Fantastisches Frühstück, sogar vegan. Toller Garten, Ruheoase, liebevoll geführt, sehr nette Katzen und Schildkröten, die sich wohlfühlen. Top Lage.

Auf Nachttischen Tassenabdrücke vom Vorgänger zu sehen, auf Handtücher teilweise Flecken. Wäre bei Beanstandung aber bestimmt behoben worden. Trockenblumen für unseren Geschmack lieber weg. Insgesamt etwas teuer, aber Florenz ist eine teuere Stadt.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Das Frühstück war nett.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Besteckschublade und das Geschirr war komplett durcheinander. Nicht mal der Teppich war gerichtet. Der Handtuchheizkörper im Bad war schief und die Klimaanlage hat kaum funktioniert. Für den Preis hätten wir uns definitiv mehr erwartet.

Absolutely fantastic gem of a bed and breakfast in Florence. Friendly and personal; conveniently close to all sights - on foot or via the bus just across the street - and yet very quiet and comfortable; great breakfast; cats and tortoises... there is no need to stay anywhere else. I hope we can be back soon. The Secret Garden does not have its own parking but contracts with nearby garages.

The staff was really exceptional. Lucrezia was not only extremely friendly, but helped us immensely with travel guidance, tips and calling a cab for us. She even checked up on us later to ensure our train ride to our next destination went well! For breakfast, everything was very tasty, most items were homemade and/or fresh. There were many options to pick from and latte/machiatto for breakfast too. The room was spacious, well kept and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the garden. There are two cats on premises who are very chill and is just a cool, homey touch. If you don’t like cats, they kind of keep to themselves, so no problems there either. The hotel is close to major sites and not too far from Santa Maria Novella (about 20 mins walking).

Es un lugar precioso para desconectar antes y despues de estar todo el día caminado como locos y llenos de gente. El desayuno es muy bueno, es a la carta, el día anterior te dan una hoja con muchas opciones y tú eliges. El barrio es tranquilo y se puede ir caminando tranquilamente al centro y los chicos que atienden, son un encanto.

The owners were attentive and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and the bonus was the two tortoises in the garden area. The location was excellent.

Absolutely gem of a place to stay. We had the family room, which was 2 rooms joint together each with a bathroom. The beds were so comfortable, showers best of the trip and the rooms were peaceful hidden behind the city streets. We enjoyed using the garden for breakfasts and one evening to drink tuscan wine. The homemade bread was very tasty. Location for the majority of sights was good and if travelling like us, there was a laundrette 1 street away. Finally the hosts were really welcoming and the little touches really made us feel relaxed.

lovely B&B with lovely hosts who made breakfast each morning and served it to us in the garden. The property is beautiful and the central huge kitchen was wonderful. We walked to everything.

The room was modest and a few additional comforts would be lovely. For example, a small suction-on shelf in the shower to place shampoo would be helpful during showering. One other minor suggestion would be updated bed quilt and even small rugs at the bedside. Truly a lovely place to stay- we would absolutely go back!

Die Unterkunft war alles, was der Name verspricht. Man fühlt sich in dem geheimen Garten so wohl. Es gibt beste Versorgung, tolles Frühstück und selbstgemachte Cookies. (Yiiiam) Die Zimmer sind mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und man will eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg von diesem Ort. Auch die Katzen fühlen sich dort pudelwohl. 😺

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, der jedoch kaum nutzbar war, weil dieser mit Pflanzen überwuchert war . Insgesamt bedarf die Anlage mehr Pflege . Keine Möglichkeit im Garten zu relaxen . Frühstück kann ausgewählt werden , aber das Angebot ist sehr einseitig .

We loved absolutely everything! Lucrezia and Filippo were such brilliant hosts and the space was sincerely perfect -- it delivered beyond our expectations. One of the added benefits was having Frolla as a daily breakfast companion! Said breakfasts were sublime and catered exactly to our tastes. Also, Filippo provided such a beautiful meal on our first night that rivalled the best places where we dined out in Florence. Secret Garden was the highlight of our trip to Italy; we are happy to be returning home after our vacation, but we will miss Secret Garden the most!

