The Albany Rooms Bexhill

Chambre au calme très confortable et propre. La partie salon est très agréable également. La chambre donne sur un beau jardin clôturé, idéal quand on voyage avec son chien. ( les chiens sont les bienvenus) Chambre rénovée récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Literie de qualité bien qu un peu ferme en ce qui me concerne mais ça ne m'a pas empêché de bien dormir. La possibilité de prendre un café ou un thé dans la chambre avec les petits gâteaux est une délicate attention que j'ai apprécié ainsi que la présence d'un petit réfrigérateur très pratique. Le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe du ménage sont très sympathiques et avenants. Je recommande vivement.

Very friendly owners, was happy to let us have early check in as our room was vacant. Had a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee provided which was a bonus as wasn't clear about this when booking.

Didn't see the slippers, robes as advertised but this wasn't a problem.

Me, my sister and the dog had a lovely night here, we stayed in the Delux King room. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and nice enough to let us use the garden so the dog could stretch her legs. There are some resteraunts nearby and it's close to the sea front. The amenities were great. The TV had Netflix on and the WiFi was strong. We are on a road trip so we are travelling to a few places but this was one of our favourite stays. The breakfast items and coffee were such a nice (and very welcome) touch. We would highly recommended this place and would happily stay again. 5 stars from me.

Quando tornerò a fare un road trip lungo la costa sud dell’Inghilterra mi fermerò sicuramente di nuovo qui! Camera letto e doccia super spaziosi, pulizia eccellente, a due passi dal mare, i proprietari gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni dettaglio. Davvero consigliatissimo!

What a gem of a place. The location is fabulous - just a minute’s walk from the seafront. The hotel is stylish and beautifully decorated and there are lovely touches like tea, coffee and biscuits in the room as well as sealed packets of toothbrushes and toothpaste if you have forgotten your own. There was a fan which kept the room at a perfect temperature throughout the night and the beds were really comfortable. It was a very peaceful room overlooking the back garden and we both got a great night’s sleep!

Breakfast not included but plenty of places to eat very close to property.

There was nothing about the property that we didnt like. Room was great and location to all facilities was great. Easy access to places to eat and visit within walking distance.

Perfecte kamers om te overnachten, geen hotel dus ook geen personeel gezien maar dat was geen probleem. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd van tevoren. Heerlijke bedden, degelijke badkamers en goede locatie. Ook parkeervergunning wordt voorzien voor tijdens het verblijf. Enkel de prijs vonden we iets aan de hoge kant. Maar voor de rest was alles perfect!

Excellent location. Large, clean room with a good sized en suite with his and her sinks. Information, communication and quick responses from the hosts, Rachel and Jon, was excellent.

Nothing other than stairs might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. We did not find this an issue for us.

Very warm and kind welcome from the hosts (Rachel and Jon) who made a point of being there to welcome us on arrival help us to settle in. The room was spacious, flawlessly appointed and very comfortable. Would definitely return.

This hotel is truly a modern 21st Century establishment insomuch that Rachel and her partner Jon, the Owners contacted me by text and then WhatsApp explaining how to gain access through the front door via a keypad (they even sent a short video clip to show how it id done). Once inside the hotel, we found the room key together with an attached electronic door fob was in the door lock to our room. After we'd dropped our bags off, scratched off the date and day on the included parking card, we put the card on the dash board of my car and scooted off to the nearby seafront for a reunion with our school chum. On our return we just offered up the fob to the keypad which opened the front door and went up to our room. The whole hotel is spotless and well appointed. if you don't want to go out for breakfast in the morning, then no problem; in the ground floor lounge there were croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals and filtered coffee. Although we never met the owners, they were really helpful communicating via multimedia and came across as lovely folk. Paid the bill online too.

Kamer was erg licht (gordijnen verduisteren niet) en erg warm (het was een hele zonnige dag geweest).

This was the 2nd time I have stayed at The Albany Rooms and everything was again just as described. Clean, quiet, easy to find, easy to park, convenient for the local area. There is no breakfast provided in-house, but there is a plenty supply of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. I would definitely book again.

I hadn't appreciated that my room did not have a shower or bath, though this is my fault for not reading the details thoroughly. It didn't matter too much as I was only there for one night.

Gorgeous big room. So many little extras they had thought of to include in the room which is really appreciated. Really comfortable bed, easy check in and check out process and good communication from the hosts.

We were on the top floor and it was a very hot day so the room was very hot. A fan was provided but it didn't fully reach my side of the bed so I was very warm but I'm not sure if much more could be done about this

Great location, spotlessly clean, nice extra touches all made for a great overnight stay. Almost forgot - the bed was incredibly comfortable.

This is my second visit because it’s so nice. The rooms are pristine, spacious and beautifully decorated, and there’s a lot of small touches to make your stay comfortable - mini fridge, unlimited tea and coffee, etc. The location is also super convenient.

In der Strasse selbst war kein Parkplatz frei und wir mussten etwas laufen - aber dafür war alles andere wirklich hervorragend! Ich war etwas erstaunt, weil mir ein Link zur Bezahlung geschickt wurde und booking.com extra davor warnt nicht auf Links zu klicken. Letztendlich habe ich aber problemlos über booking selbst die Zahlung machen können, war also kein Problem.

The room was great - perfect for our short stay in Bexhill. Rachel and Jon were very welcoming and communication in advance of our stay was great. The little extra touches made us feel very at home.

Hosts Jon and Rachel were fantastic and went out of their way to help us and make our stay perfect, they were also very knowledgable on the area, sent us a map to find our way Gave us lots of advice, tips and recommendations where to eat and attractions to visit. We booked this accom last minute as decided to stay in Bexhill for 1st time after staying a few days in other Sussex coastal areas. So glad we did. Room and facilities were immaculate and welcoming Albany rooms were very close to everything

All went well, the Albany Rooms are really great. Near all the towns shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host they have thought of everything that you could need. the lounge is a great addition, where you can sit have a coffee . Very easy access to the property with key fob.

Greeted by Rachel on arrival , made us feel very welcome, met Jon a bit later, very warm and welcoming couple. Very attentive and willing to help in any way. Room was lovely, 10 out of 10 for comfy bed, very clean throughout.

We had a lovely one night stay at The Albany Rooms as we were attending a wedding nearby. The location was great as it was walking distance into Bexhill town and it was easy to find. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was nice and cosy and the host who met us and checked us in was warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent communications from owners. Clear arrival instructions Parking permit provided on arrival to park on the street. Bottled water in the room. Tea and coffee facilities. Extremely clean!!! Bed very comfortable- good mattress. Bedding and towels beautiful. Essential toiletries provided if needed. Shower a bit weak but fine. Room cool but plug in radiator heated the room but clicked all night - that was the only downside. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely book again because the owners have thought of everything and took all stress away with such good communications and the fact they have thought about everything!
