Perfect accommodation. Couldn’t ask for better service and room. Staff were lovely and Yasoja went above and beyond to make our stay special. Complimentary refilled mini bar, drinks and dessert were also a wonderful treat! Breakfast buffet was enjoyable and had a great view to start the morning.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us great food recommendations. I was celebrating my birthday and received a lovely surprise bottle of prosecco and cakes! The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection, as was the restaurant food for dinner, and the views from the restaurant are ideal. It's in a great location really close to some lovely areas of Lisbon with lots of restaurant and bar options near by, without being too noisy etc. Would definitely recommend and visit the Lisboa Pessoa hotel again!

Loved the rooftop breakfast and had a wonderful dinner there the first night of our stay, with great views & sunset. All hotel staff, especially David, were very friendly and helpful. The free minibar was nice. They even gave us a free room upgrade. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous rooms, great facilities for a central Lisbon boutique hotel . The staff were so helpful with everything . We were not expecting to stay but our flight was cancelled and our luggage lost. The staff upgraded our room and let us have a later check out ! Roof top restaurant was fab

Breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of food.. The service was excellent. Arin who works in the restaurant is very welcoming always pleasant with a smile, and offered great customer service. The other staff are nice as well. The front desk staff were great. However we would definitely like to recognize Soldier for excellent customer care. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He was always pleasant with a kind word and contagious smile. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay in Lisboa.

The hotel is next to the road, there is a very narrow sidewalk, there is no place to stand with luggage, there is a very steep climb to get to the hotel, reasonable breakfast, the price is too high compared to the standard of the hotel.

Un séjour parfait en amoureux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein cœur de Lisbonne, très propre, avec une superbe ambiance feutrée et reposante. C'était un voyage surprise pour ma femme et elle a tout simplement adoré. L'espace spa et piscine intérieure est une vraie bouffée d'oxygène après une journée de marche. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant qui est excellent, ainsi qu'à Yasoja à l'accueil pour son grand sourire, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité exemplaire.

Absolument rien, tout s'est déroulé à merveille du début à la fin. Le seul regret est de ne pas être restés quelques nuits de plus !

Abbiamo apprezzato i numerosi servizi inclusi, come il minibar, l’accesso alla spa, il drink offerto sulla terrazza panoramica e il deposito bagagli. La camera era molto confortevole, con un letto enorme e un materasso comodissimo; inoltre, si riusciva a ottenere il buio completo, dettaglio non sempre scontato. Tutte queste attenzioni rendono il rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo.

We really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here many times. It’s in a great location. They have a relaxing spa area with steam bath, sauna and indoor pool which we enjoy. The breakfast is very good and the roof top has a panoramic view.

Centrally located, well maintained and excellent staff. The concierge, Favora? is especially solicitous and offers great info related to points of interest, shops, and restaurants.

The cleaning staff left cleaning trolleys in the hallway for most of the day and it makes the hotel look scruffy.

This hotel is a wonderful surprise. Secretively tucked into a sidestreet, it has wonderful facilities. A tremendous spa with a small gym, a relaxing spa, a wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar, parking and very personalized attention to detail. The location was ideal for siteseeing on Old Lisbon. We spent one day in the hotel recuperating from our lengthy travels, never leaving, but enjoying all the facilities and restaurant. Making our stay special was the personal attention of the doorman/porter/concierge, Asolya (from Sri Lanka), who was attentive to all our needs. He provided suggestions and directions to a manicurist, a beauty salon and a barber shop—all of which worked out perfectly. His personal attention made our stay special. I am anxious to stay there again.

The bathroom sinks are not very deep, making it difficult to hand wash clothing. (We ended up using the waste bucket).

The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The property is well maintained and in an excellent location.

Designed for form over function. The room had an unusable seating area, no drawers, and two small closets.The terrace was nice but the outdoor furnishings were uncomfortable.

Great staff, very nice and helpful. They gave us an upgrade free of charge which was nice. The rooftop bar is also great and the breakfast was delicious.

I liked that there was a gym but it was very small and has one bench which made it difficult to train while there were other people. Also the bathroom in the room is quiet small but for a couple it was enough.

Great location for sight seeing in Lisbon. Modern and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and happy to provide advice on the local area. Sauna and spa was also great and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

The rooftop bar and restaurant was a little overpriced, which was a shame as we would have spent more time there if it was reasonably priced.

La ubicación del Hotel Lisboa Pessoa es magnífica, ideal para recorrer a pie el centro de Lisboa. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias, el personal es amable y el desayuno es variado, de buena calidad y se sirve en una zona con unas vistas estupendas. En conjunto, disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable y recomendamos el hotel por su ubicación, comodidad y atención.

El precio es algo elevado, aunque resulta comprensible teniendo en cuenta su excelente ubicación. El aparcamiento privado cuesta 25 € por noche y su acceso es bastante complicado. Además, el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido para tratarse de un edificio tan moderno.

Beautiful hotel in a great location to explore Lisbon - off a lovely square with lots of cafes and restaurants around, but not loud in the hotel itself. Super friendly staff, always welcomed when we arrived down from our room or back from an explore. Lovely rooftop bar with a great view over Lisbon. Very clean rooms, and reliably serviced every day. Complimentary mini fridge was a great addition and added a nice touch when coming back from long days. Air con was also great!