We had a wonderful stay at Secret Garden in Florence. The host, Lucrezia, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful and cozy garden — a perfect place to relax and spend some quiet time. We especially loved the cats and turtles in the garden, they made the atmosphere even more charming and unique.

피렌체에 간다면 다시 머무르고 싶은 숙소로 기억됩니다. 호스트들이 친절하고 열정적이어서 좋았어요. 따뜻한 아침 식사도 이탈리아 여행 중 가장 인상적인 경험 중 하나였네요. 숙소 시설도 대체로 다 괜찮고 위치도 괜찮은 편이에요.

창문 걸쇠가 휘어져 있어서 닫기가 어려웠어요. 제대로 못 걸어둔 상태에서 짐 싸다 일어나는 도중에 등이 찍혀서 상처가 났습니다. 제 부주의도 있지만 시설물 보수가 필요한듯 해요.

The charm, the tasty and thoughtfully prepared breakfasts to start our mornings, eating in the garden, wine on the balcony, proximity to everything, and especially the care the owners took to show true hospitality.

Honestly, very little. The charm of the property is part of the experience. If I had to name one thing, it would be that we had to keep our windows open at night and the sheer curtains meant less privacy than we would have liked.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Secret Garden Firenze B&B und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war warm, ruhig und familiär, überhaupt nicht wie in einem typischen Hotel, sondern eher wie ein liebevolles Zuhause. Die Unterkunft war außerdem außergewöhnlich sauber. Unser Zimmer war tipptopp gepflegt und sehr ordentlich,ein großes Lob auch an das Reinigungspersonal, das hervorragende Arbeit geleistet hat. Die beiden Besitzer waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele Informationen und Empfehlungen gegeben und waren immer aufmerksam und angenehm. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das Frühstück – alles war frisch, hausgemacht und mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Das Brot und die Backwaren waren besonders lecker. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön und voller Charme. Wir haben auch die Katzen sehr geliebt, sie haben dem Ort noch mehr Wärme gegeben. Trotz unseres Zimmers nahe der Straße waren die Nächte überraschend ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war außerdem sehr bequem. Insgesamt war die Stimmung entspannt, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Eigentlich gab es nichts Negatives. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfect location, around 15 mins walking distance fom centre (Il Duomo), but in quiet area, which allows you to rest very well. Owners / service extremaly nice, friendly and helpfull. Room very clean, vell equiped, quite big, bed very comfortable. Outside beautifull garden with a great jusmine smell. It was a perfect city break - THANK YOU!

Fomos excepcionalmente bem recebidos. É uma pequena hospedagem de 5 quartos, por vezes com a sensação de estar hospedados na casa dos donos (mas sem perder nossa intimidade e ficar à vontade). Enxoval de excelente qualidade, café da manhã preparado na hora. Não é uma hospedagem de luxo mas não nos deixou nada a desejar dentro das expectativas e do que costumamos priorizar em viagens (excelente banho / quarto com climatização / seguro / boa localização / cama boa). Lucrezia nos deu várias dicas da cidade, restaurantes, e fizemos tudo a pé. Amamos a decoração da casa. Possui 2 gatos que não nos incomodaram em nada.

Our room overlooked the beautiful courtyard, tucked secretly away from the street making the experience feel exclusively serene. This space is truly a secret garden, verdantly hidden in the most relaxing sense. Our bed was extremely comfortable, inviting us to a deep sleep each night and we loved every second of our stay. Dès l’arrivée, on est enveloppé par une atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique : un superbe jardin secret, une décoration soignée pleine de caractère, des lits d’un confort remarquable. Chaque détail a été pensé — les petites attentions se multiplient et l’on se sent vraiment choyé. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent. Would have liked tea / coffee making facilities in room. These were available in kitchen but at a walk from room so not advisable to take back to room with all the stairs and different levels.

