Die Betreiber sind mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sogar einen Transporter nach Da Nang organisiert der deutlich billiger als jedes Grab war. Das Frühstück ist auch lecker und man kann sich aus ein paar Optionen etwas aussuchen, nichts besonders aber lecker! Das Bett ist sehr hart, muss man mögen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen :)

Die AC und der Kühlschrank sind etwas laut. In unserem Zimmer gab es ein kleines Fenster zum Treppenhaus das keine Gardine oder sonstiges hatte, es war dementsprechend sehr hell im Zimmer.

The host is so welcoming and helpful. Prices are good and you get a good value! Beds are clean, ac works well. You can also rent a motorbike directly from the hostel.

Toilets were not super clean and water did not drain well in the shower.

It’s really nice here—quiet and cozy. There are parties in the evening, but peace and quiet in the morning. It’s excellent.

Fung, manager, was so friendly helpful informative I thought he was the owner the way he worked the room. Brilliant place super nice people great breakfast. I’ll stay there again next time in Hoi An

Ho preso la stanza privata con bagno, per il prezzo decisamente buona e spaziosa. Aria condizionata e wifi funzionano molto bene. L'host è molto gentile e accogliente, colazione buona. Posizione ottima.

El desayuno muy bueno y ubicación perfecta. El trato de los huéspedes muy bueno.

La cama está muy pero muy dura y la habitación está llena de hormigas. Estaría bien tener agua caliente para la ducha, por mucho que estemos en verano ducharse con agua tan fría es demasiado. Hotel sin ascensor.

Very good stay in a quiet location close to the old town. Room was very clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was very good. The owner and his wife were very friendly and made sure that everything was right for you.

La habitación espaciosa, estaba bien de tamaño. El recepcionista super encantador, muy amable, nos ofreció ayuda en todo momento. Esta cerca de todo.

El aire acondicionado era muy malo,.no salía frío. Malísimo es el aire. La cama durísima. Malísima la cama. No había jabón, bueno, había dos botes pequeños de esos clásicos ya empezados. No olía muy bien y las paredes un poco sucias.

The room was great, the bedding was very soft. The owner was a cheery guy and very helpful, really makes you feel at home. He helped with booking onward transportation and would have been able to offer many other touristic things.

I materassi sono molto duri e attualmente non è disponibile l’ascensore (in fase di costruzione).

Idéalement placé, vous êtes dans une petite rue juste derrière l'effervescence du centre ville et c'est calme. Tout est accessible à pied et l'hôte et sa famille sont vraiment gentils. Le petit déjeuner compris et le choix possible étaient agréables. Le dortoir de seulement 4 personnes est doté de la climatisation et il y a une zone avec un rideau où on peut se changer dans l'intimité. Il y a également un très grand locker pour son sac, c'est très appréciable. Le lit est grand et confortable.

La salle de bain mérite vraiment un gros coup de propre et les canalisations d'être débouchées ou refaites. Je pense qu'il faut la nettoyer matin et soir et vider la poubelle plus régulièrement.

The host and his family were very welcoming; they explained the key attractions in detail and arranged tickets for us. The location is excellent—just a few meters from the center yet situated on a quiet street. Breakfast was simple but hearty. It was one of the best homestays of our trip to Vietnam.

Location was amazing. Everything was closeby - the river, markets and night market was 30 secinds walk. But still quiet! Street lined with spas, food, marts, shopping. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom in shared dorm was a bit small but i managed. And id stay again as a solo traveller. Host very helpful and friendly. Thankyou. From New Zealand

Honestly, this accommodation is a gem. After spending a long time researching where to stay, I was specifically looking for a place that didn’t follow the usual pattern I’ve come across in Vietnam of offering discounts in exchange for reviews. It made me quite skeptical about many of the accommodations I found, but thankfully Mr. Phong place was nothing like that. The room was clean, comfortable, and ready for check-in. When I asked if I could stay an extra night, he offered me the same rate, which was pretty competitive when compared to other places in town. On the day I checked out, I asked if I could come back in the evening to take a shower before catching my bus and offered to pay for the service, but he simply replied, “My friend, no pay.” This guy is truly a wonderful person. I hope this review helps a fellow traveller who might be in the same position I was when looking for a place to stay.

really kind hosts, who are willing to organise tours and taxis for you, cheaper then grab can be and a really tasty breakfast, can recommend the banana pancakes

The location was great، just couple of minutes walk from night market. The owner very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but nice. Overall was enjoyable stay at Hoi An.

We had a fantastic stay and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. Their friendly, attentive service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great selection of options to start the day. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town, with many of the main attractions, restaurants, and historic sites just a short walk away. Combining excellent service, a wonderful breakfast, and an unbeatable location, this hotel offers great value and a memorable experience. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Tam bir aile oteliydi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Akşam pazarına 50-100 mt falandı. Otel sahibi Nguyen Phong çok misafirperver ve güleryüzlüydü.(Eşi de öyleydi) Eşim hasta olmuştu. Patates haşlamalarını istemiştim.Çok yardımcı oldular. Tekrar gelirsek yine aynı otelde kalacağız. Teşekkürler.

Excellent location in Hoi An, really clean and spacious room and such kind and helpful hosts, who booked tours and transport for us and were so accommodating when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay!

Located only a few blocks from the busy tourist streets of the ancient town, Nam Hoi was the perfect spot to enjoy Hoi An. Phong was a wonderful host and organised a bus and local tour for us. Although we usually take care of our own bookings, it was nice break to have someone else do this for us. The boat and Cooking Class was one of the best tours we have ever done! Breakfast was included in the price and prepared by Phong’s wife who made a tasty fried rice and delicious omelette. My partner appreciated that the bread roll was hot and always fresh. The room was really spacious and extremely clean. The bed was firm, yet comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with Phong and his family so much we returned a second time. We highly recommend staying at a Nam Hoi!

La gentillesse du personnel ainsi que le petit déjeuner copieux. La chambre et la salle de bain était plutôt propre. Serviette de bain et gel douche fournis.

Une sensation et une odeur d'humidité forte dans la chambre, une climatisation inefficace qui maintenait cette sensation d'humidité, j'ai très peu dormi dans cet inconfort. La chambre était plus vétuste que sur les photos.

It’s a first time in Hoi an and we found the best property in main location easy to go anywhere in a walking distance managed by a family and they are very welcoming

The only criticism that I have is that the room wasn’t serviced in my 4 day stay.