Space in the room was used well, and never felt cramped, but a bit more counter or desktop space would have useful.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location. The rooms are a high standard Breakfast is very sufficient and the Staff are 10 out of 10. The manager who we kindly refer to as Sri Lanka man is the best Manager of a hotel I have ever come across He made our stay in beautiful Lisbon unforgettable.

Das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben 2x dort gegessen - exzellent der portugiesische Bacalhau und der gegrillte Octopus. Sehr gutes Abendessen auf dem Roof-Top mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über die Stadt. Der Service war zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, authentisch! Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch hier ein perfekter, sehr freundlicher Service.

There is really nothing that we did not like about the property.

Beautifully appointed little hotel themed upon Portugal’s famous poet Fernando Pessoa; design was impeccable. Right in the heart of Bairro Alto and close to shops and sights and great eats. Service was good too. Loved the pool, steam and gym. The rooftop restaurant served an amazing Duck Magret rice with panoramic views of the seaboard.

Amazing location that was easily walkable to so many incredible sites and nightlife with an incredible atmosphere! All hotel employees were super helpful. The rooms were clean and every well kept and the value was amazing. What an amazing little gem!

The Lisboa Pessoa hotel was a perfect location for a Lisbon holiday. Centrally located, it was near some of the main squares and fantastic restaurants. The rooftop terrace had a stunning view of the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious with a very generous mini bar providing. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming, particularly Yasoja who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Fantastic location in the heart of Chiado, this hotel has all the comfort one needs. It features a wonderful terrace which offers a stunning view of the city, particularly the Castle area. Comfortable rooms with a pretty view over a quiet Chiado street. And dulcis in fundo, a spa/sauna to relax after a day out wondering the streets of this great city. Oh and wanderful breakfast too!

L'établissement est agréable et très propre, les chambres sont bien insonorisées alors que notre chambre donnait sur la rue. La literie était très bien. Nous n'avons pas testé les espaces piscine et spa, donc pas d'avis les concernant. Le petit déjeuner est bien diversifié et très agréable avec sa vue sur Lisbonne au 5 ème étage. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et le recommandons sans hésiter.

The Lisboa Pessoa Hotel is the perfect home base for your trip to Lisbon! This was my first time visiting, and the staff made me feel very comfortable from the first encounter at check in. The space is minimalist, but charming at the same time. The room is a great size for one or two and perfectly comfortable. I loved the included amenities too! The pool is also amazing and such a great amenity to have on-site after a long, hot day of exploring! I will definitely be back to stay the next time I visit Lisbon!

Perfecte locatie: midden in levendig centrum en toch in een heel rustige straat met goed geïsoleerde ramen en muisstille airco. Plus een goed bed, dus we hebben als roosjes geslapen. Leuk restaurant bovenin met fraai uitzicht, waar het ontbijt is. Plus heel vriendelijk personeel.

De wasbak en douche hebben aparte koud- en warmknoppen wat ik persoonlijk irritant vind (kost ook veel water).

Fabulous hotel, located off a tiny street in Lisbon, close to various squares with fabulous restaurants close by. Probably the best check in experience we’ve ever had, and somehow - first time ever - we were upgraded to room 409 with a patio over looking the city. The room was compact, but had a super king bed and everything that we needed for a 2 night stay. There was a fifth floor patio area off the main restaurant where we enjoyed both lunch and evening drinks. Would highly recommend for a sightseeing trip to Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our short visit to Lisboa Pessoa Hotel in Lisbon. We were treated to an upgrade to the largest room in the hotel, with beautiful bathroom facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The hotel is near to all the shops and cafes of the Old Centre and it's lively character.

The location was ideal, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide variety. We would definitely stay here again. Sehr gut gelegen, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Freundliches Personal, super Frühstück (mehrere Sorten frisch gepresster Saft, Lachs,…). Tolles Restaurant. Dachterrassenbar mit Blick über die Stadt. Zimmer sehr schön. Nicht gerade billig, aber hervorragend in jeglicher Hinsicht.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Great , care and friendly staff makes your stay comfortable and smooth. We got free upgrades on room - and it was nice surprise to our late arrival as well as late check out . Location of the hotel makes easy access to most of attractions of the city. Rooms are very clean and nice decorated with taste. Has free minibar. Beds are comfortable. Hotel has nice spa as well. And we also received nice discounts to facilities of hotel and welcome drinks in restaurant on the rooftop. View of town from rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Parking has few levels and doesn’t require reservation , and it’s very nice for Lisboa too. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Literally Everything!! First, Yasoja welcomed us so warmly, we felt comfortable and home right away. We got a free upgrade for our room, the view was spectacular and the room was so comfy, we barely left it :) We got free welcome drink in the rooftop bar restaurant, which was so nice and made us feel really welcomed. Location is perfect, close to everything in a small quite street. After we checked out, we waited for several hours for our flight, they let us use the spa area. The pool, the saunas and the entire place was incredible. This is my first time in Pessoa hotel, although I visited Lisbon several times, and we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything !!!! We enjoyed every moment!
