ligging, in het oude stadscentrum en toch vlakbij de bushalte. Zeer vlot bereikbaar na tip van de eigenaar: randparking voor 2 euro per 24u, gratis shuttle tot op 100m van het huis. De rode kamer was van alles voorzien, ook zeer comfortabele bedden. Het gemeenschappelijk terras (waar ik nooit iemand zag) heeft mooi uitzicht. De eigenaar heeft een handige app gemaakt met alle voorzieningen en wetenswaardigheden van Lecce én Solento.

Superb location, in the historical centro. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the lounge area was beautiful, with great views from it’s terrace. Our host, Gianni, was very, very helpful and friendly. His communications were superb, and he was extremely attentive.

appartement très bien placé dans la vielle ville en étage supérieur avec une chouette vue depuis le balcon patio où il fait bon bouquiner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain très agréable. Le propriétaire nous a proposé son aide tout en sachant rester discret. Ma fille devait prendre un train en après midi, elle a pu y laisser son bagage toute la journée et disposer d'une clé pour la période afin de ne pas rester dehors toute la journée sous cette chaleur, encore merci pour tous les services.

le soucis c'est le stationnement, il y a un parking mais cela revient à 25€/24h

Fantastische locatie, midden in het centrum. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en staat ten alle tijden voor je klaar. Het gemeenschappelijke balkon is fraai en leuk ingericht, mooi uitzicht. Goed bed, ruime badkamer. Koffie en thee mogelijk. Wij raden het aan. Er is een lift. Het is kleinschalig.

Eigenlijk niets.

Chambre très confortable, calme, disposant d'un balcon permettant de prendre son petit déjeuner. Accueil parfait. Très grand professionnalisme du propriétaire. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. A recommander sans hésitation.

Had a fridge but didn’t work that well

I liked everything about Attico Barocco. The owner of the B&B,Gianni, is absolutely fabulous. My husband had a knee injury and was ion crutches during our entire day. Gianni did research to enable us to buy crutches and numerous calls to arrange for taxis to transport us to medical appointments and attractions in Lecce. Many of these phone calls needed to be made in the evening, and once again, Gianni very helpful. The terrace of the B&B is beautiful with a fantastic view onto Lecce. The B&B is ideally located and very close to major attractions.

There is nothing we didn’t like

Die tolle Lage direkt am Rande der Altstadt.man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und hatte einen tollen Balkon mit Blick über die Altstadt. Es gab die Möglichkeit ein kleines Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse einzunehmen. Restaurants und Bars waren in der Nähe. Es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner mit guten Tipps zum Erkunden von Lecce.

Rien, mais vraiment rien

Attico Barocco was exceptionally well-located for everything that we had planned to do while in Lecce. We particularly loved the terrace as a spot to unwind at the end of each day. All staff were friendly and welcoming, and Gianni was a wonderful host: warm and generous with his time and with imparting his knowledge of the city. Gianni’s recommendation for parking was exactly what we needed.

Ontbijten kan (met korting) vlak naast de B&B, heel goed ontbijt. De B&B ligt in het centro storico van Lecce, heel centraal en een goede parkeergarage ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand. Gianni, de host, is ontzettend aardig, gastvrij en behulpzaam. De kamer en badkamer zijn prima.

一切都很棒！民宿小哥哥非常友善，一直等我们到来，退房后也可以存放行李。房间很干净还有个漂亮的阳台！住宿离停车场会有点距离需要走点路，但是很值得😆😆

Giovanni was a very attentive host, always available to answer any question and gave us lots of great recommendations. The location is very central and the apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and very peaceful despite being right in central Lecce.

The apartment did not have a coffee maker, though Giovanni mentioned they were in the process of ordering one. This would be my only piece of feedback or awareness for other travelers as a coffee or espresso maker is very nice to have access to.

Location is excellent, Gianni is helpful and professional, easy to communicate and readily available whenever you need help.

The location was perfect for being able to go out and explore and pop back when we wanted to, being in the middle of things but not noisy. Our host was friendly and helpful and accessible - it was home from home for us as a group of 4 friends. The bathrooms were luxurious, beds super comfortable. The living room with snacks available and a balcony which caught the late afternoon sun, where you could look over the roof tops and watch the swifts flying by was great for us to all get together.

Beautiful terrace overlooking Santa Croce. Right on a main pedestrian only street which was busy but quiet since we were on the 4th floor. The lift was great. Easy in and out to the best sights within easy walking. Staff was available and helpful. Self catered our breakfast and appetizers on the terrace. Easy secure parking at Parkejoo. Wonderful.

Great location, lift working, large and comfortable room. Nice lounge (biscuits and snacks available)… lots of information available on paper and intranet site. Genial, enthusiastic, caring host. Excellent communication before and during visit. Morning WhatsApp each day to check all OK and offer help and advice. People often say ‘nothing too much trouble’ in this case true

- good location, in the heart of old town, easy reachable by walking from train station - good communication with Gianni, the host, a very nice and helpful person :) - spotless clean room and bathroom - very comfy bed, very comfy pillows - all sort of maps, snacks, coffee and teas in the common area

- it was cold, indeed, in the room. 17.8 Celsius degrees top - not sure about parking, as it is on a narrow street.

The host was very good, the information on their website was very good. The location was perfect and ee had acces to fantastic terrace.

It was a pleasure to meet Stefano and Mariolina! We felt that we have known them all our lives just a few minutes after we met them. The spacious and spotless apartment with detailed thoughtfulness touches that definitely were noticeable. Everything was excellent! Bed was comfortable and kitchen equipments were top product, the best ever based on our over 10 years traveling experience. We felt welcomed and being treated like friends. We really wish we could stay more days! We recommend the apartment and Stefano and Mariolina very much for anyone would like to experience this lovely, convenient flat (just across the streets from the main train station) and the true warmth and kindness of the Italian people! Betere koffie. Gooi dat keukentje open in het gemeenschappelijke gedeelte. Je hoeft er als gast niet te koken maar even een goed bakje koffie pakken of een bakje thee (waterkoker moet je van de kamer meenemen....) kost jou in verhouding niks en geeft heel veel meer plezier en comfort.

Gianni a été un hôte parfait et très attentif. Il a constitué une source appréciable de renseignements sur Lecce (sans parler de son site web très riche). La chambre était très confortable dans un grand appartement situé au bord du district historique (très pratique pour garer la voiture) à 3 mns à pied de la basilique.

Soggiorno perfetto, anche se solo per una notte! La posizione è imbattibile: in pieno centro, a due passi da locali, siti d'interesse, chiese e supermarket. Gianni è una persona squisita, incredibilmente accogliente e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. Tutto positivo, super consigliato!
