It was a bit dated window in our room didn't close properly so road noise with the traffic . room was cold there was no heat on. bed very comfortable .

Room. Breakfast was not up to the mark. Also some people were allowed to book breakfast table while others were not . It was very awkward like living in someone ‘s home instead of a hotel .

We loved the location close to harbor & town. Lots to see & do. Excellent bars & restaurants nearby. Staff was so nice, accommodating & friendly! Breakfast was hot, nourishing & delicious. Loved the photography done by Tim & his Wife, Sam was a hoot!!! Very nice.

The property is in serious need of refurbishment and decorating.

The location, right across from the beach, both east and west side, near restaurants and fun bars. Tim made us feel so welcome and it was great to talk story with him. Breakfast was good and got us ready for a long day of exploring and more sightseeing.

Abbiamo pagato 180 € per una notte e, per questa cifra, ci aspettavamo una sistemazione di livello decisamente diverso. Le foto della struttura risultano a mio parere ingannevoli, perché mostrano soprattutto la vista sul mare, mentre non c’è alcun riferimento alla possibile vista reale delle camere. La nostra finestra affacciava infatti su un cortile interno molto trascurato e poco gradevole, con tettoie, serbatoi, impianti a vista, pavimentazione sporca e presenza di muschio. Una situazione ben diversa da quella che ci si immagina guardando le immagini pubblicate della struttura. Anche la struttura nel complesso ci è sembrata poco curata e la colazione è stata deludente: poca scelta e poca attenzione nella preparazione, tanto che perfino il pane tostato ci è stato servito bruciato. Nel complesso, ciò che abbiamo trovato non era assolutamente proporzionato al prezzo richiesto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente negativo. Per 180 € a notte mi aspettavo molta più cura, trasparenza nella presentazione della struttura e un livello di servizio superiore.

parking is truly atrocious; if you don't travel lightly or if you can't manage MANY stairs, this is not the property for you.

We arrived late and owner was so accommodating with us. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Property is very dated but very clean

Breakfast is very late at 8:30 although owner was kind to offer us use of toaster as we left at 6:30am. Be aware the owner does have house cats if you have allergies

There was nothing I didn't like

The property was right across the beach, with lovely views of the ocean. Walking distance to town itself. The room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly to talk to.

The pillows needed change as they were almost flat. The room did not have a fan despite the very warm summer weather, we had open the windows but it still was hot. Breakfast was mediocre. The whole place was clean but you can tell it badly needed refurbished.

Brilliant location,could throw a stone and hit the beach. Wonderful staff so friendly and welcoming. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Loved the window seats with the most amazing view! We should have booked a double but the view from the twin room was worth it.

Location and the welcome you get from the owners. The property could benefit from a little upgrading but that didn’t take away anything from its character and charm.

The view from our room was outstanding Our host was engaging and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable.

The stairs were a little much because of a knee injury, but our host went above and beyond by carrying my luggage to our room.

Breakfast provided to our personal request Both timing and content. The location and view were wonderful and the B&B was full of character and interest, decorated with Tim’s wonderful photographs. Tim was a helpful guide to the local area and places to eat.

The location and view were absolutely stunning. The host was very friendly and kind, and the breakfast was fresh. The bed was very comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean made our stay truly exceptional.

Location perfect. Breakfast not so good. Bacon like leather, potato bread seemed toasted, not fried and served on cold plates. Tea tasted absolutely awful !

The bedroom was freezing cold and all knobs have been removed from radiators, so not able to turn on. Windows don't close properly, so constant draught. Mattress very hard, so not a good night's sleep.

The host was incredibly nice and informative. A perfect start to get to know the region. Amazing location with the most wonderful walks and the ocean at your doorstep. Great breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit cold but we were informed beforehand and equipped with a heater.

I liked it being so near everything and it was near the beach.

The property was very dark as we got a double room which it had a small tiny window in the ceiling which didn’t help at all. We had explained my husband was visually impaired as he tripped a few times in the dark back room. The owner moved us into the front room with 2 single beds which wasn’t what we booked for but charged us extra for it. The showers were freezing even though we waited for the water to warm up but didn’t. The duvets were thin and there wasn’t much heat in them.

Super Nette Gastgeber, nette Gespräche morgens beim Frühstück. Das Gebäude ist eines der wenigen in dieser Straße, die eine unverbaute Sicht auf das Meer hat. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar und auch genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus verfügbar.

Das ganze BnB ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Abends ging die Heizung aus und es war sehr kalt.

We chose this establishment primarily for the sea views which were awesome, especially as it was very windy and we love the sound of the ocean roaring in the morning.

Getting a parking space on the street outside was hit or miss. We settled for a space about a 5 min walk away and moved closer in the morning before check out. Also, although the breakfast was tasty, it was quite meagre.

Offered on the day a refund due to my partner having a phobia of cats by Sam, even advising me on how to complete it on booking .com No refund , no comunication from Tim even though I have tried to call and emailed .Booking com also tried to reach out but no response.

Our host was very helpful for helping us navigate our agenda! We had two rooms. The room facing the water had a lovely view of the bay and was bright and airy. Breakfast the next morning was made to order which was very much appreciated!

We had two rooms. The second room had a bit of an oder in it. It is an older building so that can certainly happen. The helpfulness of the host made up for this.

Tim was helpful and made breakfast to order. We were able to choose our breakfasts daily. Rooms were comfortable. Restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance.

Parking was a small challenge at some times, but it always worked out.

The room had a great view and it was wonderful to watch people with children and pets play on the beach. Coffee was terrific. Hosts were charming.

Most of the furniture is what we would call "curbside castoffs" those items that still have life, but need some TLC. Room was cold because the transom window could not be closed. Toilet seat was damaged, as was the bathtub wall. A facility in need of a good scrub and some serious maintenance. Got a feeling it would make for a great Hitchcock type movie location.

Broken window catches. Empty shower gels. Tacky bedside drawers. A breakfast containing 1 bacon rasher.1 sausage. 1 egg. 1 mushroom and a teaspoon of beans. And lastly we paid £138 for the experience. Yes... For 1 night..

Location near the beach.

The breakfast is very simple. The landlord is inflexible, and there are various rules in the room. What's more, eating in the room is not allowed, and you will be fined if you do so. I have never heard of any hotel that forbids eating anything in the room! The faucet is also hard to use—you have to keep pressing it for water to come out.

Tim was extraordinarily welcoming and warm. The house was delightful. Our room had the most amazing view. We wish we could stay another night.

The parking can be tricky, its on the street by the BnB or the street above. Park anywhere there and its free of charge over night.

Lovely BnB Tim was very welcoming and so friendly to towards us and helped with everything we needed! The room was very clean and comfy with lots of facilities to accommodate myself and partner.we will defo be back!

Smell of urine in the bedroom. Beds very cheap, really soft mattress. Shower had little water pressure.

Awesome location, Great View of the sea, Clean, Facility and Room had character. Close to amenities, Good security and found a convenient off streat parking

Check in times are 1600 hrs, seems delayed as compared to other places where check in's start from 1500 hrs. Hosts are from South Africa.. appear purely business minded sticking to a script of mainly what not to do , appear reserved and lacking empathy, with no signs of going over and beyond for customer delight (...never mind basic conversation or feeling of warmth to people visiting newly). Cant take any food/ drinks to room as it may dirty their carpets it seems. Have at submit a slip on what's needed for breakfast by 2000 hrs....else you lose out on breakfast (...even when you paid for it). I rate highly due to the location, Sea view, cleanliness, security. Would I got back again....Possibly Not due to the hosting skills.
