Beulah Guest House

Location was great. Close to restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast room was well set out with a varied menu. On site parking was a plus.

The room was small and the bed could have been more comfortable.

The twin mattress I slept on had seen better days. The bedding was soft and comfortable. But the bed itself was soft and I felt like I was a sleeping taco. Didn’t stop me from sleeping soundly. But my back protested in the morning.

On Friday or Thursday afternoon i can't remember what day it was. they were doing some work out in the hall and about 7pm they were banging the wall where my head was and for the rest of the night i ended up with a headache

The house was very clean, beds ok. Breakfast good, however, communication very poor with the owner. Met her briefly on arrival. That was it. Girl that served breakfast breakfast, not friendly or welcoming. The reception we got was very poor. Will definitely not be back.

Breakfast fine for myself as light option available which I tend to go for. Location very convenient, within easy walking redistance of everything and you got left alone. As for the guest who came wandering into my room thinking it was reception, not an issue. Just laughed about it, was it for real?

Our room faced out onto street with a pub on it. Was noisy when closing time came but noise soon died down.

Fabulous location right in the centre of the action. A huge advantage is the car parking for us as we have a small child. The Guest house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and the host is very friendly and professional. We've stayed a few times and it's always our first choice when staying in Portrush.

Lights on wall above bed wrongly positioned making it impossible to sit on the bed and watch tv without banging your head. Bathroom decor needs a little refresh

Would happily stay again. The breakfast was great, and that little sitting room was a nice touch as it was nice to sit there and read. Plenty of sockets and usb's in room too.

The bed was a bit hard but was supportive enough so I didn't wake up with a sore back or anything.

I booked a room for 2 people but we had another huge double bed inside the room. The room was cramped and we could barely move around. No one cleaned the room despite us booking for 5 nights. I am very disappointed with the overall stay.

Since I traveled outside of the high season, I didn't see any staff during my stay. I checked in and out by myself. The location is good, nice town and beach. There are many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

We were kept up all through the night by extremely loud guests. We rang reception multiple times to ask for help but got no reply. We ended up having to bang on the walls to get them to be quiet but they just got louder stamping in the floors and walls. At one point they tried to enter the room. For the amount we paid we should’ve just stayed in a hotel, didn’t get any sleep at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

You couldn’t change this but the room was quite small; hard to have 2 suitcases open. Perhaps you have larger rooms available.

No sound insulation whatsoever as we could hear guests in the bedroom above using their toilet and walking across the floor The bedroom "ensuite" was little more than a walk-in cupboard with a poorly fitted sliding door so afforded little privacy

This guest house is exceptional. You couldn't ask for a better location to all the attractions, cafes and restaurants. The host is very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you'd need. We'd highly recommend and we'll definitely to back

The location, the staff, the ease of accessibility and the cleanliness of the room were excellent. Finding a kettle and tea making facilities with a wee biccie is always a lovely extra bonus too. Highly recommend

Due to the fact tit was Saturday evening a few couples were coming in late and were a bit loud. This disturbed my sleep as I had gone to bed early after a long day at a retreat. That was the only negative for me.
