Olive Service Apartments - Greater Kailash

Персонал, месторасположения, быстро реагировали на просьбы.

Очень старый и разрушенный номер. Кондиционер грязный и сильно пыльный, дула из него грязь. Номер требует ремонта. Много плесени и сыростью пахнет.

The staff (Raj) and manager (Sahil) were amazing. Great hospitality and they were willing to make everything right! The experience, the comfort, the support were top notch

Some.of the.things in n thr apartments are dated and have small issues (ie, loose faucets, beeping refrigerator due to loose seal, etc). They were promptly fixed by the staff as soon as we mentioned it.

LOCATION VERY GOOD

HOUSE KEEPING NEEDS TO REPLACE THE SOAP/ SHAMPOO/BODY LOTION ON DAILY BASIS

Wonderful location and fully furnished clean apartment with all cookware. Very attentive and promot service by Jagat and Vishal

Great value for money. Loved that the apartment had been maintained really well and was very clean. Proactive communication and highly responsive. Kudos to the manager Sahil and the caretaker Jagat for their hospitality.

I had a pleasant stay with Olive. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic facilities needed for a convenient stay. The location was excellent, with nearby markets just a short walk away, making it easy to find restaurants, cafes, and daily essentials. Overall, a comfortable place with great accessibility to local markets and amenities.

I stayed here for a short business trip and had a good experience. The check-in was smooth and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well for my work. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was warm, clean, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It made our time together even more special, and we’d happily come back again.

The excellent hospitality and service. Special thanks to Arjun and Sahil.

Too many vehicles near the entrance.

We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a Superior Apartment to a Premier Apartment. The extra space and comfort made a big difference, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Good and excellent

Two separate rooms - with a large living/dining room cum kitchenette. All necessary durables were there including air purifier and the durables like TV,,Microwave were new & of good quality. GK1 was a convenient location with the GK1 M Block Market within easy walking distance. Good cleaning & linen service. Adequate crockery & cutlery, even provided bread, butter, milk.

The biggest problem was the bathroom design. The basin was small and water spilt on the floor making the bathroom floor always slippery. This was very dangerous and one had to be very careful not to slip. The microwave was placed high up making it difficult for shorter people to reach it. There were no bedside lamps. Initially we were given only one key to the main door even though we were two,but we got a second key on the second day. There is a balcony but too narrow to sit out. The washing machine is on the roof- not too much of a problem - but this was not specified. Kitchen knives were not sharpened - difficult to use. Also ,the exact address of the apartment was not specified before checking in.

Was nicely maintained and people were very helpful

Nothing

Thank you to Sahil, Jagat, Sayba, and Amit for your kindness and responsiveness. You were always ready to help whenever something was needed. Everything was clean and cozy, and we felt very comfortable.

Almost NOTHING at all. While seeing photos and its location we thought we would love this place. It was nicely located but early morning all hell broke lose... We booked the place by reading positive reviews. But it took us a few hours to realize we have been duped by Olive Service Apartments of Delhi. We even wonder if those reviews are bots or paid promotions? My wife arrived late in the evening at the address listed in booking confirmation number and she was told that the property is located nearby (the address was just a key collection center) and not in the same building. She was taken to a new address and on arrival it was nightmare. The elevator was not working. The place was dusty and full of scaffolding but after six hours of road journey she was exhausted. She went to sleep only to be woken by the sounds of loud sledgehammers, thumping metallic noises and clouds of dust everywhere. We instantly spoke to the caretaker Arjun, then to owner or manager. They took two hours to reply then said they are looking for alternative arrangements. But even after almost five hours of wait not a single call from the owner or manager. The caretaker Arjun did not speak any English. Number of calls to the WhatsApp group created by the management but no solution. Curiously before we checked-in they were constantly in touch with us and requested us FULL payment of 4 nights of stay which we did.

Dust, loud noises, scaffloldings and totally non-cooperative management. We had no choice but to leave the place and search alternative accommodation. Our entire day went in trying to chase the owner, mangers and calling Booking agents. Luckily My wife clicked photos to show if not no one would have believed us. We wanted to cancel this booking and we want to claim FULL REFUND from the owners. But the management kept finding excuses and kept delaying us forever. Soon the entire nexus turned into a nightmare. In last 40 days; We called them 24 times, we sent 32 WhatsApp messages. We sent 5 emails but Olive Service Apartments did not refund us till today! On top of that the management kept blaming Booking(dot)com, and kept asking us things to do which we did not fully understand. During the course of pursuing our case Mr. Divesh Alagh of Olive Service Apartments agreed that there was a problem and that they had closed that property. But he did not refund us. There was a time when we also messaged and spoke with one Mr. Sahil Vashishth of Olive Service Apartments then he too disappeared. Another time we spoke to Sayba Ansari of Olive Service Apartments but she did not do anything either. The WhatsGroup also had one Mr Amit Sharma, Nikita Waldia, and 3 other numbers with no names but none of them replied to us. Till today after nearly 40 days, the owner or manager has not refunded us. So the anxiety and stress it has caused to my wife, a French woman alone in Delhi, cannot be valued in monetary currency. So if you are planning to stay here - please run! Do not believe these people. They will sweet-talk you into anything but the ground reality is something else. Highly avoidable.

Total comfort and quiet—exactly what I needed. The space was cozy, calm, and felt like a little retreat from the noise of everyday life. Slept so well and truly relaxed the whole time.

Beyond expectations, honestly. Everything was just right.”

I spent a night here with my family and really enjoyed it. The place was quiet and peaceful. It was clean and had a good vibe and the supervisor was really helpful.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient.

Sahil and Amar and Arjun ensured our stay was fantastic - everything was according to photos and they even offered us a complimentary upgrade. Great location right by M Block market at a good rate - would recommend to couples and families alike. Will come back!

Good location m, spacious apartment

Really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. Would happily stay here again.

I worked with Sahil who was a very resourceful and provided me with great service. Kuldeep and Jagat are super sweet and helpful. The apartments in GK are big and in great locations. I highly recommend!

All good:)

Room were fine. The room service Jagat helped me with transferring and putting luggage safely after checkout.

For 3 people, they joined 2 bed which were not of same height. Geaser was not working due to which i had to take shower in cold. When requested host to change the bed, he was telling me why we 2 separate bed was a right decision rather than solving my problem in the middle of the night and later kept on calling me which was useless because it was in the mid night and mentions he will bring extra dunlop. May be he wanted us to sleep on the floor with extra matress. Room is not as per the photo

Good property.

Heater

The property was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. But what stood out for us was the warm hospitality and kindness of the property's caretaker, Mr. Arjun Thapa. He was extremely helpful to us and ensured that our stay was comfortable and a memorable one, even though we were here just for a day. Definitely recommending this property to others and coming back here whenever I get the chance!

The location is very good and the locality is safe. The apartment has decent space and it was very clean and well organized. Special mention to the Mr Jacob and Amol. Best people. Took care of everything with such ease. Best hospitality by them.

Nothing to complain 1000/10. One of my most difficult trip I have ever been but the Mr.Jagat here help me with all his best who is the symbol of hospitality and professional. I hope can have a chance to come to this place again. Make sure you meet mr.Jagat but not someone else. Best person and supporter i have ever met in my life P/s: Mr.Jagat is the right person in the picture

The room was good as was the neighbourhood. Sahil and Arjun and the team were all very helpful and responded to any requests rapidly. We were pleased with their service and the overall experience of staying here for two weeks was very good. We had many things to do in Delhi so to have a private, quiet and comfortable place to spend each evening was ideal. I thank the team and would stay here again if I plan further projects in New Delhi .
