Very comfortable room - we stayed in Forest - it was super quiet, immaculately clean and the staff were without exception incredibly friendly and helpful. Thomas in particular was stand out in his responsiveness to questions and friendliness. Excellent attention to detail in the room - they even provide hair straighteners . The downstairs communal areas - both inside and out - are very well presented. This is a really relaxed but luxe hotel very close to Santos where there are lots of great restaurants and bars

The roof terrace is absolutely lovely but it didn’t feel as well put together/maintained as the rest of the property - that said - the view is great!

I had the best experience! Perfect location in a quiet and elegant neighborhood. The hotel is stylish, rooms are very comfortable and the staff was simply the best! I loved every minute of it! 10 out of 10 ❤️🇧🇷

A fantastic hidden gem in a quiet, central neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds but still close to all the main attractions. The staff are extremely kind and the service is excellent. The rooftop is lovely, as is the elegant and relaxing patio where an excellent breakfast is served. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I definitely prefer boutique hotels like this to larger chain hotels, which often feel much more impersonal.

Perfect home away from home in élégant Lapa

Staff were lovely, let us check in early and even made us delicious coffees when we arrived, as we'd been up since 3am at the airport. The room had great big floor to ceiling windows that let in loads of light, but with optional filter curtains for privacy. My partner had to work in the room and it was a grest base.

Nothing. It was more expenaive than other options we were looking at, but we wanted somewhere nice and it was the best call we could have made.

the rooms were spacious, I loved the overall design of the hotel, very quiet despite being in a super central location. The room had a hair straightener, huge plus haha! The staff was amazing and breakfast delicious.

This hotel is a true gem for anyone who appreciates peace, and a relaxing atmosphere. The team impresses with exceptional warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, tasteful, modern, and at the same time very cozy. A particular highlight is the rooftop terrace with its beautiful views. A wonderful place to stay, and one that I would happily choose again in the future.

For us, the location was a bit difficult compared to other locations we have stayed. Nothing wrong with the location. Just be prepared it’s a bit further of a steep walk to areas you might want to visit.

Great location, close to bus and underground, in a quiet street. Beautiful room - and the fact that I have been upgraded when the heavy rains caused a problem in my room. The warm welcome and presence of the staff.

I found the signature hotel scent in the corridors and staircases a bit too heavy....

The rooms are very nicely designed, rooftop terrace is also very cool!

Chambres non insonorisées nous avons été réveillés à 5h du matin par un voisin qui ne faisais que parler. L'insonorisation est catastrophique. Il était par ailleurs impossible d avoir un shadow complet dans la chambre. Le soleil frappe directement dans la chambre le matin. Et pour couronner le tout les lits ne sont pas de bonne qualité; les coussins sont les pires que j ai eu dans un hôtel ainsi que la couette de très mauvaise qualite. Je sais que l hôtel a et et mis en vente donc peut être que les managers s en fichent.

Персонал на высшем уровне. Внимание к гостям - идеал ! Постель хрустящая , все необходимое есть , есть даже диффузор на фен!!!!!, что вижу впервые, а для меня это важно. Классная крыша , хороший вид на Лиссабон . У меня теперь на заставке телефона стоит часть нашего номера .

Задумка , концепция , всякие мелочи - лучшее, что я видела . Но! Очень требуется вложение денег в номера . Все желает починится , покрасится , заменится на новое.

The opulent comfort of the rooms and bathrooms (with those enormous tubs) was exactly what we needed after exploring all day. I love the Lapa neighborhood; it's more quiet than other areas but still close to the action. A chilly glass of wine from the honor bar and time in the roof garden was a perfect way to end the day.

Lovely, quiet residential neighborhood across from an artisanal bakery. Original boutique hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed in the Scarlett room. There was no desk or table so difficult to check email. No shelves or storage space - not in the bedroom and not a lot of space to put toiletries in the bathroom either (strangely there was a second TV in the bathroom but no bath or place to sit, only a shower so why?). Electricity sockets not easy to reach. Everything felt a bit scars - coffee machine but just one pod provided; only one big and one small towel; not possible to check out an hour later …

Heel kleinschalig hotel met uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. Voor een grote stad betrokken we zeer ruime en rustige kamers met alle faciliteiten en zeer netjes. Een gastenbar is ter beschikking en je schrijft op wat je consumeert. Jammer dat het koude weer ons belette om veel gebruik te maken van de patio en het dakterras met zicht op de Taag. Leuke restaurants en ontbijtadres in de buurt.

