Elaine is a wonderful host. Breakfast was delicious. Everything about our stay was far above expectations.

The host were really great…could not have been more helpful or nicer. The location was ultra convenient, close to Green Gables/Cavendish, closer to downtown Charlottetown. The facilities had everything, kitchen, living room, bedroom and a lovely deck on a sunny day.

On the outside it looks ‘ dated ‘ but it is exceptionally clean and the more time we spent there, the more we liked it.

Elaine is so incredibly kind and thoughtful! She gave great suggestions on places to try in town and made us feel like we were part of the family

The hosts are very kind people. We really felt very comfortable and welcome here. Our rooms were cozy and tidy, and the appliances worked well.There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Every morning we were served a tasty breakfast. Stratford is a pretty good starting point for exploring PEI. Many beautiful destinations on the island are within just an hour’s drive. We highly recommend this place.

Eliane est une hôtesse formidable. Elle est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Le déjeuner était très bien.

Les chambres manquent quelques items tel que 4 verres d'eau, 4 verres de vin. Aussi le câble vision serait apprécié pour regarder nos programmes TV.

I had a wonderful stay here! The host was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend staying here!

Le lit le plus confortable dans lequel nous avons dormi C'était très propre Proche du centre de Charlottetown (10/15 minutes en voiture) Le déjeuner ( omelette aux légumes/ fruits/petites croquettes de poulet je crois/muffins maison) était correct Comme nous devions partir assez tôt, Elaine nous a préparé des œufs à la coque et fruits et yogourt pour la route ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié

L'apparence extérieure aurait besoin d'amour La salle de bain est propre mais un peu de moisissure dans le coin derrière la toilette, la plinthe de chauffage devrait être repeinte, le thermostat de la chambre a été changé mais le contour pas repeint, il y avait des petites mouches à fruits dans la salle de bain. Ce sont des petits détails qui font que j'ai mis moins d'étoiles

The suite was very clean and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelled great.

Some of the paint and tiles, etc are a bit dated but everything is very clean so it is not a problem.

What a delightful place. Elaine was so welcoming and kind. Our apartment was spotless.It had crisp white sheets, a great terrace and a large bathroom. We slept well and had a lovely breakfast. It is well located close to the sea and a short drive from downtown.

Very well prepared and served in a very clean and neatly decorated dinning hall. We really enjoy the dark coffee. Elaine is so friendly and always ever ready to guide and advice us of interesting places and restaurants to visit.

Everything is super and location is excellent.

The rooms were exactly as described and in the photos. Elaine is very kind and hospitable. The place is clean and comfortable.

We arrived late and it was a bit confusing how to determine which was our unit. Also awkward the next morning when we arrived for breakfast and the seated guests felt pressure to leave because we had arrived.

Très bien situé. D'une propreté irréprochable et Eileen est une hôte exceptionnelle de par sa gentillesse et ses attentions auprès de ses invités.

Le logement est équipé d'une cuisinière mais il y avait peu d'équipement (chaudron, poêle) pour faire un repas complet mais nous nous sommes bien débrouillé avec le micro-ondes donc cela n'a pas été un enjeu pour nous.

Way way over priced for the place we had towards the back of the house on the side. The pictures really misrepresented what we got for paying $220 for the night. We are vegetarians and the breakfast was not palatable or filling. Very stinchy for food.

The kindness and welcome of the owners were exceptional. The room was very clean and the facilities were very good. This B&B is very well located.

The reception may not be visible enough. People showed up, knocked and even looked at our glass door believing it was the reception. And, it's just a matter of taste but the breakfasts were not what we expected.

The care that Brian and Eliane have for their space is evident in all aspects of their accommodations. With well-cared-for rooms, easily accessible when problems arise, and an exceptional breakfast, we had a truly wonderful stay. During our stay, we had multiple additional questions or requests, and all were able to be wonderfully addressed with kindness and speed. We started each day in great spirits to see what breakfast awaited us upstairs from our ground-floor unit; we were then well supplied to go out and enjoy an exceptional day across the island and return home to the booking knowing we had comfort and care awaiting us. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The host was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Breakfast felt like a family meal and was a nice touch. The location was convenient for us, as we arrived by ferry and it was close to the city.

I am extremely upset with this booking. The room was ridiculously tiny, with virtually no space for personal belongings, and nothing like what the photos suggest. The window fan was unbearably loud, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The listing claims a private bathroom, but it is located at the end of a shared hallway next to the common kitchen, so there is no real privacy. The advertised garden view is also completely false. The windows face directly onto a parking lot, with cars parked just a few meters from the window. At night, headlights from arriving cars shine directly into the room.

Petit déjeuner assez ordinaire. Habituellement les Bed and breakfest nous impressionnent toujours par leurs déjeuners qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Nous avons eu du jus d'orange seulement 1 fois sur 3 jours. Il y avait tous les matins une patate genre Tim Horton froide avec un peu de bacon froid et un œuf soit brassé ou en omelette. ainsi que quelques morceaux de fruits. L'œuf était toujours bon. Notre salle de bain était dans le corridor et non dans la chambre. Chambre très petite.