Secret Garden is in an excellent location for reaching all the highlights of Florence. The hosts are such a lovely couple who cannot do enough for you.

Les hôtes étaient très agréables, chaleureux et toujours serviables. Le lieu est vraiment sympa, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, à seulement quelques pas des principales attractions touristiques. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.

O local é muito bonito e agradavel. Como diz o nome é um jardim secreto com muita beleza e comodidades. A equipe cuida de você com todo o detalhe, seja no café da manhã, com ajuda com relação a opções de restaurantes na cidade e os pontos turisticos e dá a liberdade para os hospedes para aproveitar a cidade. Se tiver no futuro oportunidade de regressar a Firenze / Florença certamente ficaremos aqui novamente.

Ficamos 3 noites e não temos pontos negativos relacionados a nossa hospedagem. O prédio onde o hotel está localizado tem centenas de anos e está em perfeita condições.

Warm, welcoming and charming. It was quiet and perfectly located. Fillipo and Lucrezia are delightful and this truly is an oasis of calm and so delighted we stayed. Really comfortable room…I don’t think this could be any better and meant our stay in Florence was just what we hoped for. There are so many small touches and we followed the recommendations for dining out…and ate with local people in incredible restaurants. It is perfectly located with easy walking to the sights whilst being quiet. If you are heading to Florence we couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

A acomodação como um todo é muito charmosa e confortável, a cozinha é um capítulo especial, um local acolhedor e confortável. Cada detalhe da acomodação foi pensado com muito carinho, percebe-se isso em cada ambiente. Realmente parece que estamos entrando em um jardim secreto e sendo remetidos para um mundo a parte, um mundo de paz, tranquilidade, cuidado, afeto e sonhos! O quarto é muito confortável! O café da manhã é imperdível!!!! Tudo feito com muito carinho e afeto, parece que estamos comendo na cozinha de uma avó muito querida. Fora que a Lucrézia e o Fillipe são extremamente amigáveis e atenciosos!!! Amei e, com certeza me hospedaria de novo!!!

The space is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were amazing! From the moment we arrived it felt like home. Our hosts greeted us easily and welcomed us warmly. The whole place feels like a tranquil oasis not far from the main center of the city with easy access to public transport around town and from the station. Walking was also not an issue for us at all. Our rooms were comfortable and very gracious in size. The breakfast was wonderful and customizable. The combination of amenity and privacy was just right. I can’t say enough about the hosts and how much care they put into our stay. We were able to talk with them about local happenings and recommendations- they were happy to help us decide where to go and what to do. This place is a must for couples and small groups looking for a quiet and cozy getaway in Florence.

We loved staying here in the heart of Florence, so easy to just walk to all of the local attractions and for eating out. The property felt very homely and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful, our bedroom and bathroom were perfect. Very relaxing, with rustic charm. I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved the breakfast and homemade cookies with the “eat me” label. I couldn’t refuse. We were looked after very well. Thank you so much, we will stay here again when we are in Florence.

まずウフィツィやポンテベッキオまで15分以内で歩けるロケーションなのに静かなエリアにあること。そして並のホテルとは全く違う上質で心のこもった（マニュアルではない）サービス、美味しい朝食、クラシックながら使いやすくリフォームされた広い居室、それらが重厚なドアの内側に守られるように存在します。当初、別の某有名ホテルを予約していましたが、直感で変更して大正解でした。目的のサンマルコ修道院のフラ・アンジェリコの作品群も静かで落ち着いた気持ちで味わうことができました。再訪することがあったら次回も間違いなくこちらに泊まるでしょう。

Desde el primer momento Filippo y Lucrezia han estado atentos, súper amables, y transmitiendo en todo momento una vibra y una sensación única en un hotel. Te sientes en casa, todo al detalle, decoración y habitaciones preciosas, zona sin ruidos… Florencia es preciosa, pero con Secret Garden aún mejor. Muchas gracias Filippo y Lucrezia, les deseamos lo mejor que les pueda pasar!!