Incredibly clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel was silent the entire time I was here. Room was cleaned well and quickly while I was gone for just a short time. Towels replaced.

Can be a little hard to find. Not a big problem. Elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top which made it difficult for luggage but I traveled light. Again not huge problems

Everything is great, except wi-fi connection

The location is bit far from the main areas but we were able to take uber/bolt to get to anywhere we wanted. There are few options for food in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Service is exceptional and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

The Felix 10 is such a cute hotel in Lisbon, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We loved the breakfast they made each day, and we stayed in the family room and it was awesome because our son had his own little space in his own room and we had our own space. They checked in with us and were always super helpful. I also loved the little honor bar, it was a great way to get a drink or water without having to run out to a store.

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! So didn't really have anything I didn't like-maybe some notes for future travelers-Lisbon has very steep hills and lots of stairs so be prepared for that with luggage (be mindful).

Felix 10 is perfect! Every inch has been designed with so much love and care, and the attention to detail is unmatched. The location is wonderful, Lapa is a beautiful neighbourhood with great restaurants and easy to get anywhere. Check in and out was seamless and the staff were so lovely.

Not many things open nearby in December but did find a cool little Portuguese bar/restaurant a few blocks away.

I like staying at boutique hotels. I could tell the staff properly cleaned the rooms between guests and I appreciated having fresh towels every day. I also liked the location. I really appreciated the hair styling tools provided as I was worried about my converter.

I personally didn't like my room. It was the first room on the first floor so I could hear absolutely every conversation being had as people came and went throughout the evening. One morning I was woken up at 4a to some friends saying goodbye to each other after coming in from a night out. No fault of theirs. They weren't yelling. I was just in a terrible spot. There's also an unfortunate smell coming from the lower level that crept its way up to the floor I was on. Lastly, I would love to have an option to put a note on the door for staff to not come and clean or to come later. This was a trip where I just wanted and needed to rest (especially day 1 adjusting to the time), take my time, come and go as I pleased and I felt like I was always having to tell the staff to come later or coordinate with them when the simple solve is to let us put a note on the door. One day they came TWICE after the room was cleaned. At that point I started to get annoyed by it. It was just too much contact for me. If you're not planning on being in your room much, this won't bother you.

Die Antwort auf meine Anfrage war bereits äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist eine Augenweide und die freistehende Badewanne luxuriös. Die Farben, die Stoffe, die Schrift, alles aufeinander abgestimmt, die Bettwäsche, die Handtücher und die Bademäntel - weiß mit schwarzem Rand - sogar das Geschirr. Und der Name des Hotels ist gleichzeitig die Adresse. Bequemer kann man es einem Gast nicht machen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu diesem großartigen Konzept.

Breakfast was an extra charge at this pricing point you would expect a fabulous start to the day , not here fist morning we thought ok , big mistake exceedingly average to poor , a courtyard not looking loved and a staff member with little idea of customer service should have been enough to leave ! There was no fridge in my room , daily water is an extra charge , plus each room is provided only with one towel After staying in 23 boutique hotels in Europe this trip this one was the least impressive

At second , way overpriced for what they offer. Most expensive stay on our trip - but no hair conditioner ( empty bottle , which room cleaning service didnt reffil) . Door from shower not functional, moulds on walls. For this price , this is not enough...

Loved that the family room had 2 bedrooms with high end bedding. Appreciated the stylish design, roof top patio, lower level patio, and hang out spot with chess board. The area around the hotel is really beautiful- with embassies and local restaurants. The hill up to the hotel was a killer - downside for anyone with mobility issues.

I especially loved the rooftop, which was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of wandering. The honor bar was a great touch for a quick snack or drink. Special thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team, and to Vanessa and Fernando at the front desk, who made the stay feel personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning every time I’m in Lisbon.