Great host! The breakfast was a gem, we eat together with the other guests and our hostess made it easy for us to talk and get to know new people. The bed was magnificent and we had a patio with a nice view that the weather unfortunately prevented us to use...this time. The WiFi was great, we had a full kitchen to use and we even could do our laundry in the facility. The hostess was very warm and welcoming!

Elaine is super friendly, attentive and welcoming. It felt like home during our stay there. The whole place is super clean, the bedroom is small, but enough for a couple, the bed was super comfortable, the place is quiet and easy to get to. Elaine and her husband Brian prepare the most delicious breakfast every morning and it is fresh, savory and homemade. We recommend this place and we will be back for sure. PEI is a beautiful place, with beautiful and nice beaches to swim and enjoy a warm day. The sunsets there are unforgettable! Lee's Ocean B&B made our trip easier, restful and welcoming.

I loved everything!

Elaine is an exceptional hostess, hospitable, accomnondating, fast to reply if any messaging. Breakfast is very good and healthy, with coffee and tea provided. House is very clean and spotless, beds are comfortable, room is very quiet. location is very convinient, near grocery and drug store, just about 10 min drive from downtown Charlottertown, would come and stay again if coming to PEI.

Finding Ocean Peek B&B was easy and there was plenty of space to park my vehicle. There were lovely flowers blooming along the way into the house. Everything was very clean, the room was thoughtfully laid out with a little seating area and table and there was a desk as well. The television was an unexpected bonus. I was able to re-enter the property and my room later in the evening without having to wake up the hosts.

I found in filled every need, I have nothing negative to add.

The room was so comfortable and clean! Elaine was an excellent, kind, and caring host. She was so sweet to make us breakfast the night before we left since we had an early morning departure. Thank you so much Elaine and Brian for such a beautiful, well maintained property!

Elaine and Brian are top hosts and spectacular in their warm hospitality. They welcomed us heartily and made us feel right at home. Her home-baked treats were phenomenal.

We had a great stay! Just a small suggestion: adding a bath mat in the bathroom would be wonderful so the floor doesn't get wet after showering.

BnB with a 5 star service. Breakfast was amazing. When we left my son forgot his electric toothbrush which was kindly mailed back to our home. Thank you. We highly recommend this place .

We loved our host, Elaine, who was very hospitable and welcomed us warmly into our suite. She learned our children's names and made us feel comfortable. She cooked and served a healthy breakfast that our children loved. The dining room allows to share breakfast with other guests, which is something I appreciate about Bed and Breakfasts in general. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The location is fabulous: in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a few blocks from the beach, and an 8-minute drive to downtown Charlottetown.

The facilities are showing some signs of aging, but they were clean, and our suite was very reasonably priced. So, all in all, we were very happy with our stay and will return again.

We were a family but got rooms on different levels. There must be availability issue but I wish we could stay closer.

Everything is good. Ours is a ground level room (bathroom not attached). Breakfast served in batches together clubbed with other people who stay in the house. Elaine looked after everything. 10/10

The hosts were gracious and accommodating, the suite was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet, but quite close to city center.

The smaller room was humid

Very nice room. We had 2 bedrooms, perfect for our stay. Our host Elaine was very very nice..she was very accommodating. The location is wonderful, close to Charlottetown center and you can take a walk down the street to the ocean. Breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again.

Mistakenly I booked the night prior to my arrival so I contacted the property to advise them. I also searched booking for the following evening and did not see availability so I booked elsewhere. The property owner did contact me saying there was no problem and that they had availability for the following evening however I did not see the offer in time. I truly appreciate that they were willing to host me even though it was my error. I would highly recommend people like this and will definitely stay with them in the future.

The host is very kind and nice, replying to the message quickly. The place is big and clean, the location is quiet. Near downtown, supermarket, McDonald’s, subway, Tim Hortons, Starbucks. Also near the beach, the walk was pretty nice. If you’re looking for real PEI quiet area but also want the convenience, this place is the best. Whether traveling alone, couples, or family. They have a super friendly cat if you’re a cat person!

L’accueil d’Elaine est vraiment exceptionnel. C’est une super hote qui a a coeur notre confort et notre bien-etre. La chambre etait tres propre et le lit King confortable. Le petit dejeuner offert etait complet et delicieux. La petite chatte Orange fort sympathique aussi. Le balcon etait aussi un plus. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Filling, homemade breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal wether you plan on staying in Charlottetown or exploring around PEI, as we did. Host is incredibly kind and accommodating, overall we had a lovely time and the price can't be beat!

Pillows were quite flat but that's about it.

Elaine has a real gift for hospitality and is the main draw for staying here I think. For one she’s incredibly sweet and genuinely cares about her guests. For two she makes the breakfast herself. When we got to the dining room there was already fresh juice waiting at our place settings. She only started making our breakfast when we sat down so everything was fresh and hot. By the end of the stay you feel more like you’re staying with an aunt an less like a stranger.

Absolutely nothing everything was wonderful.

Having owned a similar style hospitality property we can see the labour of love from Brian and Elaine at Ocean's Peek. It is a big project. However the rooms are comfortable and spacious, Elaine is the perfect host and she made us feel very at home. The smoothie at breakfast was particularly welcome.

Our room had a little kitchen area although no saucepans to prepare light meals or soups, which would have been appreciated.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gastgeber sehr bemüht, haben auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt (Omelett laktosefrei😊). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
